Service was terrible, representative left me alone in the store while he ran to another store in the mall. I ended up standing outside the store because he was gone more than 30 minutes and I was afraid somebody would assume I was stealing. Terrible location

Great customer service. Something that is lacking in the mobile phone business.This is in Winchester Apple Blossom Mall.The manager solved the issue that 9 customer service and technical support could not resolve in over a month with numerous trouble tickets

Customer service people working on 8/21/21 at apple blossom mall winchester store were grossly incompetent. Told me a car charger was compatible with my phone, after asking specifically, and installed it only to find out it was not compatible. Then mocked me after I left the store. Captured on video recording and will be distributed throughout the internet.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Went in a few days ago and Carson helped me. He was the most arrogant young man I’d ever had the displeasure of associating with. Not sure why I’m seeing so many good reviews about him... My phone service is great, I would hate to have to cancel because of associates like this!!!

The guys there were great i love my samsung phone. only thing i would be mindful of is the restocking fees, they did explain it to me about it but... i think tmobile should change that policy.

Cant say I had the best experience with this store. Got there at 11:20 am on a Thursday and there was only 1 rep behind the counter who turned out to be very inexperienced and new to his job. Line behind me got to 4 to 5 customers before another rep came in about 30 minutes later and proceeded to attempt to assist me. The store manager for this store, Ming I think, not sure, floats between 3 stores in total, which T-Mobile should correct immediately because Winchester, Va is a pretty populated city.The T-Mobile sim that I was sent for a $336 Inseego 5G mifi2000 would not work correctly in the highly touted device being the only 5G modem on the market; in fact, it could not even be activated and resultantly, could not make an internet connection. Hotspot device was shipped from Sprint, part of T-Mobile now, and was firmware configured differently such that currently, at least in my unit, would not work with T-Mobile sims. Have spend 12 hours at least on this issue, and a Sprint customer service rep out of the Philippines finally got me on the right track to wait for a software/firmware update from Sprint in next 60 days to see correct Plan data of 100GB.Was disappointed in the Store Managers attitude as flippant, while the rep that tried to solve my problem treated Sprint as a foreign entity. They are one and the same company now, like it or not. THE MERGER HAS NOT GONE SMOOTHLY IN MY ENGINEERING BACKGROUND OPINION. The left foot, T-Mobile, is not in synch with the right foot, Sprint. Three quarters of a year is plenty of time to get the two companies merged and operating so that customers dont walk away frustrated like several did at this store yesterday.

This store has improved greatly with the new manager Donny. I would recommend trying this store again and see the change in management. He is extremely friendly. The other person was able to help me with another visit.

Store was clean and the young man behind the counter was super professional and knowledgeable. Tmobile, on the other hand sucks for not allowing their employees to help old sprint customers. If only tmobile was as efficient as the young man running this shop wed be in a better place.

I came into the store on two different dates. The second time was great, which is why I cant give a complete one star. I brought my little sister in to upgrade her to an iPhone 7 and the rep was knowledgeable, super helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. However, the first time I came in, 3-4 days prior, I came with my mom to upgrade her to the S8. I had no issue with this other rep initially. He transferred the data from moms Note 5 to her S8 while we ate, which we appreciated, and things seemed fine. Then I got a text message from T Mobile that said thank you for adding a line and what my new DIGITS number was. I never consented to adding another line, was never asked about it while doing the upgrade, and never knew what DIGITS was. I asked the rep when I got back what it was, and he explained two numbers in one phone with an app. Which is fine, but again, I never consented. I should have confronted him about it when asking, but waited to see if my bill would change. Sure enough the line was another 12.98 a month, so I had to call and get it cancelled. T-Mobile has always had top notch customer service and the representatives always had been great as well up to that day.

I had a terrible experience with sprint or t-mobile or whatever it is now. I got nasty things that was coming up on my phone. And the guys here put in a chip and stuff and fixed my phone. They need more people like them in the other stores.

The Asian guy with the glasses was great setting me up with all the dings and whistles.

Very good customer service. My phone had shut down and the service tech got it running. He also eliminated as many unnecessary apps as possible on my 5 yr old phone. He didnt try to sell me anything either, much appreciate for all the great help. I needed a wheelchair and he facilitated this as well. God bless.

Very disappointed in the service that we received at the store. We were trying to get a phone unlocked. No one else was in the store All they said was you’ll have to call. Customer service should be providing both when you’re buying a phone and when you are trying to unlock the phone and go to another carrier. Staff was very unhelpful. Actually went back over there and have them help my husband with what he needed to have done. And explain the customer service means more than just selling a phone.

Went in to check on getting service (att customer now). There was two service reps there, one never looked up from their phone while I was asking questions and the other just seemed annoyed that I was there. I will not go back to this store again.

Cyreasa was awesome and very knowledgeable about the discount program Tmobile was running, I was able to add another line to my family account in less than 5 minutes, I wish I did not have to pay for the sim card though $20...Will definately go back if needed.Tmobile is awesome!!!
