Great Beauty Supply Store in Winter Haven,FL for all Human beings like me! I cannot go into this store without spending all my money on anything & everything for my hair. But I dont mind because this Store is great & carries so many wonderful brands. Its possibly the only all-inclusive Beauty Supply Store in town that has been here for many years! No license to buy here necessary! They just keep getting better! The sales ladies who work here now are very helpful, knowledgeable & sweet young ladies! You all deserve a raise! Thanks so much!😉😂

I went in and have dark hair I asked the employee what should I do for dark brown hair to turn purple. She told me products would change into a bright purple. that did not do what she said it would. she guaranteed it would. I spent $70 in the products and very upset that my hair turned black with no purple what so ever. I would not recommend this specific location if you need help.

I like this store. Lots of nail supplies. They had boxes of different kinds of nails tips to choose from. Huge selection of Files and buffers. Lot of profesional nail polish. If you need nail supplies come here. Beauty or barber supplies are sold here too. Lady was pretty nice and helpfull. Signed up for the rewards and it was free. Huge parking lot.

On June 7, 2020, I called Sally’s located on 6th street in Winter Haven, Fl. Needed some items however I knew from coming by the store previously they were not allowing people inside the store yet. The call was to confirm whether or not we could come inside the store to purchase things ourselves. A woman answers the phone sarcastically, “We been open for the past 3 weeks now!” She was very short and loud with every response to say the least. To add insult to injury she hung up the phone twice refusing to give me her name(I wonder why!) Absolutely disrespectful. Also it would seem my number was also blocked. I have been a customer for many years and it is very disappointing that Sally’s allows these type of rude people to work for them. To the rude employee maybe you had a bad day( not an excuse) however hope things get better for you in the future.

Following social distancing, they did a great job, limiting the guest amount inside the store and the store was super clean

This one in particular store its good but the customer service is poor ..

Everytime I visit this particular location the employees seem to be miserable. Youre given attitude when asked to help find a product. Aside from the horrible customer service they have slowly stopped restocking items. You might as well just close already.

My first time coming here and the register girl offered a discount card to you but doesnt explain they charge you a $5 fee for it. They should of explain money was going to be taking out of my card for a their discount card. The next time I went there I told the same girl who did it that she had to explain to people a fee of $5 is charged & she lied and told me I tell everyone a $5 fee is charged. Well NOT ME!!

Staff was rude about a product that was mislabeled with apparently a wrong price on the shelf took it out of my hand and pushed in front of me to change the shelf sticker. Will not come back to this location. Note- just had to return to the store for being over charged for a buy 2 get one free hair color and had to argue for several minutes about why I was overcharged!
