Such a great little but big in merchandise store! Had so much to look at and every item is uniquely different. Sort of reminded me of the World Bazaar from years ago. Good sales and friendly staff. Cant wait to go back again.

For me the specialty grocery here is the high point of the store, including packaged cookies, candies, confections, preserves, condiments, oils, spices, and wines from all corners of the globe.Furniture, lamps, area rugs, and decor items, as well as greeting cards and gift wrap round out the offerings here.Its a fun place for some casual browsing.

We came here to look for a couch. While we were looking at the couches, four different employees (one of which was a manager) came to check on us. We were given a 30% off coupon that was good for two days. We sat there for a while longer debating and then we were told we would get an additional 10% because it was the floor model. With all of the discounts, the couch ended up costing right around $250.00, which is an amazing deal! We will definitely return next time we are looking for furniture.

Love all the items they have

Love this store. Get rose water, chocolate, all kinds of unusual gourmet goodies. My favorite is white rose tea. Made with white tea (young green tea) and rose petals. Smells wonderful and is not too strong.

I was so glad that I came to World Market today not only did I save 30% also $10 off all of my clothing purchases! I have been waiting at least eight weeks for a coupon and specials to come along. Its Mother Day weekend so Im sure thats what the 30% off coupon was all about. Yes to me for my perseverance!

The place to get treats and other kinds of foods from Ireland and such.

They always have hard to find items and very unique items. As always John was very helpful.

It is a phenomenal location, the staff are all well trained and knowledgeable! It is always so tidy. Moreso than other locations I feel like it is a tiny slice of kitchy Europe... in the best possible way! I love it!

I often visit this location to browse around and dream about my perfect home and how it would be filled to the brim with everything world market. Today, however, I had the opportunity to take advantage of their cyber monday sale online and did so. One of the items I ordered online was not able to he shipped since it was glass and I was redirected by their site to pick it up in store at the Williamsburg location. When I went to complete my order online, to my dismay, the items were out of stock and I was redirected to pick up at Newport News. Sadly, I had wanted 2 of the item in question but Newport News was only showing 1 on hand. So, in order to take advantage of the 40% off $300, I opted for only 1 of the lamps I had been coveting for my new living room set. Trying to investigate my options, I contacted the Newport News location, explained my situation, and asked if they could order the second lamp for me at the discounted price and I could just pick it up when it arrived. This was when I was informed that my lamp was not available at that location either and that there was only a display model left in the store. I was helped on the phone by Nanette. As Nanette spoke over me the entire conversation, she explained to me that Williamsburg was showing some in stock at their location. I was also told, by Nanette, that she was going to contact Williamsburg to see if they did, indeed, have the lamps in stock and that she would be calling me back to let me know if I could pick them up there. THREE HOURS LATER Nanette called me back to tell me that they did not have any in stock and that I should probably either just go to Williamsburg to see if they had them or, cancel my order. Again, Nanette spoke over me the entire time and never even answered my original query about being able to order one for me. Luckily for me, I was literally shopping next door to the Williamsburg world market when Nanette called me back. After I completed my shopping, I walked over to the Williamsburg world market location and found the lamp I had wanted on the shelf. I then asked to speak to the manager and, lucky for me, Sierra happend to be working. I spoke to Sierra about my situation and she, so patiently, waited for me to fully explain my situation and was gracious enough to go look in the back for a second lamp.... which she found!!! I was so pleased, not only that they had BOTH lamps I had wanted but that Sierra was gracious enough to listen to me and HEAR my concern. Needless to say, I was given both lamps at the sale price and will be making sure everyone knows what amazing service I have received at the Williamsburg World Market. THANK YOU SIERRA!!

Love the Food selections.... Expand more food and drink

We always like their products but we inevitably always have a price ring up issue. This time there was a hand written price marking it reduced, but the register only reduced it by half that. We didnt notice until all was paid so we had to go to another register and wait. Then the cashier finally tried to help but took a long time trying to get the register to do it. When it wouldnt shortly, I had to tell her to forget it since I had to get to an appointment. They did try, but they need to pay closer attention when ringing up.

The employees were in the process of changing the layout. Prices have gone up on many items. Only one cashier was available and at least 10 people were waiting. Never go if you are pressed for time......

It is always fun walking though World Market. They have a lot of cheap furniture and you should always check their clearance rack because you can get some great deals!

Well organized. Different choices for Christmas shopping. Able to get a lot of gifts here.

I went at a slow time, it was easy to browse. They have so many different and interesting things. I picked up an AeroPress to replace my 10 year old one and some Ginger Beer. Everyone was helpful.
