Hi, Ive been a t-mobile customer for 4 years and PJ 4 years ago got me to switch to her then and got me to switch again. Now im with Metro because she is there... One thing you all need to know about her is she always takes care of her customers no matter the cost! She looks out for her customers ALWAYS! Ill follow her anywhere she goes!! THANK YOU PJ💜💜

Hi my name is Phyllis Harper and Im at the Metro PC store in Williamsburg. I jusr came on here to try and fix my phone. but the young lady in their today wow!! Her name was PJ, she helped me so much, I end up getting a new phone because my phone was so old and out of storage and not only did I get a new phone she helped me the whole hour and a half with my phone. She set it up for me and programmed all my much needed information. She was very patient very nice even worked around her customers to help me with my phone. I was having so much trouble with my old phone. She was so fast. She serviced maybe 9 customers and kept the all laughing and in good spirits. I tell you like this, this girl needs the raise of the year! she was a really huge help to everyone who walked into the store. out of all the stores Ive been to in 25+years of having cell phones Ive never had someone to take the time out like she had and help me like she did. I am so happy i walked into this store!!! so I just want you guys to know that she did a wonderful job. Do what you must to keep this young lady. This is my new store as long as she stays.Perfect service! Thank you PJ

Seems like they got some new employees in here. I went in today to get an upgrade. I believe his name was Aaron. He was awesome! Amazing customer service. He was soo polite and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions! Thank you!

I went in this store yesterday to pay my bill so they tried to charge me double so I asked why and Jerrod cussed me out and threatened to physically harm me yes Im a woman, then he called the police all because I believe he was trying to embezzle and he was upset be I questioned the over charge... I do intend to file charges as well as file with the BBB...he definitely does not belong in customer service..

Gerard is very very rude he is not a people person I paid for a phone that doesnt work and I tried to exchange it and offered to pay extra for another device he told me no and handed me my phone back and told me he was not going to do anything about it, his co-worker which is a short foreign lady told me not to use my Wi-Fi calling because it would mess up my 4GLTE and would slow my phone down and mess my phone completely up...SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!! She waited until I paid for the phone to tell me all the wrong let alone the only had a select few of the phones in the store and could not tell me when their phones were going to be in!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PEOPLE!!

2 out of 3 times Ive been to pay bill theyve had a note on the door that they would be back in 30 minutes. Left no time to go by. They have 2 employees at all times. Why would the manager leave when the other person os at lunch? Ridiculous......
