Best customer service I have ever received at a tire shop wow !! Dominic is great, very very knowledgeable about cars and has a can do attitude . The guys in the shop are great too. Polite and professional . Keep up the good work Mavis

The service here is always great. They are excellent about managing expectations. You never know what to expect when your car goes in for service because engines are complicated and theres soooo much you cant see or notice until its completely broke. Dominick takes the time to explain the work he and the guys are doing. Theyll take you in the back to see on your vehicle why they need to do the repairs. I dont mind spending the money on fixing my car when I know why theyre fixing it. And these guys take the time to make sure you know why. They give options and help you prioritize repairs. Very well run.

Jake was awesome as he made it very easy to schedule our vehicles for state inspection. He as well as the technician was very professional as they extended the utmost courtesy and concern that our vehicles were in good and safe condition.

As a young woman most places make you feel like they are taking advantage of you because you dont know anything about cars. I did not feel that was the case with this Mavis location. The store manager Dominic was friendly and courteous. He gave me quick service at a great price. Because of him I will be going back to this location.

A bunch of lying, thieving, CREEPS!! I went in with a back driver side flat. I was told by Dominic the store manager that they put new tires on the front since it was all wheel drive and I needed tires up front anyhow. They were then to put the best of the remaining on the back. It has been a few days. I didnt drive over the weekend. My back tire was flat again. The same one. Huh? How is this possible. Because they never even took the tire off my car. The hub cap is still in the exact same place it was. So here I was supposed to have this tire fixed and they never even touched it. Lying, thieving, CREEPS!!!! Dont go there.

My experience was really good. I took my car in to get my inspection and oil change in Willow Grove, PA right after the Ida storm. The people were very friendly even knowing they went through a rough night before. Also, you never know what to expect during an inspection. They knew what I wanted and didnt go beyond that. It was thoroughly explained what I needed to pass inspection and they handled it on a rush basis.

Excellent Service. Needed tire fixed in a pinch and more the willing to help. They got my sons car in right away. Lifesaver!! My son had important trip to the shore for his HS graduation and don’t know what We could’ve done without them. Thank you 🙏🏼

Worst AUTO repair shop in Willow Grove, PA 19090. Work never gets done in their first attempt. The store manager Dominic is very rude and disrespectful. Reviews are bought by providing discounts. They say something on the phone and does opposite to it. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Worst place ever. Never again going to Mavis for any AUTO repair work.

Dominic was nice enough to check my windshield washer that was not working from previous service at Dresher store. He fond that nozel was broken on one side. Repaired right away. I will use that store in future. He bypassed the broken side until they have part to permanently repair. Greatly appreciated.

I got my car towed here early on a Sunday morning because my car broke down on the way to church. These guys Dom and Rob tried all they could do to help me but ultimately I ended up having to scrap my car and get a new one because the axle and transmission went. They let me keep my car there until I could make arrangements to get it towed out and even gave me some suggestions on where look for cars. They were so gracious when I was so hurt about having to get a new car. Thank you guys! You made a painful situation a lot better!

WORST experience ever. Do not come here!! Dominic is very RUDE and manipulative. He makes people leave good reviews for discounts, but in the end he still tries to charge you for services that you did not receive and add on random fees. At my visit, my total was $403. He said he would take $60 off then the new price will be $405. It did not make sense at all and I had to go through the receipt thoroughly and pull out a calculator in order to be charged the proper amount. Beware.

Worst place ever. Lie piled on lie. Made an appointment to have 4 tires mounted, balanced, and installed on my travel trailer. I called this store directly to ensure they could handle a travel trailer and was told it wasnt a problem. When I got there the guy at the counter checked me in and told me to pull the trailer into their bay. A 38 foot long, 13 foot tall trailer is NOT going to fit in a car bay. I told him the guy I spoke with earlier told me to just park in front of the store and they would come out and change the tires. After waiting by my truck for quite some time I went back in to find out what the delay was. I was then told they didnt do RVs. I asked why the other guy I spoke with told me they did. He started going on abut their call center doesnt know what each shop can do. I kept telling him that I had called the store directly (the direct phone number is on the google listing for the store) and was told RVs were not a problem. He refused to listen and kept repeating his story about their call center. Never again going to give Mavis one cent of my money.

There service was By far the best. Let alone the time I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing. My brakes were shot and I basically couldn’t leave . The team didn’t allow me to leave until my brakes were done properly and safe. They worked with me as far as pricing . They took a difficult situation and eased my worries. Thank you.

Our car caught fire in the parking lot of the location (didnt even drive it anywhere). After 2 months of fighting their insurance, they still refuse to accept liability, claiming it had nothing to do with their work.30 seconds after they were done it caught fire, and they had nothing to do with the fire. Laughable.Go at your own risk. If anything happens, they will not claim responsibility, even when the car is still in their care. Not only that, it took more than 60 days to get a reimbursement check for a rental car that they said they would pay for. I had to email corporate executives to get any response, as their District Manager ghosted me and refused to communicate.Will never go to another NTB again, regardless of location.

I went in to get my Tire patched. I found the hole myself when filling the tire while it was Raining out. I even showed them where it would be. I sat there for an hour & half for nothing. They told me, they couldnt Find The Hole. I should buy all new tires. I told them No. Then they had me sit there for another 20 mins for nothing. They said We put sealant in it. I had to fill my Tire back up that night & I noticed my other Tire was Now Missing the Valve cover. Im never going back to that place.

As a woman I felt very comfortable here the General Manager Domenic was so friendly and welcoming he really had a can do attitude . They were busy and he just grabbed my keys pulled my car right into the garage. I was very taken back by that . I will tell everyone about this Mavis keep it up!!

If I could them less then one star I would. I waited an hour and half before one of the incompetent service managers told me that the person who services Volkswagens left to a another location so they had to go buy a tool. That is an issue that could have been fixed last week when my appointment was confirmed its not difficult to ask the make abd model of a car. For the wait from 10am appointment that BOTH service managers confirmed would take at a max an hour and a half took until quarter of 2 is a joke! For the wait $15 was taken off and barely a sorry but they made to tell me to come back for shocks and an inspection yeah because that would happen after this visit. I highly recommend people thinking twice about using them at this location as they are a joke and clearly arent about the client. Edit time... as nice as it was for the owner to respond to my review they have yet again been less than helpful. After waiting on hold to speak to with customer service the women I spoke with could have cared less to be doing her job. I got no apology just what is your phone number so yet another person would try to contact me. Still have not heard anything for this so called regional manager. It is truly sad how you treat people who spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars with your company.

Went here knowing I needed front end work after getting a $2K courtesy quote from a dealership while my truck was in for recall airbag replacement, Dominick did the work the dealer recommended plus state inspection, 2 tires, and an alignment for close to $1k less. My truck feels new again. Very happy.

I love this place. The guys here are kind and friendly and have helped me out on multiple occasions when I needed both emergency brake repairs as well as routine maintenance. Ive returned to this place a couple times and will continue to do so.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Just under 6 hours to mount and balance a set of tires and that was with an appointment scheduled! When we called for updates we kept getting the run around “they are working on it” “15-20 minutes longer”. Absolutely ridiculous. Another guy had been there for over 2 hours to fix a leak in his tire. Might be cheap but there’s a reason!

These people are extremely dishonest. I took my perfectly running car in about a month ago for an oil change and an inspection. Im going to highlight, my car ran EXCELLENTLY. After getting that inspection and oil change, I drove my car for about 30 minutes before it completely broke down. I had it towed back, they looked at it, and told me they made some adjustments to my battery and I was good to go. I had a suspicion they didnt put enough oil in my car, but I drove it away again, and NOW IT WAS MAKING CLICKING NOISES. I took it back to the Abington location, where they told me to have it towed back to the Willow Grove location overnight, so I did. After two days they call me and tell me they did all kinds of checks on my engine and found nothing, and said I should be good. I drove off the lot, drove home concerned, because the clicking (that Ive never heard before taking it to them) was still present. I drive that same day for another 30 minutes after driving home, and my car shuts down again. I have it towed back to them A THIRD TIME, after which Dominic, the manager, tells me, Oh yknow what, when we did your oil change we noticed it looked muddy. Its probably a headgasket issue and has nothing to do with an oil change. Sorry, we cant help you. Scott, the regional manager, was the mastermind of coming to that conclusion. So there I was, having spent $150, and having no car. I wasnt sure if they were telling the truth when they told me this, so I consulted several mechanics and told them the story. They all said, If your headgasket was bad, your car wouldnt be running fine. Sounds like they didnt put enough oil in your car. So I called back to talk to Dominic and he told me, Were the ones who looked at your car. Nothing you can say will change anything. So I had my engine looked at by the mechanic who I ended up paying $3000 to replaced my engine with a used one. He told me the same thing all the other mechanics told me. So I go back to talk to Scott, and he told me he would do his due diligence on the matter. Its been a week, and Ive called them several times, and still have not heard back from Scott. If you go to these guys, you better hope they dont screw up your car, because theyll say anything they can to get themselves out of being liable for it.

I took my wife’s car to get four new tires. She had a blow out, and the brand new spare tire was on the the car. I told them that but they did not listen and threw out the new spare tire and left me with a flat tire. After repeating bringing this to their attention they eventually fixed it. Then on the way home the centerpiece fell off the tire. I called the store where I spoke to the manager Dominic he promised to take care of the whole situation and make it right. Now three weeks later still not resolved A bunch of empty promises. $1400 later still not resolved is this how you treat your customers?

I came here in 2019 for new front tires on my 2016 Honda Accord and I came back last week for new back tires. Both times I was helped immediately with no appointments and reasonable wait times. The mechanics are knowledgeable and James knows how to take care of his customers. Highly recommend!

My alignment for 4 new tires that i purchased somewhere else was completed ahead of time and was even given a discount on the advertised price for the work.

Had a great experience at this location. Staff was friendly and funny. Every patron that came through while I was there was greeted and treated the same way as I was. I dont remember the two gentlemans names that waited on me but they very knowledgeable and entertaining. I would recommend this location to my friends. They both are a asset to your company.

Customer service is always great! Unfortunately, this location leaves so much to be desired. The bathroom is a mess even from a mans standpoint, starting with the toilet. Large chairs are worn out and uncomfortable, trash on the floors, and lastly the television does not work. If Mavis Dicount Tires has recently acquired this location then it maybe worth it to have a re-grand opening. Customers sitting for 2 hours dont want to see this type of business display. It sends the wrong message such as we have not cleaned or sanitized since or during the Covid-19 outbreak.

THIS PLACE WILL TRY TO FLEECE YOU! Bought a car out of state, brought it in for inspection, and they call me 30 minutes later to tell me it will cost me $3000 to fix a laundry list of issues for them to pass it. Took it somewhere else two days later, and it passed with no issues. Ive also never experienced someone who is inspecting my car drive it out of the parking lot and down the road. Pretty sure Raheem didnt notice i was waiting out front, and Id also be willing to bet 90% of the positive reviews are fake. You will regret bringing your car here for anything.

Brought my car here because they’ve serviced my dad’s cars. They are pricey compared to what I’m used to paying for 4 tires even though I only got 2. Alignment was $90. However, they did knock $30 off for the long wait which was respectful. Polite and friendly at the door, which is huge for me being someone who knows nothing about cars and often feels people are rolling their eyes at me or taking advantage of my lack of knowledge at most auto shops.

Guys here are great. Have been to a few different corporate shops to have various stuff done and they dont compare. Bought tires a year ago at a good price. Unfortunately went a little before they closed. The team there let me hang out while they still worked after hours. From the tech installing the tires to the desk associate everyone was so mellow and friendly. They offered advice and made it a point to help. Year later and still great service when I came in for a leaky tire. You guys have a loyal customer now!

Staff was friendly and professional, and I was quickly taken care of thanks to the online appointment system for oil changes. I was told, though, that because the oil pan was dirty, and he thought that it might indicate an oil leak, they werent allowed to do the oil change. If thats the policy, it is what it is, but Ive never heard of that, and no further explanation was given. Shame, I probably would have been a regular there.

Went for a simple oil change (which took 1.5 hrs) and then they tried telling me I needed: 1. New breaks 2. a new battery 3. a new front axle... repairs totaling to nearly $1200. I then took my car to a different place for a second opinion and they found next to nothing wrong. Beyond the facade of friendliness are dishonest people.

Even with a busy afternoon Jordan and Raheem got me in to fix a tire that had went flat down the street from their shop. Pete had my car in and back on the road within a half hour. Thanks again gentleman, I will recommend this shop 10/10 times.

Daniel Y. assisted me with replacing my tires and alignment and I couldn’t be happier with his service. My one year old was with me and the staff were good sports about her running back and forth from the lobby to the waiting room. Daniel made sure my car was finished as soon as possible. It wasn’t the most ideal situation but I’m grateful for their patience and great service.

I purchased four new tires that were supposed to last an estimated 70000 but they only lasted 26000. I purchased road hazard and the entire tire package when I bought 70000 in 2016. I get flat a week before Christmas bring the car to NTB I get there at 9am Dawn tells me she heard a noise when entered the parking lot (She was out there smoking) She tells me I should get a ride, because she was expecting them to get to my tire at around noon. I go home she calls me after 1 to say I have to get 4 NEW tires and gonna cost $800. The warranty and tire package only saves about a $100 when you purchase the entire tire package, the warranty isnt worth anything. I called back at 3pm Dan the manager answer said. Car wasnt ready and he didnt have enough staff. My battery might a problem according to Dan he could check to that because he may have had problem moving my car. I called back again 4:20. Dan says he was finishing up my car. I get a lift over there and when I arrive I see Dawn assisting an older gentleman that was having a problem, she said to him I will take you back I have never been offered a ride in all my years of using this company. I see Dan through the glass door putting the tires on my car. If you read down you will see the manager Dan rating the store on this site and the owner responding. I was lied to and taken advantage of. I will never patronize this company again . My car was there8 hours. I tried to address this with customer service they lacked the ability to fix

Today I dropped off my Equinox in the morning. The associate there, Aaron, said he can fit it in even though I didnt have an appointment and they were short staffed. Its a nice car so I didnt know the VIN so Aaron pulled it up for me and was understanding the whole way. Was a super nice guy and left a great impression. I drive a lot for work so I need an oil change every 1-2 months and now Ill definitely be going baxk. 5/5

They might be good for tires but dont let them touch your car I had an emergency brakes when I went in there and they talked me into doing my back brakes and now I dont have an emergency brakes, plus I needed my inspection and emissions and after 5-6 hundred dollars they didnt give me any stickers they said that because I had a new battery they couldnt do the emissions, I said okay but what about the inspection they said that they have to do emissions first but the charges or bill had nothing to do with emissions only inspection.

Came to NTB because my tire went flat. The tire had a huge piece of metal stuck in it. The service was quick courteous and professional!
