I went in for my appointment and was quickly greeted by Susie who is super friendly and I immediately felt comfortable with the office. I didnt have to wait very long before they took me in. Everything was explained during my assessment. I was given a booklet confirming my assessment results which I loved because I am a visual person. I have now recommended my older sister to The Whittier Hearing Center. Thank you so much.

I have been going to Whittier Hearing Center for many years and have never had a bad experience. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. Everybody was very friendly. I was called right at the time of my appointment, no waiting! The doctor was professional and very friendly. She explained everything clearly and asked if I had any questions She gave me a discount for my new hearing aids. I would definitely recommend Whittier Hearing Center to everyone. (I already have!).

Dr. Arista was amazing and so patient while conducting my sons hearing test. My two-year-old is at that stage where he has extreme stranger danger and doesnt do well in new environments. After trying multiple tactics to calm him down, he was too upset. She offered to follow us to my car and try to conduct the tests in his carseat, an environment which he knew, and was more comfortable. I was skeptical, but it worked! He was super calm and she was able to complete the hearing tests. Im so thankful for Dr. Arista and very much appreciated her patience and understanding and not just giving up on my son because he was crying. The office staff was so friendly and efficient as well. I went here for a hearing test. The test is very thorough. I liked everything about Whittier hearing center except one thing. I had put a down payment on some very expensive hearing aids, but when I went over my finances I realized that I couldnt afford the hearing aids at this time. So I called their office and notified them that I needed to cancel my hearing aids. You have 60 days to cancel. They gave me the run arounds for a few hours telling me the Dr. that gave me the hearing test would call me. Over a four hour period, I never recieved that call. After calling their office 3 times they finally quit playing their game and told me to come to their office and they would give me a refund. Why didnt they just do that when I called the first time? So aside from getting the run arounds, this hearing facility is good.

Updated: I came in to get a hearing test done upon a PIH ENT doctors recommendation. My condition: heavy high-pitched ringing in my ear, followed by loss of hearing, which also triggered some major vertigo. If youve ever felt what vertigo is like, you know its not good at all, so now try imagining this for a whole day of constant world spinning. This kind of symptom requires urgent care and a solid professional outlook. These guys were great at their assessment, and definitely delivered. Also, the Doctors were extremely sweet and made you feel comfortable. I really appreciated the details of their explanation on what was happening to me. Initially, I was frustrated because I thought they never followed up with the hospital, but that wasnt the case at all. They were on top of things and Dr. Gilbert even called me to ask how I was doing. If all goes well with my treatment, I would definitely like to come back here and do a retest because these guys are awesome!

I have had a hearing problem for along time, during this time I went to several other Hearing Centers but at that time I found them very expensive. I finally couldnt deal with not being able to hear so again went to a specialist that recommended me to Whittier Hearing Center. Im so glad that I went there, the receptionists were so pleasant, the person we spoke to her name was Liz was so helpful she explained what it was that I needed (hearing aids) and showed me the different hearing aids they had to offer, explained the cost and how they work and which one would be best for me. Im so glad I went to Whittier Hearing.

I give the front desk staff my stars 5!. They were friendly and very professional. The office was very clean and well stocked to entertain children. As for the Dr well I didnt get any ofmy questions answered. All I got was I dont know I dont know. So I guess anyone can put headphones on you and push buttons. Not impressed by his knowledge.

My Mom is a patient of Dr Brian Hoang. Dr. Hoang is knowledgeable, patient, thorough and explains every procedure to me. He listens and cares about his patients and is very passionate about his profession. It takes me an hour to drive to Whittier but Dr. Hoang is worth it.
