My Mac wouldnt boot and I took it to One Stop Office Solutions based solely on their reviews. Thomas was able to fix it in a few hours (software issue) and I was back in business :-) Great work, reasonably priced. He explained to me -before work was done- what the worse case scenario could be. Yikes! And the best case, too. Also, he explained some issues with my Mac/Apple product I should look out for in the future. Appreciate his knowledge. Ive already recommend him to several friends.

One stop is awesome! They did an awesome job fixing my Sharp mxm 3610 copier! Thomas helped me when I got there and was so nice! I will for store go there for anything I need for my copiers and computers! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

My wifes computer hard drive crashed and One Stop Office replaced it, but improperly restored her files from her Windows 10 File History backup flash drive. One Stop Office wanted to try again, but instead she took the computer to the Microsoft store Answer Desk. Microsoft erased the hard drive and started over, restoring her files correctly. Microsoft also corrected her user name, something One Stop Office didnt want to try.One Stop Office charged her $104 MORE than Microsofts price for the same work.

Charged my grandpa $270 to clean his laptop and help with the cookies. They deleted EVERYTHING on the laptop to clean it up including my grandma files. I hope I can get some answers as to what happened im willing to listen. I dont think anyone should charge $270 to delete all of their files.

Nice guys but could not help with my problems (fix laptop and 2 printers) also felt like they didnt really want to delve into the job. I had to do most of the contracting and when Id get them in the phone it was call me back in 45...
