I do not usually write reviews, but my experience here was worth my time. I simply would not feel right if I didn’t give this amazing staff their kudos! The store is small but cozy, and their customer service was superb! I haven’t had the best experience with Customer service in the Williamsburg area. Thank god there are still some decent people left around here. They made my service switch and phone purchase quick and simple. Ask for Tori if you stop by.
Soon as you walk in the store you are greeted with smiles. Gabby and Torri were amazing and quoted me prices that would work for me to become a T-Mobile customer. Will definitely be working with them from now on!!!
Some store manager at the other monticello wouldn’t help me, thanks wayne, so i came to this location instead. thanks to Tori for being so helpful! this girl set up my new phone and everything for me in less than an hour. Great conversations too! Will only visit this location moving forward, thanks to Tori and Gabby!
We went back to this store (very far out of our way) after getting very bad customer service from one closer to home. Robert deserves a raise. He was the only employee working and he literally juggled several customers at over. Gem.
Hailey is the best. She is so sweet. She explained everything so I could understand. They should be so glad to have such a great employee. She should be the Store Manager after what I seen at my visit.
Asia and Hailey are very knowledgeable about phones and services of T Mobile. The personal service they gave to me was amazing. T Mobile is fortunate to have these employees. Asia is a great store manager!

Employees on personal cell phone talking to their kids and family members while waiting on customers. Very slow and not enough people to handle the flow of customers. Waiting over 30 minutes and still didnt get help.
The customer service in the store is fantastic. They are both friendly and helpful. They are nowledgeable on their products and services. Also no high pressure to purchase the most costly I phone. I needed a new phone, they gave me a great trade in deal on my old IPhone and helped me pick an IPhone they had currently on sale. The young lady actually packed up my old phone and put the shipping label on box. All I had to do to return my old phone was put it in the post office drop box. This store is a no fuss, no high pressure just great efficiency, friendly service!

Asia lied to me and had our family in their tiny store for hours with the most outrageous excuses on why she couldn’t get us the discount that was originally discussed. She kept trying to use verbiage I didn’t understand to try and confuse me and then I felt like she was blatantly being rude to run us out of the store. The associates are all great my family misses coming in to Dakota and Olivia everyone was so knowledgeable and caring and now I prefer to do my shopping with T-Mobile online. Please take care of this as soon as possible this women is not a Good Representation of the brand and should not be a manager!

Went to the Settlers Market Store and had the best experience with Olivia then Hearher! I didnt feel rushed into making a decision nor rushed with questions. The greeting coming in was appreciated.Heather multitasks like a true champion. Her technical expertise was quite evident.I felt happy with my decision and will not hesitate to recommend this store to friends & family.Give Olivia a Management position and give Heather a store!!!! Tmobile wins!!!

The ONLY T-Mobile store from Virginia all the way up to NYC with friendly and impressively knowledgeable staff who are genuinely willing to help. David and Olivia are simply wonderful! Other stores gave me incorrect information, but these guys cleared it all up and made me feel confident that all is well with my account.

I ported my number to TMobile prepaid, and faced issues. Hailey and David at the store were awesome in helping me out, and spent hours on the phone with tech support to resolve the issue. I think I made new friends! :-)Definitely recommend.
From the moment we walked through the door the entire staff was very unprofessional and stand offish as if they didn’t want my business. The staff continued to be very I knowledgeable of T-Mobile’s policies and contracts. When my wife and I asked questions we were met with short and rude tones. Finally after an hour and a half of dealing with the sales associates they then realized they wouldn’t be able to offer the deal they originally told us that was available. I highly suggest not shopping at this store.
Went today to upgrade my phone. Smooth and easy transaction. No pushy up sells, no computer problems, friendly staff... Not sure what happened with the other reviewers but I had a great experience.
I went in to upgrade a phone, as well as transfer a line over from another carrier. Mya helped me through everything and was very polite and knowledgeable. She took care of all the services I needed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this location.
Upgraded business and family devices here in December 19. Had a $360/month bill before upgrading. I was told by the store representative that after upgrades my bill would be $425/month, which fit our 2020 budget. After the 4.5 hour upgrade process, follow on calls to customer service, and support emails, I am now stuck with a $635/month bill.Notes:1. Dont believe their quoted prices, price estimates, or account reviews. Im out >$200/month, $2400/year, because I assumed they were telling the truth after being told by the representative that she had 20 years experience in cellular and knew what she was doing.2. T-Mobile Customer service is outsourced, and has no authority to take action on your account. They can only summarize your account details. Even supervisors will refer you back to the store where the transaction happened.3. Pay attention to suspicious events happening during the upgrade/purchase process:(a) the representative we were working with said alright who needs a sale and then had another store rep log the sale under their name.(b) they looked at our trade-ins, told us were were all set, then told us we had to send the devices in ourselves, and that that was our only option because she already hit submit.(c) we were told several times that if there were any issues in the future, business support would be able to address them.At the end of the day there were several indications that I should have walked away from this store. Coming from a family of New Yorkers, Ive been told time and again not to trust anyone in sales; advice I followed religiously in the city. I did trust the sales rep in this case, at a cost of $200/month ($2400/year), and several hours lost trying to resolve the billing issue. With fantastic experiences at other tmobile stores in 2018, it is truely a shame that there is a place willing to scam customers for sales here in Williamsburg; the place we moved to in order to get away from that big city rip-you-off hustle.Find another store; at least look at Newport News or Richmond.With the John Legere (awesome CEO) leaving T-Mobile, and the culture shift that will probably come with it (or that has already started), it is likely time to find another service provider.
We switched from Verizon to TMobile at this location (4645 Casey Blvd, Store #492D) in June 2019 with Hailey and she was the epitome of customer service! I was so pleased with her attention to detail and her genuine and caring attitude. Someone from upper management at TMobile or higher headquarters needs to recognize and reward her for her work ethic. You just simply don’t find this level of customer care often.Subsequently, in August of 2019 I needed a copy of a receipt to show proof of purchase to replace a screen protector. I had misplaced my own copy and I called back to this store for assistance. There again Hailey took charge of what I needed, did some research and was able to provide me a both an electronic and printed copy of that receipt (from back in June). I tell you, you cannot get better customer service!
I visited this T-Mobile location earlier today and had a very pleasant trip. Mohar was very kind, and helpful, and helped resolve my issue. She was cognizant of my time, as I was on my lunch break, and helped me resolve others issues on my phone as well. Definitely recommend this spot.
Great customer service! My wife and I switched from a different carrier and Mya made the process so much better than what we were expecting. Had a little hiccup with my trade in not wanting to rest to factory but they fixed that no problem. Very happy with the service and customer care so far.

Youre better off just calling in then wasting time at this store. Its the only one in Williamsburg but its the size of a large walk in closet. Its always understaffed. The employees arent always knowledgeable and if you go in and there are more than 4 people in the store they practically tell you to go away.
The reason TMobile is getting 5 star review was the young man that help me by the name of jose.very knowledgeable and was more than helpful.

ABSOULUTELY.....the WORST expericence I have ever had!!!! Took 2 and a half hours to buy a Apple iPhone...I was 1 of only 2 customers in the store. The manager didnt know her head from a hole in the ground...she finally gave uo and walked out of the store, The other lady helped me to finally get me out of the store. Lost all my info as well...Bravo Tmobile Bravo!!!!
