I recently purchased a new truck and had a rock damage the windshield. I originally took the truck to safelite to have the damage repaired and wasn’t happy with the completed repair.I knew I could have the windshield replaced but really didn’t want to do that on a new truck. I came back home for a bit before I deploy and I had gotten a nasty chip that turned into a crack all along my windshield and an older busted side view mirror. Tim was kind enough to squeeze me in before I had to leave and was very knowledgeable and punctual about the whole process. Compared to every other repair and replacement shop Tim went more than out of his way to help me out and was more than fair on the pricing. I don’t break a windshield every other day but if I did this is definitely the man I want on the job!

He didnt write my appointment in his book didnt return my call to confirm wasted my whole day seemed nice but not very good at customer service he did offer to reschedule for later in the day but I have other stuff to do and he already cost me money by not keeping his word

Oh no gobble gobble! I had a Turkey run out in front of me and flew up a bit to hit and crack my windshield all over I needed a repair asap. I was calling all over from big stores to his store. Tim first thanked me for calling him and looked to see how much my windshield would cost and wowza significantly different from the corporate type companies.I wanted to set up an appointment we spoke about the best times for me and also gave me an option to come quite far to my job but it worked out I was off and home when he came.Before i knew it I received a call from Tim to let me know if that he was 35 min out approximately. When he got here he introduced himself thanked me again for calling and went to work immediately. Throughout the time he was there we carried on a great conversation while he was doing the work hes such a great guy. He finished up and made sure I understood what i shouldnt do while it sets and what I can do. Also made sure I knew that I could leave an hour after he does and start driving. He thanked me for the work and gave me a handshake, a business card and receipt. Overall the experience was awesome I will always call Tim for any glass repair I may need. Tim was very gracious and understanding for my problem. He saw a simple fix to what I thought would be complicated and expensive. He fixed my side window without removing anything to better than factory condition, and charged me only $25 for all his work. I can recommend him and his work all day.

Called Tim to set up an appt. to replace a window glass that had cracked. He called about a half hour prior to arriving and got straight to work. Tim turned a broken window into a good experience! Called time at 5:15 on a day where he closed shop at 5:30 told me to meet him at his shop at 6 and he would take care of it so I could have the window fixed before the cold night ahead.. When I arrived he grabed the widow took it inside his shop and starting working on it.. The old glue was a very good hold but with his experience he got the job done and no damage to the frame!
