Poor service and attitude of the staff was unprofessional.They told me it will take one HR but received the vehicle after 3 hrs. Try to charge me more than the actual charge. Not cleaned the vehicle and the key was missing.When I asked him about key, he was sarcastic. I never expected this type of behavior

Ive been going here for about 6 years and Shawn Casey has been the service advisor for the most part, between him and his group of technicians I leave happy and very satisfied with the work. They are always honest with me and when I am in a pinch they are great to work with. Will be a customer here for life, I recommend them to anyone.

Not bad overall. Service advisor was great today! Theyre normally pretty pushy with service sales but its understandable as a service underwriter is commission based sales essentially. This didnt happen today as there were services I knew I needed and that I was willing to pay for. Read your own manuals and stay in the know about your vehicle is all and youll be fine. On occasion there may be service you need the dealer to conduct and thats fine so long as youre getting your time and money out of it.

Had an appointment for 8am oil change. Said it would be done in an hour and it was. Nice waiting room. $77 for an oil change and tire rotation was a fair price. Vehicle inspection in paperwork provided at the end was a nice addition. Im not a big fan of dealers but Im out of town and this was a good experience. UPDATE. Went back on Saturday morning with my other vehicle. No appointment. Was there at 7 a.m. when the doors open. No one there except me and they would not service my car because I did not have an appointment. Said it would be unfair to those that did, the ones that were not there. To be fair they said it would take an hour and a half. I did not have the time.

Attempted to have oil changed in the car not owned by me while out of town. Service tech defaulted to recommenxed oil change interval rather than look on the system to see habits of owners. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

I called to get a quote for installing OEM roof racks on my 2019 Tacoma. They quote just over $1000! I asked how much for parts only. They said $450. The MSRP on the Toyota website is $340. I ended up buying genuine Toyota racks online for $275 shipped from a Toyota dealership and installed myself in less than 1 hour.Ill think twice before taking my Tacoma here for service knowing their price gouging practices.

I am currently leasing a vehicle from Newport News Casey, but I live in Williamsburg. I found out that I could save time by having my vehicle looked at here. The overall experience has been amazing. From just driving up for service to the crew keeping me informed, and even making the situation of needing a loner car just easy. Seriously, I walked in after getting a call about more work needed to my Jeep and within 15 minutes I was in the loner vehicle and on my way. Shawn is awesome in the service department. Come here for your next Casey experience.

Purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander from Casey Toyota in Williamsburg on 4/18/2020. During the test drive I had indicated that the passenger side heated seat did not function and would need to be fixed. I had also opted to get (2) remote start key fobs when I was purchasing the vehicle. We had scheduled to bring the vehicle up on 4/24/2020 and had been told that a loaner vehicle would be available to use while the keys were programmed and the seat was repaired. I had my wife drop the vehicle off and Casey Toyota denied any knowledge of the seat needing to be repaired despite the fact I had signed paperwork indicating the damage and for it to be repaired. After not having a loaner and taking an hour and a half longer, than the estimated one hour, to program just ONE key, I had asked for TWO and presumably paid for TWO, my wife gets the car back and it has trash left in the vehicle and the battery light indicator is now on. This is likely to be the first, last, and only time I conduct business with Casey Toyota.

We have purchased 2 vehicles at separate times from Casey in the past few years, and I dont write reviews immediately after. I wait until we see the full picture. Erik Wynkoop assisted us through both times, and was trustworthy and honest. He went out of his way to ensure same day delivery happened before I had to leave on a trip. He patiently worked through all of my questions and was never pushy. He answered texts I sent even at 9pm at night. He ensured we were getting what we wanted at a fair price. Total standup guy. The service dept has taken care of everything without issue. The highlander had the rear door lifter get stuck, and was fixed without question. Both vehicles are running strong. Service appointments are easy to schedule and painless. So, 5 stars from me after 2ish years with Casey.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Casey Toyota about a month ago. Markis was our sales guy and he was one of the nicest, most relaxed, and most helpful car salesmen that we have ever worked with. The buying process was smooth and easy. Our finance guy was Danny Lopez and he did an amazing job of finding us the very best option for us. We came in pre-approved from our bank, but he was able to get us an even lower interest rate. Lastly, Shawn (didnt get a last name) was a service representative that we worked with to get a mechanical issue fixed after the purchase and he was amazing as well. They took their time to find the issue and fix it properly, at no cost to me as it was an issue on the test drive. The whole experience was positive and as a customer, I felt listened to and cared about. Casey Toyota obviouy hires the right kind of people and emphasizes a focus on the customer. I will shop here again!
