This location is smaller, it did not have all the perfumes I wanted to test. But the staff is extremely friendly, they helped with all my cosmetic questions.
Didnt feel the love like I used to going in here. Not because of Covid precautions, just that the help was not excellent. I can peruse stores easily, but when I need help, give it to me. Dont walk away after pointing something out.

I always love coming into the Willow Grove Sephora because I know the employees will always be so kind and knowledgeable. When I came in today, I was assisted by Madhuri, Lauren, and Angel. They all made great recommendations and made my experience memorable.
The people have a good service but if i’m being the workers there are honestly really rude and when i asked questions they made it seem like i should know everything about makeup.

As soon I walked in I probably looked completely lost and way out of place. Luckily for me one of the workers walked halfway across the store to great me and point me in the direction of what I was looking for. Thank you ladies!!

I had a young lady by the name of Z helping me with my shopping and she was very knowledgeable about all of the products I was looking for and introduced me to some new products I didnt even know that I needed. Great shopping experience.
Victoria was so helpful and got me all the way together by helping me find my shade in everything I came in to buy. She also told me how I’d be applying my new products and when I came in again she followed up to see if I loved everything. Shopping for makeup can be overwhelming, especially when you’re bare faced with less than perfect skin. My shopping experience was a breeze and I’m happy to have new products that work well for me.

Tucked away outside of Bloomingdales on the 1st floor is heavens gate to all things beauty. Sephora has it ALL. A wide range of perfumes, makeup, and skincare options,...did I say MAKEUP? Every brand that you know and a few that youll come to know! This is a place that you go to explore! Thus is a place that will get you excited about looking fabulous! Raisa was amazing!!! It was a long day at the mall for me and I ended it at sephora and I am so glad that Raisa was the one who helped me with every single one of my needs. She was confident in what she was talking about and explained how to use all of the products I ended up buying! I will definitely be back to this sephora and hopefully Raisa will be there to help me again 😊

Im only giving one star because the make up artist was nice and friendly. However, the short African American girl on the register was very rude! If you do not like your job or dealing with the public quit ! Its that easy! I will not be returning to this particular location.
Hi,I almost didnt visit this store because of all the poor ratings, however, it is the closest one and my daughter convinced me to give it a try. Im glad I did! We went on a Friday morning and there were only a few customers in the store at the time. We were greeted by each of the staff members present and were helped right away. Fox helped me and what I really liked was that she listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect product for me (with help from ColorIQ). She gave me a lot of information about the foundation, was patient in helping me choose an appropriate shade of lipstick and she did not try to force products on me that I didnt ask for. I will definitely go back and Im looking forward to taking some of the makeup classes with Fox. Give the store a try on a weekday before 5pm and you might just be pleasantly surprised🙂

Horrible experience over the phone with someone at Willow Grove. I simply asked a question about an online return due to the changes in the policy, and she was rude and condescending calling me hun and asking me a ton of questions and then insisting I could only get a merchandise credit even though it has only been a little over 30 days . Not what I expect from Sephora. Never dealing with this store again!

I begrudgingly go here due to JCP closing. The staff who works here are rude, accusatory, and unhelpful. I have made returns a total of two times within the past year and was treated like a total criminal-glares, calling over or managers, quadruple checking receipts, and going so far as to test a product on their skin that I told them was dry. I didnt make the return policy, Sephora did! Besides that, you will never get any help but if you come in with big purses or other bags, prepare to be followed. Relentlessly. They also twist policies to fit their desires. I overheard a MANAGER tell a customer that TYPICALLY you need to return the item where you bought it-NOT TRUE. They just dont want to hurt their numbers. also, I noticed my receipts dont have the surveys anymore. Bring them back so we the customers can tell the important people whats really up with this mess.
I bought products from the Ardmore location. The staff there was very warm and welcoming. I decided to return a few of the products to the willow grove location because i didn’t need them. There were 2 employees at the register and both were equally unfriendly. I had my receipt and asked them to put it back on the same card i had purchased the products from. They were examining the products when they clearly haven’t been touched. I told them i left my ID and card home by a mistake and that almost turned into a problem. Before i left there was no thank you, have a nice day or nothing. If it wasn’t for the great customer service i received at the other Sephora locations o would never purchase from Sephora as a company again.
Horrible customer service...although the girl who help with my return was super nice the rest of the stuff was not helpful at all. I stood around swatching Fenty beauty clearing looking like a needed help next to one of the associates she didn’t ask if a needed anything. NO one asked If needed a color match. Meanwhile while another girl came in and the same associate asked her if she needed help. I expressed to the other associate that I stood there and her coworker did not ask if I needed help she quickly said she’s with a client, which wasn’t until after I walked away. I wasn’t greeted when I came in. I definitely will never come back here again not a fan. Made me realize why I stopped shopping at Sephora. I wouldn’t give this place any stars if I could.
Please hire knowledgeable staffs. Its very frustrating to see blank faces when you ask a simple question about a product. The staffs should at least know the ingredients, the effect, and explain to their customers these useful information. People are spending money on a product and they at the very least deserve to know. When ask about a certain item, please be as closed to honest as possible. I had one person telling nirvana hydrating spray is a hydrating face primer. Another person told me its just hydrating and not a primer. Also, please wipe off different foundation applied off peoplesface. Please dont rush people off. We werent there to get your tiny samples. We were actually buying items because we like sephora and we were actually doing a haul to try out different products. Its my third time going here and I am frustrating every time. Please, please re-trained these staffs on both customer care and product information.

Was really great doing my makeup for prom. Very friendly and hospitable. Ive had lashes done at other sephoras and if it pricked my eye they let it be. But here the artist i had, sailey did a wonderful job making sure the lasges were super comfortable for me. Would definetly come here again
Im a woman of color that has a birthmark(hyperpigmentation) that covers about half of my face. Ive always had a good shopping experience at this store and will continue to shop here. I just suggest that the staff receive sensitivity training on addressing birthmarks. The staff member suggested I get treatment to lighten my birthmark and I told her I wasnt interested but she continued to suggested it. There are primers that color correct and products like Fenty Beauty (the reason I was there) that covered it flawlessly. That encounter dulled my experience because I was so excited.

HATE this sephora. Please hire new employees who are willing to help customers find the right product. Employees at this location are always putting make-up on themselves,never greeting customers, or look like they were forced to help someone out. I love make-up and trying new things but i also would like it if i can get some help finding these things as well.

Unprofessional staff the moment I waked in I asked for helped and no one wanted to help but this one employee who was very nice tried to get someone to help me. I waited more than half an hour just to get a foundation match I was very upset because I was treated poorly I had my skin bare of any type of make up, my make up artist was nice but didn’t seem to want to help didn’t apply any primer or anything on my face. I felt terrible! When I found my match it turned out that they didn’t have that particular foundation in store and when I walked up to the cashier she was very rude mean and I just felt like crying and humiliated I have been to a lot of Sephoras and Ultas and Macs stores and I never been treated so poorly horrible experience I will never go back in this store unbelievable! I should have just found my shade and left and just order online.
5 star only for Angel Selena Gomez !!!! she was kind, polite and helpfull to me !!! i did not feel the same attitude from other staff.
I was coming here with all the intentions of buying the Fenty foundation (i’m not a foundation wearer) so I was going to need some help with matching my shade etc. I was wandering around the store because I didn’t know where it was. THREE employees looked me dead in my eyes and didn’t even offer to help or ask if I needed help. I would have asked for their help but they all made me feel uncomfortable. I was being watched and the tall lanky boy gave me a snarling look. I was a guaranteed sale to whoever was willing to help but that was no one! Very unprofessional and judgemental, humble yourselves!
Was helped by an older woman named Cynthia. I was looking for a specific mask and was pointed in no direction, was not suggested any products similar to the one that was unavailable. Then at checkout, I was unfortunate enough to get her again. And she used her PHONE to check me out. I did not appreciate her using her phone, as it is an obvious security risk. Will not be returning to the willow grove park Sephora... Id rather take the risk and buy my products online.
Horrible n unprofessional. The makeup artist was so rude left me sitting there for like 15 mins then went an attend to someone else and did their makeup . I got annoyed spoke to manager n told her to train her staff about dealing with ppl of all races . She apologized over n over I told her Im going to Mac . I went straight to Mac who treated right from the moment I walked in the store . Thanks Mac sephora change ur attitude.

Very unwelcoming environment! Staff very unprofessional, took my mom here for her birthday to see if they could match her, and was told they could not because they were under staff. Not certain if its this particular store, but they will not receive any business from me.
Rude, inattentive, pretentious staff with little to no knowledge about the products they sell. Manager refused to return my product bc it was purchased almost a year ago when clearly the bottle was full and it was listed in my order history on my VIB profile. I double checked the return policy to confirm that there is no time limitation on returns. It only specifies that purchases returned after 60 days receive store credit so clearly she interprets and exercises policy to her will and not the companys. I had stopped buying from this location previously bc of the unprofessional, crass staff but did yesterday out of convenience. Clearly a mistake. I will report this to corporate, close my account, and purchase my makeup elsewhere. Honestly with online shopping theres no need to subject myself to poor customer service from rude employees wearing terrible makeup.

I love this sephora I had a great experience with my mua. My makeup was amazing and the artist did not take much time at all.
The manager or whoever she was is absolutely awful. She followed me around the entire store as if i was stealing. The staff was not at all helpful or kind except one young woman in the front. Overall the staff was very cold and crass. I dont intend to step foot into this sephora again.
This sephora is by far my fav sephora! Customer service is great! I bought a foundation that didnt match and brought it back and they exchanged it and helped me find a new shade! My check out was fast and its not their own phones they check ppl out with, those are mini cash registers. I doubt the company would allow employees to ring up sales to profit! Im always assisted even when its crazy busy. Saturdays are a mad house but hey, thats all malls.
I was one of TWO customers in the store at opening. I came in at about 10:05am to a store full of staff, no one offered to help me. I purchased over $150 worth of product and would have purchased more if I could find it with some help. I’ll probably return what I purchased and buy it at a Mac counter.
