SUPER helpful staff!I stopped by this store while driving through the area to look into Waterford crystal patterns for my wedding registry. I’m so glad I got the chance to talk to Julie, who helped me determine how many place settings I needed and what glasses would make the most sense for me, as a young bride. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful place. Got two excellent door byster deals and saved about 300.00 off of the 600.00 retail price on 4 wine goblets and 3 decorative eggs.

I came from out of state. This location was practically small for a crystal/glass store.These people have got to put a decent sale up. They wanted over 2k for a bowl? I walked in this store noticing all the basic pieces that I have already seen a handful of times before.. There was probably 1-2 pieces that I have not seen.. That was about it. I don’t know if I would come back again.

AWESOME!!! The Sales staff were SO Helpful!!! Julie even arranged the stemware sets so that I could take pictures and text them to my family, for their review & approval!!! And, She even offered to ship everything to my home!!! Ask for Julie Andrews!!! SHES ABSOLUTELY AHHHHH-MAZING!!!!!

Excellent customer service! My favorite store is closing at the Williamsburg, VA outlets.
