So impressed with my walk-in service. They spent so much time with me, cleaning, updating and explaining features I didnt even know about. I did not purchase my hearing aids from them which makes me even more impressed! New customer for sure!

So happy with my Oticon Hearing Aid but I am ecstatic with the customer service at the Hearing Aid Center. I was very anxious about taking this step and Colleen and Tootie could not be any kinder or more supportive. That has made all the difference. I am very grateful to them and to the center.
