Guy who manages place very nice and helpful

I just had a really bad experience at tobacco outlet on John Tyler. I’ve been coming to this fine establishment for 7 years and today kid with an Indiana Jones hat asks me what the address is on my license. My valid Colorado license. I recently moved back to Va to be with my family after my brother passed away and I couldn’t remember off the top of my head where I was living when I got my CO license. I camped I lived in rv’s I probably changed residencies 6 or more times there. But no tobacco was sold to me. Because I can’t remember what address is on my license. So I drove back to my house in the pouring rain to get my Govt. issued passport to show this kid and let him know I’d be speaking with the owner. I didn’t even care to buy anything I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I love this store. They are one of the few stores that carry my brand of cigarettes. They are as reasonably priced as they can be for tobacco products and the people working there are very very friendly.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Jason is great to talk with and cares about his customers. I highly recommend this store to shop for your needs.

Nice little shop. They have what I am looking for (Perdomo variety pack of 5 premium cigars for $25). Pleasant employees who are helpful.

I was helped by Randy who was very amicable. They had a great, though not large, selection of top brand cigars for reasonable prices. They also had a large selection of pipe tobacco (not by the oz anymore). Other things available were vape and vape paraphernalia along with a wide range of CBD products. Great spot, quaint and to the point.

Stopped in after calling to get some e-liquid because I lost my bottle while out of town. The guy was irritated that I asked about the flavors of liquid. I also bought a pack of black n milds for my adult son and when he opened them they were stale...from a tobacco store🤷‍♀️

Out of your product...what? As you can see these are ignorant people. What business would publicly show just how terrible a run down shack like this is by talking so mean and hateful. Instead of apologizing they put themselves into Jeopardy of Defamation of Character and a couple more...for their Public Description is a Lie. This is how you run your business? Attacking your customers? Sounds like youre the one playing an hick role...and they are just fine people too by the way...racist too huh?

Awsome lil tobacco and smoke shop, wide variety of all things tobacco and smoking essentials. Not a head shop!

Go here all the time for all my smoking needs. From what i seen, they have a wide variety of cigars and seen a sign on the door saying they sell cbd
