Not reasonable wanted to do my glass for 220 bucks I got it done for 150 bucks

Good and quick initial response, and was advised of a lifetime warranty on the work. Came to my house to replace a back glass, and was told it would be a 45 minute job. After over 3 hours, the job was completed. The installers told me they didn’t have the right tools, and were having problems. They left, and I realized there was glass left in the driveway, glass moving around audibly when you open the back latch, inside of the trunk, and then the back latch no longer closed properly. I didn’t realize the latch was staying slightly open until my car battery died twice. The owner, Ron, assured me the issue would be handled, but I never heard back from him, after calling and leaving many messages again. I took it to the Ford dealership where they were able to get it somewhat back on track, but obviously mentioned it in the glass still in the frame, how the moldings were installed incorrectly, missing screws, and said it would even need bodyshop work done since the gate was forced. They said “the glass company did a horrible job”, which I already knew, of course. Ron has ignored my calls and hence refused to remedy the situation, so the lifetime guarantee is a complete lie.
