I came here last night and was helped by the NICEST sales associate. Her name was Tee. I was in the store pretty close to closing time (I didnt realize the mall closed at 7) and she was helping me find the products I need. She did not rush me, and in fact suggested other things I might like, which I ended up purchasing. She was a joy to talk to and made this particular shopping experience wonderful. I came in the other day in kind of a sad mood, for some uplifting shopping! I knew I wanted some candles but it is a tad overwhelming with the selection provided. Luckily, Tammy was working and she was a superstar! We talked about scents I like & she suggested a bunch of different options (all of which I wanted lol) I ended up with three candles, two one wics, one three wic. I really hope management checks these reviews because Tammy is a rockstar! As a manager myself, I would most definitely love to have someone like her on my team. I apologize for not getting the names of other staff members on shift, but literally every single one of them was so sweet & asked multiple times if I was okay/needed help. Ill see you guys in a few days Im sure, thank you Tammy & staff!

Very well stocked, staff worker in the front sprayed sanitizer on our hands, we were told to get a bag to put your merchandise in.the workers announced to stay your distance, but to be honest it was kind of hard. All in all.,enjoyed the shopping.

Staff was super friendly. I wanted a balsam/tree scent and she really knew her stuff, she pointed out every scent that smelled even the slight bit woodsy. Though I ultimately wound up going for a different seasonal scent, hot cocoa.

Wonderful store with a great selection. This location is our favorite because of the excellent staff and cleanliness of the store. The staff always make sure that we find exactly what we are looking for and in the best way possible. We always look forward to coming back for the positive customer shopping experience that we get.

They have good sales often. When you order online your products arrive when the company says it would. If they had free shipping often that would make it better.

Semi -annual sale is thee best!

Busy! Crowded! Associates were very helpful. Line to checkout was long, but moved quickly. So many different sales every day, hard to decide when to get the best deal.....best to ignore that, and just go when you need to get something. I think the prices come out about the same in the end.

Everyone was so friendly. I just wish they had the bright lemon snowdrop I came looking for lol. But someone found the last body wash for me and I was happy 😁

They are taking precautions with covid. They have you walk in one entrance and out the other. They squirt your hands with sanitizer if you want it at the entrance. They have you take a paper shopping bag to shop with and thats your bag to go home with.

The candles are great but Im not a fan of the fall & some winter fragrances. They always have really good sales on their merchandise. Yankey candles who? I only purchase my candles here.

They were having a great sale....they had some new great scents......the workers wee very helpful. You didnt have to go and look around for anyone when you needed help. Although it was quite busy we were in and out.

I looked on his name tag it said Andrew. I will never go back to this location again. Where do they find these people?

Friendly and helpful staff and an absolute insane collection of scents. Only downside is how crowded it usually is but that’s probably not really within their control 😅 their aromatherapy line of products is honestly the g.o.a.t.

Candle Day was GOOD to me!!!!

The day I visit they were having a sell which caused the lines to be rather long. They only had one young lady at the register and three other people were on the floor. I walked up kindly and said to two young ladies Hi and excuse me, is there any possible way someone else could open another register. The manger looked at me with a very nasty expression on her face and said Im going to put someone up there in a few minutes. After five minutes she send a young man to open another register. Sorry to interrupt your very important conversation but i will not be visiting that particulate store ever again.

I love that they do Clarences for every season I personally can not use them because of allergies but I know some that do even family members and I have to tell you that they smell really good I know that there are some personal fragrances that love myself but I cant wear it but they make really good gifts its like buying three gifts but you actually get six for the three so if you arent allergic to any of the fragrances that are used such as real flowers you should give it a try I mean you will smell really great or friends and family.

Wonderful. I love that they have a sink area in the store for you to test the hand wash soap and wash your hands.

They have a nice amount of perfume and lotion but the one thing I like or the candles because I speak them in my closets and they make the whole closet smell good however I wish that they were a little bit more reasonably priced and a few extra deals wouldnt hurt anybody

Went in for stocking stuffers, ok right before Christmas on a Saturday, so not great idea. The staff couldnt have been any more helpful or nice. (They were great.) But the lines sucked, and seemingly they were unprepared for moving people through.I also didnt realize the price of the mid grade soaps and lotions were so high. I guess I dont understand mall products being overpriced. I can get boutique brands for similar prices, not mass produced for every mall in the country. Stuff smells nice though.

Always a pleasure shopping at this company.I was a little disappointed that at third particular store no one was aware of the shower balms their company sold. A very popular item in the Stuart Fl. area.

The scent that assaults your nostrils the moment you walk in is so offensive I cant stand it. Its a recipe for an instant headache. And the staff gave us the run-around when we tried to find out how much is on my nieces gift card.We asked at the register, and they told us to ask someone on the floor, we asked a woman on the floor that they pointed out and she sent me to the other side, where I been had to find somebody else on the floor who brought me back to the register who said they couldnt do it, and then three people at one register ended up pulling us over to see how much was on the gift card. It was ridiculous. And the entire time I had a massive headache from the smell.
