Outside of buying a home I just made the biggest purchase of my life. With that being said my experience with Williamsburg Chrysler in Williamsburg VA was amazing. From my first phone call to the sales manager through the ordering process and the financing and even when the car arrived was exceptional. After ordering my car they maintained communication with me with updates about my order and they always made themself available for me if I had any questions. There were times I would text or call after hours and since everyone I spoke to gave me their personal number I always was able to contact someone. With the way things are today especially with dealer mark ups market value evaluations I was so nervous I was going to have a bad experience buying my dream car. But that was not the case. They literally bent over backwards for me and I will never go any where else to purchase a car again. I cant recommend this place enough! If you are in the area and need a new car they are the ones to go to. I really cant say enough good about everyone there. Such an amazing group of people.

My son previously bought a CPO 2017 Ram Rebel at Williamsburg Chrysler, and during that purchase decided when it was time for my next Ram, to come here. They are a smaller dealership, so I think they try harder. I have 3 other Ram dealerships near me, but drove from Norfolk to WCDJR to find the perfect new 2021 Limited I had been looking for. A few phone calls beforehand, then a scheduled test drive, a few days thinking about it, and ending up with a perfectly priced deal. Delivery took all of an hour, maybe, including the finance dance, which was straight forward and painless. Kelly and Bill treated me with respect as I did them. There was no game playing. It was all business, with some laughter sprinkled in. I highly recommend Williamsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Your biggest mistake could be not giving them the chance to sell you a vehicle.

I called Tyler Page this morning, and he hooked me right up. I drove two hours to complete the purchase the vehicle. The worst service of any car dealer Iβve ever dealt with. We bought a Jeep with 10,000 miles. Two weeks after purchasing and the first hard rain, we discovered it was leaking. They refused to pay for the repair. Itβs hard to believe they didnβt know it was leaking before we bought it, but even so, why would you not cover the leak on a vehicle with only 10,000 miles? To add insult to injury, floor mats were supposed to be part of a deal. They said theyβd be in in a week. A month later, weβre still waiting. They were never ordered and we had to contact them about it. Horrible service. I will never give them a dime again.
This is my second service from this location. The first experience was amazing! The gentleman with the cool tattoos took great care us and our vehicle! The second experience is what Iβm detailing in this review. When I first arrived to the service center, I was disappointed with my first interaction with a staff member. After giving my information to start the service process, she populated the wrong profile. I told her the information was incorrect, and she said, βitβs probably the previous ownerββ¦. I then told her I was the only owner of the vehicle. She then found the correct profile and kind of laughed it offβ¦ As you can imagine that was unnerving.. However, everyone makes mistakes. After leaving, I called back to make sure the right service was being done to my vehicle. Michael answered the call. He was amazing!!! He is the reason Iβm rating this location five stars! He made me feel secure in my decision for bringing my vehicle to this service center a second time! I also want to mention Cannon, he was very kind and helpful! As long as those gentlemen, as well as the first gentleman I mentioned from my first visit are there, I will get my vehicle serviced at this location without hesitation!
Do not take your vehicle here. They will damage it and give you the run around about fixing it. I bought my vehicle to them to get a aftermarket grille put it they sat the grille on top on the car and it fell off and scratched the vinyl. They kept lying about ordering the stuff to fix it. Then try to say it was aftermarket when it wasnβt it was part of the T/A package that you order from dodge. This has been going on for months now and still nothing from them.
Bought one car and will never buy again! Thought the days of tricky shady car salesmen had ended but No! Be very aware of the tricks of adding on warranties and other things to get them more money! Love our Kia but will buy some where else next time!
Best Dealership Experience Ever!I cannot express how impressed I am with my service experience at Williamsburg CDJR. It was, without a doubt, the best service experience Ive ever had at a dealership. I want to personally thank Canon Hughes, who updated me multiple times per day on the progress of my vehicle repair. Canon listened patiently to the multiple issues I was having and provided prompt resolution to every one of them. The service department here goes above and beyond and I am extremely grateful for their kindness and efficiency. A++++
Terrible service department. Customer service is awful. Estimated completion timeframe incorrect both times vehicle has been in shop over the last few weeks. Vehicle sat there for days without being worked on and was drivable when a phone call would have been appreciated to let me know they were waiting on parts, or the more recent event when the technician who started work on it was scheduled for training the same day they appointed me to come in. They said bring it in first thing in the morning and we can have it ready by close. Do not take a vehicle here that you rely on for your business purposes or they will end up causing a greater interruption in your business and loss in revenue. They do not value the customers time. Period. And then upon scheduling the return visit when parts have arrived, the service dept receptionist notifies you that the vehicle has a recall. Why didnβt someone see this on the first visit and fix it while they wait for parts and do something productive. Going to pick it up again today since they are waiting on another part since the recall replacement part they have isnβt working out and will require a third visit to hopefully finish. Once this transaction is complete, I will not be returning. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend.
This is the absolute worst service I have ever received. Ever! I will never bring my car here to be serviced again. I have never seen a parts or service department be more out of touch with time estimates. They have very little disregard for positions that they put customers in. I will not be returning. I would rather sell my car and switch brands before coming back to Williamsburg for service.

If you buy a vehicle from this dealership, do not expect to get it serviced there. The service departments favorite words when you walk in, sir we can not look at your vehicle today, the earliest we can probably look at it is next week at the earliest. My A/C blower stopped working on this very hot day and they didnt even seem to care. This is not the first time I tried to get service on my 2015 Kia Forte. I will not use this dealership again. They have lost a valued customer, and I will be sure to let anyone who asks about this dealership know how poor their service department is.
Came there yesterday with my mom to look for a car that suits me best. I had Met Mike and let him know about all of the features that I was looking for in a vehicle and he showed me a car that had every feature I was looking for plus more! He even rode with us for a test drive and on the ride he informed me of the carβs past ownership and all of the popular features that came along with the car. At first we werenβt sure if Iβd be able to get the car but Mike informed the manager Robert Morgan about how much I wanted it and they went out of their way to make sure the car was available for me to purchase. Danny was also quick and efficient with the paperwork while also keeping me informed with all that I needed to know as a first time car owner, another salesman named Bill helped oversee everything as well. Worst service department I have ever experienced. It took over a year leaving my vehical 1 to 3 months at a time to fix a door seal leak. Shawn the service manager is the worst to deal with when he was unable to repair the problem he denied me service. I was forced to drive to newport news ti have the vehical repaired. Do not use the service department they are horrible. If the techs cannot install a door seal I would not trust them with an engine repair.
I had one of the best car buying experiences here. The staff is great and they made the experience fast and easy for us. I travels almost 2 hours to visit this particular facility. It was worth it. The next time I buy a car it will be from here. And, I love my new car!!!

At 64 years of age, and a retired Emergency Department/ICU/Flight Nurse from Colorado, Im no stranger to the service industry. I lived it every day. In the automotive service industry, I often cringe the day I have to go for any auto service. As I clearly remember, most of my past visits (many) to automotive service departments left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I always remembered being treated as if I were the one intruding upon the service clerks personal time. On 08/03/2021, I arrived to the Service Department for a state inspection. I was the only person in the department. The young lady at the service desk treated me as exactly as I expected: just said only what she needed to say to get me done. (It was early: 9:00am.) There was no Good Morning. My name is blah,blah. How can I help you this morning? Its just professional manners . But, times have changed, and I understand. Post-Covid too.Then, as I was waiting in the service lobby I struck up a conversation with a young man who was moving some JEEP crates. His name is William Wil for short. He and I had a wonderful and pleasant talk about Jeeps. It was good. I asked him a side question about a steering issue which Jeep owners were discussing on social media. He knew the answer. He got my name and ram back to the service area to get my computer chip updated right then and there. I was literally taken back by his help. What he did was real! He should be the service manager. I also met and had a long talk with a Mr. Samuel H. at the service department who William had introduced me to.When I left there, my JEEP was driving better than before with the computer chip update. And, the expereince of meeting William and Samuel and having real people-like conversations was AWESOME! Good job!

Bought my new 2021 Kia Sportage EX today from Patti. I couldnt be happier! I bought my last car from Williamsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep and was so happy I went back for my second. Patti was awesome the past three days considering Ive been all over the place as to what car I wanted. I think I changed my mind 3 or 4 times. All this while communicating with me via text and phone calls. I live in Richmond, so I put all my trust in Patti and she didnt fail me. She even contacted me before and after dealership hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Best buying experience once again with a wonderful sales agent and the rest of the team that helped. They go far and beyond and make the entire final signing of papers so smooth and easy we were there and done in less than an hour and a half, heading home to Richmond in my new car.

Tyler was great and kept us informed throughout most of the ordering to shipping and arrival process.We had to wait awhile to complete the lease paperwork. This is normal at most car dealerships.Im disappointed in the JEEP App not accepting my VIN number. I was told to call UConnect who in turn referred me to call Jeep care customer service. I was told by Jeep customer service that the dealership needs to register in my name? So between dealership and JEep customer service, still does not recognize my VIN number in the JEEP APP.All else is great so far. Day 2
Mark was a great sales rep who made sure all the details were taken care of. He made the car buying process easy. Rob, the finance manager, was also extremely helpful in securing a low monthly payment!
I called ahead and talked to the service manager and inquired about their ability to do a complete alignment as i installed a lift kit with fully adjustable control arms. I was assured they could handle the complete alignment. I arrived and asked to speak with the tech who would be working on my vehicle. I advised him about my control arms being aftermarket and fully adjustable and that the lift kit manufacture stated they wanted the caster angle at 5 degrees. I also brought up a bump steer issue related to my track bar and drag link which were also adjustable. The technician began to tell me that these adjustments arent part of an alignment but they in-fact are. I began to ask for my keys back and the technician reassured me he would align the vehicle. so i allowed them to align it. When they finished I learned they did not adjust any part of my rear axle or even check the thrust angle of the rear. I found they improperly adjusted my toe. The front right tire was spot on but the front left was too far inward. instead of unbolting the tie rod end from the knuckle to adjust one end of the tie rod, they just adjusted the whole tie rod bar taking my good tire out of spec and just evened out both tires bringing them even but out of spec. I was repeatedly told things like, with after market lifts and tires no alignment can be perfect. this is something someone who doesnt want to do the job right says. I in-fact know the adjustments can be at least brought into specification do to the adjust-ability of the kit i installed. To change my camber the tech unbolted the control rod which has a bend from the axle forcing him to rotate the control rod 360 degrees per adjustment instead of unbolting the flex joint which would allow for finer 180 degree adjustment. I honestly feel they did a bad job and when I asked the technician to put my vehicle back on the lift and fix my alignment properly they got upset with me that i expected them to do better work. I ended up paying for the work anyway $133. They didnt align my vehicle into spec or address the bump steer issue that is part of the axle alignment. bottom line the tech here didnt do the work properly, didnt take proper actions to make adjustments and took the easy way out and made me pay for it. Ill never go back to the service department here again.
I recently made the decision to purchase a new car, and after a brief conversation with Mike, one of the sales associates, I made the decision to buy from Williamsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I ordered a new Kia with Rob, and he and Mike kept me informed throughout the process from order to delivery. When I picked it up it was quick, they answered my questions, and took care of concerns. I would use them again in the future.
This was my first experience with this dealership and I am pleased with the experience. We were exploring options to replace my aging Grand Cherokee and spent a day looking and several makes and models at at various dealerships. Williamsburg CDJR was very respectful of our exploratory process. We decided a new Grand Cherokee was the right vehicle and negotiated a fair deal the next day. We did this over the phone and it worked fine. Final paperwork and pick-up was very efficient. Im looking forward to a good relationship going forward as we plan to have the new Grand Cherokee serviced at the dealership.

We use them servicing our Wrangler that is still under warrantee. We had a bit of a communication issue at the beginning but once we contacted the General Manager, Keith, we were treated with the courtesy and efficiency we expect. They started using a shared cell phone number so the service team can now text customers, saving time on trying to reach customers by calling and leaving messages. Iβm glad they switched to an innovative method of communication that suits us well.

If there were an option for less than 1 star that is what they would have rated. This company has had our truck for over 2 months. They ordered wrong parts, couldnt diagnose issues, and made up excuse after excuse. The customer service is terrible. They do not follow up when there are issues or delays.

Went for an overpriced oil change for a diesel truck. After presenting a 10% off coupon for service I was told the coupon was not valid as I had already received a discount on the parts and labor. I asked what discount he was referring to. The oil change was $256.00 which doesnt sound discounted to me. He then tried to sell me on brakes and rotors and DEF. Ill admit the pads needed to be replaced but the rotors could have been turned contrary to what the service writer told me.Be careful having your vehicle serviced here and make sure you get a quote up front.

I just moved to the area. Ive always dealt with jeep dealers for my wrangler. Ive owned a jeep for over 15 years now and NEVER have I had the worst experience of my life as I had this morning. Rob (service checkin) was rude, spoke to me beyond disrespectful. I will NEVER use this dealership bc your 1st impression sets the tone for the whole company and considering this was how my 1st encounter began, I will not return. I work in the medical field and if I was to treat him the way I was he would report me. With the jeep club Im in, Ill most definitely let people know not to go here!

Worthless company. They dont care about there customers or employees. I worked here for 3 monthes and could barely afford to make it to work, then when I quit they wanted to be vindictive and withhold my check for a month, when I finally got it there was barely anything there. I will be sueing!!!!

I had a very good experience here. I needed to trade in a Ford van for something smaller. Mike Hines met me at the door, showed me everything I wanted to see, and helped answer my questions about the different models of Kia that I was interested in. I made an interest inquiry on the used section, when the sales manager came to speak to me, I was told that they couldnβt help me because of who I was financed with previously. That told him I have βfinancial problemsβ. Well coming from someone who works for the state, as well as my husband, we do not have financial problems. Iβll be contacting the Better Business Bureaus as well as MVDB.
Over the past 15 years, I have purchased nearly 10 vehicles from various dealerships (Checkered Flag, Hall, Casey, and others) in Hampton Roads.While previous automobile purchase experiences have been pleasant, my customer satisfaction with Williamsburg Chrysler Jeep Dodge was EXTREMELY SATISFACTORY.That is from the moment I walked into the showroom until driving off with my new truck took less than 2 hours. I continue to have constant issues with this dealership - both with service and sales.My first car purchase was pretty bad with abysmal communication, typical upselling, and a complete lack of respect for my time and THEIR OWN time.Second car purchase was all of the same. This will be my last dealing with Williamsburg CDJR. I was willing to forgo a review for my first slew of bad experiences, but enough is enough. I cant recommend this dealer.Id like to note, this dealer had a significant amount of bad reviews not too long ago, and Im noticing theyre beginning to get a lot of good ones. As cynical as this sounds, I cant imagine its from good service - my guess is they are incentivizing 5 star reviews.
I had a friend who is a former car salesman and worked for 15+yrs in the field attempt to refer me to one of their salesman. When he called he added me on the call 3-way. We were connected to their sales manager Rob who immediately had a stand-off attitude when he inquired when the salesman would be available to speak with since he had not answered his cell phone. The salesmanager was very defensive and stated he could not give out that information. When my friend went on to explain how he knew the salesman he immediately cut him off in his sentence and stated Were pretty full, we dont need any more salesmen My friend attempted to tell him he was not looking for work but was actually trying to refer a customer. The sales manager then said We dont need any customers from you and hung up the phone. I never got a chance to speak but I was appauled at how a sales manager would handle a call as such and turn away business. I personally called the dealership back right away..explained what happen to the receptionist (Ashley) who appeared to be the only person I spoke with there who had customer service skills. She then patched me over to the general managerKeith who from his tone of voice was accusatory and implied that I was lying about the ordeal. I told him that I was Nurse Practitioner at a local hospital and had no reason nor the time to make up a lie as such. I went on further and told him to go back and listen to the previous call that was recorded for quality assurance. He stated he would but dismissed my complaint and quickly rushed me off the phone saying hed have the salesman call me back. Well, I would like to say I WILL not be doing business with this dealerahip if this is how they speak to potential customers. I hope the owner has an idea of who is representing his eatablishment and does some quality improvement measures so this type of customer service doesnt happen again. I will make sure I tell ALL my colleagues about this experience and assure they dont do business with these men! I gave one star for Ashely who spoke well and showed professionalism. Mark Mcleod went above and beyond for me at Williamsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia. I called him about a used Kia, told him I didnβt have time to play the dealership game just looking to pay cash and get out of there. He messaged me the first offer... no go... I gave him my number and within 15 mins we had a deal! I made the trek to Williamsburg and 2 hours later walked away w my βnewβ car, hassle-free/no gimmicks! Superior customer service! Great conversation! Took care of me like his own! I will be sure to spread the word on this dealership! Next time Iβm in the market, I know where Iβm headed!!

We have had nothing but excellent service here. We purchased a cheaper used car and they still continue to treat us like we purchased a new car. The repair shop always takes good care of us and our vehicle. The sales man was excellent, not pushy, explained everything in detail, and most of their car are certified and have some backing warrantee. I would for sure consider them for my next car purchase.
