I was browsing for an office who accepted my moms plan. Luckily,I found This office through Yelp. From the moment I scheduled my mom to her first appointment the experience was pleasant.Steve, is not only great and very informative but he’s bilingual so that was a plus for me. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of there services.

Steve is the best. He got the patience and great in getting a solution for the patient. He analyzes the factors that affects the patient hearing problem. I would not have known that volume does not improve the clarity of my hearing. Thank you Steve. You are the best.

Nicole was very helpful and even called me to check how I was doing.One of the girls at the desk also helped me make sure I was getting them in right. I will be very comfortable working with these people.

I went to hear usa walking distance from my house got a new set of hearing aids they did not work as well as the old one but they did not seem to understand. So I went back to the one in Whittier and Ive been working with me they are avocados to make me hear better unlike the other place was just an advocate to sell them
