Had a hearing aid quit working. It was diagnoses and fixed while I waited. And to add to it, she told me about the app, which nobody in the past had told me about. I loaded it right here, and she showed me the basics on it. I was very happy!

I had a very pleasant and unhurried visit. The hearing test was complimentary and I found out my hearing is intact. Dr Moore gave very detailed information about the ear and the detrimental effects of untreated hearing loss. She answered all my questions about the types of hearing aides that are available now and the progress that has been made over the past. Will definitely come back in the future.

I dealt with Sharlyn Moore at Hearing Life. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had never worn hearing aids, before, but I knew that my hearing was failing. Sharlyn tested me, explained my test results, fitted me with hearing aida, and showed me how to use them. I highly recommend Sharlyn and Hearing Life. I was able to watch tv last night with the volume down to 14!

This is my firsts of Hearing aids, I worked with Sharlyn. She took her time to explain how to use & take care of the Hearing aids, and took the time to set up my iPhone to work with them. Im very happy with the service I received & the Time Sharlyn spent with Me Im a guy that did not want hearing aids, Now Im so happy that I got them, Im hearing things that I have not heard in a very long time.

I must admit when they first called me I just thought it was a place that gives hearing tests then trys to sell you hearing products. I was plesently surprised. The office was clean and the front desk receptionist was very nice. The whole experience was nice and I felt like they really cared about my hearing loss not just making money. Best of all my hearing test was free. Please give them a try and I think like me you could be plesently surprised.

I went there for a hearing test, and was treated very well with professional courtesy, my hearing aids are working fine. I recommend Hearing Life to anyone that has a hearing difficulty.

I went hear for a hearing test but after about a year later they started robo calling me continuously... sometimes two calls per day to try to get me to come in for another test. I am on the governments Do Not Call list.Total harassment.
