You must be effin kidding! Deliberately making it hard. First its very difficuly to make changes, then theres no confirmation its done, then they call saying return equipment or else, they give a drop off location, then thyre closed on Saturday despite saying theyre open, then theyre closed on Monday at 10 despite a sign saying theyre supposed to be open, then they open at 11 but they dont accept the equipment despite instruction to the contrary, then to a location which does... one person at the counter 16 people waiting with another ee in the back apparently not his job.

This place only opens sometimes not daily. Its understaffed and the staff thats there arent knowledgeable. It took husband over 30mins to pay his bill with a check because the machine wasnt working properly. Worst is when he purchased his phone 4months ago the staff told him he had to transfer info himself...he took it back because it wasnt easy. The rep. started the download then told him hed have to complete & mate the phones holding them and charge them while driving!! Who the heck can do that! AWEFUL DREADFUL SERVICE BY VERIZON. Dont buy from them. Terrible!

I knew what I was looking for and he didn’t try to be pushy or anything and got me in and out in 10 minutes. Would recommend you ask for him, he answered whatever questions I had. Ive been a Verizon Wireless customer for 25yrs. Ive never been to the Willow Grove location, right off the Pa Turnpike before. I went in to get a Samsung Watch 3 and was greeted by, I think her name is Brooke. She answered all questions, was very nice, set up the Samsung watch and I was good to go. This is the reason why Im still with Verizon because of employees like her.

Generally very good but this last time I was disappointed with the knowledge of the worker as he did not point me in the most economical repair for my phone. It wasnt until a third visit on the same day 5 hours later that another worker explained to me fully And more coherently that I could go to cell phone repair across the street .

So I got a new phone and one of their employees gave me the wrong label to trade in my phone to take off money on my bill. Now I have a big mess on my hands for no reason at all. I shouldnt have to call now and complain about something one of their employees at this location did to my bill. Tell me how it is possible that I got a higher phone bill a month now because they might still be thinking that I have not mailed out my phone. I am so disappointed in Verizon. I might have to which to T-Mobile. It should not be a hassle to buy a new phone and trade in your old one with or without Covid 19.

My less than 48 hour old iPhone 12 pro max got caught in a boot loop when I tried to transfer data from my old phone. I had gone to the Apple store and they wouldn’t talk to me about it, I went back to Verizon (a location that I didn’t originally buy it from) I waited to speak with a team member and after about 10 minutes Anthony wrapped up with a customer and jumped into my problem. He listened to everything I had to say and started to offer solutions. I ended up getting a new phone and my problem solved. People like Anthony are a rare breed, empathetic and a problem solver. When the world gets back to normal I owe Anthony a drink at ale house, made my bad day better. Thanks Anthony, I appreciate you. If you live anywhere near this store and need new phone service or want to upgrade, go see my buddy Anthony!

I stopped at this store looking for help to suspend my sons phone while he leaves overseas in the marines. The tall skinny white kid gave me attitude as soon as I walked in the door. He then started talking sh.. that he was in the air force. I gave it back to him and he asked me to leave. I cant believe a military kid would act like that and be so disrespectful.

Verizon replaced my 9 day old phone. THANK YOU VERIZON. The customer service rep, Reggie, was cordial and to the point. There were just 2 customers in the store and Reggie behaved as though he had somewhere to be and I had questions and there were things I needed to verify after the transfer. Thank you for my new phone.

I came into the store for someone to check out, my mothers phone. Pat was the gentleman who waited on us. He was extremely unprofessional and rude with a negative attitude. He didnt explain anything to us and just gave us the phone number for tech services. I walked out very upset. We went to another Verizon store and bought a new phone and other items.

Honestly, best experience my family and I have ever had when it came to buying phones. Manny and Jason were so super helpful and not your typical pushy salesman. They explained everything to us and tried to make sure we got the best deals we could get. They were both very personable and had great personalities. They made buying a phone much easier! This is a company-owned store. This makes it easy as they have pretty much everything you would need for any cell phone, tablet or electronic home devices. I went there for 2 problems with my tablet and my phone.The gentleman I spoke to was Pat, he was not in a hurry, he was very polite and allotted time for me to understand what happened to the devices. Even ordered a replacement tablet because mine crapped out.There was no pressure for sales, unlike the Mall stores or non-company stores.

This is a great Verizon company store. Anthony Long is a very knowledgeable pleasant customer service specialist and extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. He knows the products, and easily, clearly and accurately answers questions about plans, phones etc. This is the best Verizon store in the area by a mile!

This new Verizon store in Willow Grove (relocated to a more convenient location just off the turnpike) is so fantastic! The store is clean and beautiful. The staff was so helpful! I was in and out with my new phone and all the fun accessories in 10 minutes! Great service!

This is the 3rd time I have been to this Verizon store. The first time I was there to get a new phone. Helpful, pleasant staff, helped me to pick out a new phone. Second time it was my husband who needed the phone. Same great experience. Today, I went in to get someone to help me have my moms phone turned off because she had passed. Eric couldnt have been nicer. Did it over the phone on his business phone, I was in and out in 15 minutes. I would go back to this store again even though I pass 3 other stores on the way.

Yesterday I rated them two stars. I just took away 1 start because I found out that after this entire ordeal they gave me a product that was partially broken. Ive been in two days ago and was very clear in communicating what product I wanted to purchase and why. I also explained why another product would not work for me and I did indeed owned one before. When I went to charge the product yesterday I found out that they had given me the one I told him I did not want. I came back and they told me I have to pay an additional $42 to get the proper item. I had told them that the reason why I needed a new phone and other new products was because Ive been in a severe car accident I didnt want to drive. When I came back yesterday theyre incredibly rude to me even after I explained to the manager what my situation was and why I was so upset. I went to charge the new product over night and this morning its still have not charged. I tried a cable I had for another product and it charged just fine. I paid an extra $42 for a broken product and rude treatment in addition taking another trip out there. Im not going back there again to fix the cable. I want absolutely nothing to do with the store. I had an incident last year where the talk ginger employee threw their name tag at me. The next time when he was still employed there. Very unprofessional store, very rude employees.

I went into the store to upgrade my phone. From the minute I walked into the store, I had nothing but a wonderful experience! I was helped by Anthony who took the time to go over the different features of the 2 phones I was interested in. Im normally a very decisive person but for some reason I was having an issue. He even took the time to basically write up a pros and cons list between the 2 phones making things less confusing! Not sure why this store is getting such bad reviews. The store is clean, the music was great and the staff were super helpful, polite and respectful.

Went to store, knowing what the reviewers of store had said. I have to say this reviews that are negative, had a bad experience...I had a very professional experience. From the first greeting to dealing with Reggie Kegler. I teach young adults to be professional at an Automotive school. The only negative I could find is the girl at the door with a tablet in her hand too worried about playing music on a phone on display, than getting customers signed in. 8-23-16 Around 12 pm. Management needs to teach the employee that the reason she gets paid is because of customers walking in the door and the first impression. Everyone else was very professional and I was very surprised of the visit I had. I will be going back in the future and recommending this location to friends and family. ANYONE who has had a bad experience at this location...TRY it again you will not be disappointed! We all have had bad experiences. Sometimes it takes time for change. Thanks Verizon for taking my money!

I was not a big buyer so I was worried that no one would spend time with me. I was wrong. A young woman waited on me. I was returning a phone. She not only spent time with me but helped me with settings on another phone and recommended an accessory speaker that was inexpensive. Then proceeded to sync the Bluetooth on my phone the speaker. This was a surprisingly good experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. We bought a Gizmo for our daughter here and they set it up to the wrong contract ($22 per month more than agreed). When we went to the store to get the problem fixed, they told us this was the best contract they could offer. Thankfully we had done our research and knew different. Anthony was very helpful but was just a runner boy between us and Rachel the store manager. Rachel was about 30ft from us yet would not come to talk to us and as we left the store spoke to Anthony about us in our earshot. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude. They will promise good deals, promise good service but when it doesnt turn out service is pathetic and the lies flow. Thankfully Verizon have a good online customer service which is much more professional.

Review is for Verizon corporate. Customers would be better served if they improved their accounting systems instead of pouring money into advertising.Marketing how excellent their service isis actually insulting. We set up new cell phone service 6 months ago at this location. Our account and payments are lost in thier separate home and business systems. Unfortunatly problems perscist even after multiple phone calls and assurance that the problems have been fixed.

I would not recommend ever buying anything from this place. My husband and I went here to buy a new phone for him, and the salesman told us about an unbelievable deal that adding a phone line for $20 a month would get us an extra phone just with the cost of activation. For activation it was $160 per phone. Verizon came back 3 months later saying we did not qualify for the deal since we did not trade in our phone, which was never mentioned. When we called after we got our first bill, Verizon said that our account did have the buy one get one and we have to pay upfront and will be credited for the overpayment in a month. It ended up costing over $500 to activate 2 phones. We now have to pay full price for both phones on top of the phone line. The salesperson made a verbal contract and the company is blaming us. Go to another company and steer clear of the sales guy who has two kids and stay at home wife, he screwed us over with a deal that did not exist.

I purchased a new iPhone 7 at this store and thought everything was set up correctly. However, after I went home iCloud continuously prompted me to sign into my sisters account. My previous phone that I traded in used to belong to her, so, there were a few apps that were still linked to her account. I had told them while setting up my new phone in the store that this was the case and they did not have the foresight to delete these apps beforehand to avoid this problem. In reality this is a problem with Apple, but, they should be knowledgeable enough to avoid it in the first place. Also, they were really no help once I went back to the store to fix it. Once they have your money they are apathetic to any issues. Just buy your phone at the Apple Store.

I came with a friend with the intention get upgrading my phone and renewing my contract. After I saw how each customer was treating I am contemplating stopping my contract. The treated an elderly man as he was dirt on the street. He was ignored and told there wasnt enough seating for him to just stop talking till he was spoken to. I was then approached and told that the old man was crazy and they were waiting for him to leave. They then asked me why I didnt have fios after I told the gentleman I had switched and had terrible serious he began to explain that I didnt understand what dsl was. And had no clue what I was talking about. I will never return to this location. There was not one employee with an redeeming quality

They lied to us to get a sale. The salesman kept saying With the Edge plan you can upgrade and get a new phone every year. Here we are a year later trying to upgrade and we find out he put us in an 18-month edge program instead of the 12-month plan he pitched. We would have to pay an additional $175 each today to upgrade now. Even if we did upgrade, with the new Edge plan youll have to wait 24-months to upgrade again so theres no value in doing this Edge scam anymore because youll be stuck for 2 years either way.
