Very friend staff. Had the privilege of speaking with Justin. Very transparent on what was going on my vehicle. Really liked the photos they sent of repairs needed. My truck is older and needed some attention which are a little pricy. Just was able to get some other options, without being pressured. Very impressed and will be going back!

The Auto Clinic is amazing! Chuck, Dawn, Marnie and all of the guys are amazing! My daughter and I both use their business for all of our automotive needs. They have been extremely kind, very honest prices, always helpful.... they have gone above and beyond to help both of us when we have been in an automotive pinch!!! They follow up to check and make sure we are not having any issues.... even called to check to make sure we made it home from a long driving trip.We can not say enough about them!!!!! We are very grateful for this business!

I would highly recommend this company. I stopped by because my car was losing water from the engine and I was concerned I would not make it back home on my 100 mile drive. Dawn was so sweet and concerned and even though they were busy she asked Justin to take a look. He checked the engine levels and said Im good to go. What a relief! And I made it back home safely.

Had to have my Nissan towed here after it broke down on the road over the weekend. They were able to get to it the following Monday and get back to me with their honest assessment and give me some steps and suggestions moving forward to getting it back on the road. I will be taking my vehicle to The Auto Clinic in Williamsburg from here on out for regular maintenance and repairs. Cant thank them enough.

The Best of car and truck repair shops. Ive brought my menagerie of vehicles here for years and have never been disappointed. Actually Ive been delighted with the professionalism and spot on repairs - and then - or no repairs needed. What could be better! You get an explanation of what is wrong - or what is right. And suggested future maintenance to think about. No pressure. And as an widow I appreciate being able to ask questions with my 1990 old trucks manual in hand and get great advice. Or my newbie 2014 Rav4.

Great people and great service! Found this shop when I desperately needed an inspection so I could get on post, they worked me in right away, and had my truck Ready ASAP. They treated me like family when I walked in and I’ll be taking mine and my wife’s vehicles back in the future and referring friends here from now on.

Found them on the web after a search for inspection stations near my home. They had good ratings so I wanted to see if they lived up to their stars. They did that and more. Everyone from the office manager to the technician to the staff I met were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. You can tell that they take great pride in their work and their customer service. They have cured me of only going to the dealership for vehicle items and will definitely be back again when I am in need of Auto Service.

Wow! If I lived in in the area this would be the place I would take our vehicles for service. As it is, my family and I do visit Williamsburg on a regular basis, so it is nice to know that this shop exists. The older woman who answered the phone listened to the description of my car’s issue (check engine light was on) and told me that even though they were busy she would be able to have a tech check the car’s computer to tell me what was wrong. I was able to get to the shop within an hour and that is exactly what they did. I spoke with Dawn in service and she assured me that we would be okay until we returned home to have it fixed. I was as impressed with them as the place I know and trust back home, and I find that reassuring when we are traveling. Honesty and clear communication are two things I found in dealing with this business.

As an auto repair shop owner I have heard many stories of people on vacation far from home being taken advantage of when they had car trouble. Needless to say, my guard was up when my family found ourselves far from New York and any connections I have in the industry and in need of a repair. The Auto Clinic took care of us quickly, professionally and respectfully. They were knowledgeable about my diesel conversion van, worked with me to get the truck fixed in a timely fashion even though they were obviously a very busy shop. They communicated with me every step of the way. They were fairly priced and friendly to work with (rare praise from one repair shop to another). Thank you for your help!

I have an awesome system that allows you to SEE what is wrong with your car and were super great at helping me decide if it was worth fixing. They were not pushy at all even though ultimately I decided to get a new vehicle instead of fixing my old one.

Fall of 2018, 2004 Honda Pilot, on vacation from Ohio. Transmission in limp mode. Saved my vacation. Very impressed with the communication between the mechanics and their office staff.

Went there for the first time last week. Very friendly staff and a neighborhood feel to the establishment. We took our car for an oil/filter change. I was somewhat surprised when I was told the bill was almost $75.00. When I arrived at home, I reviewed the bill in more detail...appears they charged $8.95 per quart of oil which seems a bit excessive. Perhaps in the future, Ill ask more direct questions before having work performed.

This place is great. Hands down. Youre never going to please everyone in life, but this place sure tries. And unlike this other commenter (whos car was more broke than he first thought) - I brought a 91 Ford Bronco in there and thought it was hopeless. The guy tweaked a couple things on the distributor cap and sent me on the road, no charge he said, because it wasnt broke, just had a cold - I mean, really? A mechanic that cares? You found him - hes at Auto Clinic.

My vehicle had a side view mirror cap get destroyed at a local car wash and they sent me to this shop to have it fixed at no expense to me. It has been over 3 weeks since I went into the shop and they could only say that they’re in the paint shop. It doesn’t take nearly 2 weeks to paint a mirror cap. I told them to cancel my order with them and that I no longer wish to deal with them. I ordered oem mirror caps last night and they’ve already shipped, total waste of time with this shop.
