Victoria and Vivian are simply the bombs! I was in the store the other day and I couldnβt believe how helpful both of these amazing ladies were. Victoria was able to help me find all the latest accessories for both my phone and my Apple Watch. Vivian made sure to point out the sale they had going on at the time. I was able to get free accessories!At one time the store was full of people. I overheard Victoria interacting with a woman and her two grandsons. Victoria was so patient and kind to this family. She helped each boy find the perfect phone and the items needed to keep those phones safe from harm!I will definitely be going back to this store for all my phone needs.

At&t was more expensive then Verizon BY ALOT so I switch my daughter and I over to Verizon. Then at&t tell me I will be getting a full bill at the end of month. For a service I dont have! AT&T WONDERS WHY people dont like them this is just just one of thr reasons why. When my phone number was stolen through their system I was told change your number. Um no that not a fix for me. When I would lose service I had to restart my phone everytime to get to work again I was told get a new phone um no my phone was new! When I asked to figure out a cheaper service um no can do! When I call to cancel its amazing how all of a sudden they have a plan that is 15 bucks cheaper then Verizon. Wow didnt have that plan 2 days ago when I asked. So I will pay the last bill buy they will have to wait. I will pay it slowly. I get all cell phone services have all of us over a barrel but Im sick and tired of the way AT&T has treated me. I do not recommend them.
I had Verizon prior and when I walked into this establishment they treated me like royalty and from there on out I wasnβt a verizon customer no longer, feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder, Kindallin ( I think itβs spelt) assisted me the best she could and got me out as fast as possible, love the store 10/10 would go backβ€οΈ

We went to ATT store in Williston ND and got excellent customer service. Above and beyond they went for us. We switched 4 phones over from another provider to them because of how amazing this staff was. We bought several accessories because of their knowledge and help. We worked with The manager Vivian and Anjelica and Christopher while we were in on 2 different occasions to get help with some issues. They were outstanding and patient and helped us figure it out and we are above happy with the experience! If you go in there be ready to switch or get service cause they are the best and you will greatly appreciate their customer service and friendly atmosphere!! This team is an asset to the company and we are happy we went in!!

I was shopping for a new tv service and Chris was available to help me get setup with Directv. He helped me with every question I had. He also explained how the new receiver boxes worked and what kind of channel setup would work best for me.

I came in the other day for a plan for myself and my son, first time paying for a cell phone service so I was nervous and didnt know what to do, but a young woman by the name of victoria was very helpful and polite and helped me with everything i needed and made things super simple and easy, Best customer service Ive ever recieved. Wow am I impressed! I ordered the iPhone 12 pro on Monday and received it on Thursday. Chris has been so generous and amazing to work with! If you have to visit the Williston location I highly recommend you come talk to him !
Best at everything I am very happy my phone bill is very low $85 a month and that is the unlimited plan same as Verizon but Verizon is alot higher $126.00 a month glad I made the switch to at&t thank you

Amazing customer service cellular service could be better but the store representatives make it worth keeping theyre always willing to help troubleshoot when I had any problems.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I called the 800 number before going into the store because my phone randomly stopped charging and wouldnβt turn back on.(I had a iPhone 8 s plus) I followed the troubleshooting instructions and was told to go into the store near me that my insurance would cover a free battery replacement and that they would be able to do that for me in the store.I go first thing this morning because I have 2 kids and canβt be without a phone. As soon as I walk in Iβm greeted which is the only good thing that happened. I explained the above ( ^^ ) to them and am told instantly that they canβt help me and that βonly certain phones qualifyβ and handed a card that had some phone number for me to call and to have them fix it. They donβt fix anything at the store instead they go through a third party and they are just sales. When I asked them if it would be fixed today Iβm told it could take 3 business days and that heβs busy.I then ask if my phone qualifies for an upgrade since Iβve had it for 2 years and have made every payment on time. She pulls my account up and tells me I have to pay the phone off before I even qualify to have an upgrade.As Iβm walking out the door Iβm then asked if Iβd be interested in direct tv.. definitely not.I took my business to Verizon where they instantly looked at my phone seen that it was in BRAND NEW CONDITION and helped me. Something AT&T failed to do. They didnβt even ask to see my phone. I was instantly turned away! This store needs to not do phone repairs through a third party especially being a corporate store! Iβm shocked and disappointed.AT&T lost a loyal customer today.
Terrible customer service. Terrible cell reception. Sending and receiving picture and video texts is a roll of the dice. Mystery charges with no explanation. I am fed up with this so-called service, and will be looking into Verizon instead.
The phone service signal is horrible, always losing service, constantly having to put in airplane mode multiple times, even with the note 10 plus. I end up having to get a prepaid Verizon phone just to use for work.

Stay Away Such horrible service with Samantha B and the assistant Manager, as well as another employee (name to be determined) in Williston that I plan to file a lawsuit! Submitting my recordings from all of my visits to this location to the corporate office in Dallas, TX 75202 . Horrible experience. I guess when you are in a small town you feel invincible and that their are no consequences for treating customers badly. This is why I record conversations with customer service reps That way, it is not my word against theirs. Hopefully AT&T will replace the unprofessional reps with people that are polite, customer service driven, and also people that know the products that they are selling. They never have enough help, no matter what time of day it is. Count on waiting a considerable amount of time for help. If you do get helped quickly, buy a lotto ticket.

The employees are rude, both in person and on the phone, either treating you like you are stupid and flat out lying to you in person or putting you on hold until you hang up and then treating you like youre stupid. The staff lied to me about the release of a new phone in order to get me to make a purchase right then. Normally, its not a problem if someone just plain doesnt know about a new model of phone being released, but multiple employees said with certainty that there would be no S7 Active, and only 13 days before it was released. This store is terrible and makes the rest of AT&T look absolutely horrible. You would be better off going to the AT&T Authorized Retailer in WalMart a couple miles down the road or driving to Dickinson, Minot or Billings. Do your own research before buying a new phone if you have to go to this store, because the people that work there have no idea what honesty is.

The people here are rude, unhelpful, ungrateful. They dont answer your questions. They dont try to fix anything for you. They would rather sit and do nothing and help find answers to the questions you have. And the service here kind of sucks.
