Came to the shop on a Saturday morning. There was no wait and I was assisted straight away by the manager and team. Needed a battery change; was very quick, easy and I was explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Thank you so much!

I went to Jiffy Lube today (8/31/21) at 1:40pm and drove up to garage as always. I guy in a tank top came out shaking his head. He closed 2 of the garage doors. Then came up and said rudely were at lunch - 2pm!. Not 2pm for me or any other time. How many times have I gone there for mine & wifes car? - 30-40 over the years? I went to Jiffy Lube in Medford - they didnt know about a Jiffy Lube lunch hour and happily serviced my car.

Service is fast once you are in a bay, sometimes they have lines but that is anywhere. They focus on quality at this location and will answer other maintenance questions not directly related to what you are doing at that time.

Best experience I’ve had at a car service station. Very friendly and efficient. Brad the manager explained what he needed to do to my car before he charged me anything- he was very patient and explained everything clearly. Clean waiting area and bathrooms too!

I called in advance to make sure I could get the service I needed, a simple battery replacement, and was told it would be no problem and to come on over. I drove over (10 minute drive) and when I arrived I was told that the service was not possible. I was shocked because I had just called. The 2 staff I spoke with passed blame onto Sean who they clearly did not like because they made derogatory statements about him and his ethnicity. The service was a simple battery replacement that I could have done myself but I thought Jiffy Lube would be faster and easier. I am so annoyed that I was told it would be easy and quick on the phone then I was told it could not be done. I was told the part was not available but the person on the phone told me it would take 5 minutes to get. I have him my cars make and model so they could get the part while I drove over. To make matters worse when I said I was upset since I had called before coming over the staff person said thats not my problem Miss, thats Seans fault.I would not even take my car back to Jiffy Aline even just to put air in the tires! The staff were so horrible. It took 5 minutes to even get them to notice I was there. The staff was also smoking in the work bay.

Went in for oil change and person in front of me got the same service, synthetic blend oil change. The cashier asked him for a coupon he said he didnt have one. Cashier says I can give you a 15 dollar off coupon the guys says ok. I am less than 5 feet away thinking oh nice hes offering 15 dollar off coupons. My turn, he doesnt even ask me if I had a coupon. I grab my phone and start looking for coupons and he says that wont work on everything I try to pull up, he was determined to not give me any discount. Finally he give in and says I can give you a 10 dollar coupon. the guy before me was a white guy, I am not a white guy, was this guy being prejudice, just a dick, or both. Judging from the previous posts I think he was both.
Have taken my cars there several times. Never had any issues. They have always done a good job and price is reasonable. Only didnt give them 5 stars because they dont include a car wash with the service any more like they did when they first opened.
Came in for an oil change on a Sunday afternoon, the staff took care of me immediately, told me where I was in terms of service intervals (what is coming up, what I missed) and changed my oil without trying to push a sale on me. Wonderful! The work was done so fast I barely had time to take advantage of reading more than one magazine article. Paid less than I was quoted (by a buck or two) and left perfectly happy.
These guys are fantastic most of the time -- friendly and quick service and not pushy when it comes to selling other services (e.g., wiper blades). Consistently find me better coupons than the ones I bring in and give me ones I can use next time. There was probably one time where I felt the staff wasnt particularly cordial, but they still did a quick, complete job.Update: new manager. hes terrible. made me wait for a half hour while he smoked his cigarette. then was very rude. not coming back.
Staff was extremely courteous. I was missing an oil cap and they helped me out to get one. Took time to explain, was not at all dismissive.
This has been my go to place for oil change for the last three years. However, in my last two visits the service was not that great. Im seeing all new people. I went for a signature oil change and both times (in last six months) they forgot to do the vacuum cleaning. I had to mention both times after they handed over my car keys. They did not clean the exterior windows or did a poor job. They put the tag for the next oil change which is also wrong. Seems like they are not paying attention to detail these days.

I wouldnt get my oil changed here if you paid me. People here are not trustworthy, I wouldnt leave any valuables in the car either while they are servicing your vehicle. Just a heads up!

I have been having jiffy Lube do the maintenance on my DTS for the last few years. Almost a month to the day after a full service, my transmission started shifting hard. I checked the transmission level to find out it was down over a quart. I added the fluid and drove the car over to them to ask why it would be that low.Instead of admitting their mistake in not checking it (FOR AT LEAST THE LAST SERVICE), the manager tried to tell me that these big engines go through a lot of fluids and its not unusual that is used that much.I then proceeded to tell him I am not an idiot and not to expect me back again. I am in business myself and I make as many mistakes as everyone else. My advice to them is to own up to their mistakes and do not talk to customers like they are stupid!
NEVER change air filter with them, I understand there is a fee for labor, but I did not expect they charge $49.99 for the cabin air filter, which only costs less than $10. Thats outrageous!

It just took me an hour to get an oil change with 2 bays open for half the time. Valvoline takes 15 minutes and charges the same price...how does Jiffy Lube stay in business?

I went for signature oil change at Winchester, Ma. I met Mr. Hector (according to him he is assistant manager; manager was not present during my service) at the entrance. I asked price for the conventional signature oil change package and his answer was everything has gone up instead of telling me actual price. It took him few minutes to tell me the actual price for signature oil change. He was very arrogant entire time. He gave me the invoice ( I have proof and I will submit it to head office) along with services that he claimed performed ( didnt perform at all) as per signature oil change package. He had checked for services that he didnt perform at all, this included - vacuuming floors, fluid top off, checking tire pressure, washing exterior window,etc). I have to tell him to reset oil change to 100% which he was hesitant to do and gave me lecture. This place is a rip-off and filled with employees like Hector, who dont care about customer service at all. No wonder nobody showed up for oil change when I was there. I suggest dont waste your time to go here.
