Label your coffee serving sizes accurately (e.g., cant do 14 oz serving in a 12 oz cup). Its not hard. Failure to do so is both sketchy and insulting to customers. Own your serving size!

Good place to go when you need to take a break. Comfy chairs, good coffee, and convenient plugs and USB ports to charge your devices. Frittata was good, heated a bit unevenly and the service was decent.

What a treasure Caffe Nero has with Marleyna! I had placed an order through Uber eats with the Melrose location but only half of my order was delivered. Unable to find their phone number online, I called the Winchester location hoping they could put me in touch with the Melrose store to see what happened. Marleyna listened to my story and volunteered to BRING ME THE REST OF MY ORDER HERSELF!! What an unbelievable act of customer service!! Keep in mind that she does not work for Uber Eats or even at the Caffe Nero location that filled my order. For going so far “above and beyond” Marleyna has ensured that I will be a frequent and loyal customer to Caffe Nero.

This is a newly opened cafe in Winchester. It is quite spacious and has nice ambiance. Besides very good coffee (and tea), they also serve pastries, breakfast, salad, and sandwiches.

Been to many Cafe Neros. This one is bad. The guy behind the counter was downright rude. Go to the Burlington location. It’s got better staff.

The employees are nice, but understaffed especially in the mornings when you just need to grab your coffee and run to the train. Always a delay. Great space though.

The music is so loud you can’t think. Noise canceling headphones and listening to your own music can’t even block it out. I even asked the employees to turn the music down but they refused 😕

Needs to turn the music down. Its impossible to read or listen to your own music. Completely defeats the purpose of going to a coffee shop to study.

A great coffee made by someone who cares more then most places do. Also sells a few sandwiches and other bakery goodness.

Really nice place. It is really comfortable, has many nice spots to sit down; confortable couches in case you just want to sit while drinking coffe, or chairs in case you want to take your laptop and get some work done.It is perfect for spending time with friends or even going on your own.They have lots of options for drinking and for food. Desserts in particular are delicious. Servers are very agreeable (and bilingual!)

I definitely love caffè nero. The coffee is very good. There is plenty of choice for snacks and food. The ambiance is very relaxing.

Update: as some pointed here, their music is too loud, and I believe its intentional.Im so glad they have opened in Winchester. Been there few times so far, very positive experience.
