Ive been here a few times when vacationing in the area and have always had a pleasant experience. Instead of bringing cigars from home when I travel, I usually opt to check out local shops to see the different variety. Havana Connections doesnt dissapoint--great selection, fair prices, and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Its a good place to get a quality cigar in Williamsburg. To be fair, the only place to get a quality cigar in Williamsburg because there are no other places. That being said it is a clean, small shop. It has a TV and comfortable chairs to enjoy your cigar. They sell cigarettes and other tobacco products including pipe tobacco. The staff has been okay, not overly welcoming but not rude. Wish the store was bigger. Still a good place to go to.

Excellent cigar shop in every way.I asked for a recommendation for a medium-bodied cigar with a lot of flavor, and I am enjoying the product of that suggestion right now. I was surprised to see despite the size of the shop being smaller, they have a wide variety of accessories including a cigar Journal that not many other stores have. They have a lot of unique sub-brands of leading cigars that you usually dont even find even in larger shops. Very friendly atmosphere, and you could easily sit down and relax while enjoying a cigar and even getting some work done on your laptop.I will surely be back -- GREAT experience!

This ia a must for cigar enthusiasts. Staff is head and shoulders above any other store in the area.

They carry a nice selection and seem to have a following for big sticks (8x80)! The customer service is mediocre but Id go back. Plus, they are in a nice plaza with a lot to do.

The lounge area is small but the cigar selection is good and the crowd is friendly.

Visiting from Michigan. Spent a couple of hours in the lounge and had a great experience. Had wonderful conversations with fellow smokers. The service and cigar selection was outstanding!

Such a great place. Large selection of Cigars and smaller selection of pipe tobacco. Accessories for both at several price points but a focus on the top end of quality. With friendly staff that will help you find what you are looking for and a the regulars are always up for a challenge.

Nice staff, but whats with the hard rock music? I feel like I walked into a head shop or a Spencers gift store. Most people come to a cigar shop to relax - dont expect to do that here. You might walk out with a headache or your ears bleeding.

Although the lounge area is small, I felt right at home. The Man behind the counter was extremely helpful. My next trip to the area will definitely include a stop here.

Decent selections

I dont smoke but they have a nuts collection of tobacco, pipes, and cigars in here. some cutters, lighters, and wooden boxes.

Great cigars and staff. lounge is small with ripped up chairs, cheap tv you can’t even listen to. Same music always being played with slow WiFi, along with that the bathroom toilet was broken.

Tucked away in a corner at Newtown, this small shop keeps a well stocked variety of cigars in its open humidor. Along with the usual stalwarts like Arturo Fuente and Padrón, Havana Connections carries a very good number of small boutique brands that are difficult to find in bigger shops.I regularly visit many tobacconists in the Hampton Roads area and Havana Connections has quickly become one of my favorite shops. I find myself always looking forward to stopping by whenever Im in Williamsburg and I recommend any cigar enthusiast to do the same.

When I walked in I was immediately overwhelmed with cigar smoke. The smoking lounge is in the front of the store not in its own room. The cigar selection was ok. I kinda expected more from a brick and mortar store.
