ABRA is the best! I needed some body work done on my vehicle after an accident and they did an absolutely amazing job!! My car looks good as new! They even had it done for me ahead of time which was wonderful! I couldn’t be more happy with their work! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Had Hail damage repair work done. Work was done in a timely manner and workmanship was excellent. Inside and outside detailing was done as well, which was not expected. Justin and Kendra kept me up to date on progress every day. Highly recommend Abra of Winona.

I had body repair from hitting a deer. They did great job with repair and with issues coming they were professional about it. The only issue I had is that communication wasnt the best.

Excellent communication when my vehicle was in their shop after a deer collision, and the repair was completed as scheduled. Unfortunately, I discovered a problem with their repair 950 miles away from Winona. I called the Asst. GM. Without hesitation, he told me he would help me get it fixed where I was. He coordinated with a shop in Denver, and got me back on the road as quickly as possible with no hassles and no charges. This was perfect customer service.

The team at Abra did a phenomenal job with our repair. Not only was the repair perfect but the level of communication was unmatched by any shop I have ever worked with in my life. We were kept in the loop on the progress of the repair every step of the way. I plan on recommending this shop to all my friends and have already done so. Great work!

Best customer service I’ve ever received at an auto body shop! My car got transferred there after sitting in another body shop for over 2 months. They were done with my 8k job in less than 2 weeks and gave me a courtesy car to use for free while I waited. They made everything super easy for me and kept me informed the entire time. I never had to call once to get an update. Highly recommend!

My vehicle had an unfortunate experience with a basketball hoop in a windstorm causing significant damage to my roof/ hood/ and front bumpers. The Winona ABRA team made it super easy. I only called my insurance company one time and that was to tell them what happened. I told insurance where I wanted to with Abra and the rest was handled for me. They gave me a loaner vehicle to use during repairs. I had a timeline where I needed my truck back and they delivered a head of schedule not interfering with my upcoming plans what so ever! Plus I got my car back cleaner then when I gave it to them! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

They treated me and husband very good. Kept us informed and gave us emails all the way while our vehicle was in the shop. Hands down we will be going back again.
