Kaelin, Ashley and Koreen make a fabulous team, are very supportive and available for my many questions, and have guided me professionally and with deep knowledge about learning and refining my Microneedling/CIT and Dermaplaning skills. I loved the Dermaplanning Training with Ashley. She is such a knowledgeable trainer, uses the correct terminology and truly understands the intricacies of skin! Shes kind, caring and is sure to make sure youre comfortable. That being said, I decided to invest in the CIT Training even though I already had the device and had the virtual training. Im a little old school where I love the hands on training as there is nothing like it in this industry. It ended up being only an hour long, and for the price I paid, it was definitely wasnt worth it. They do give you product which is good, but they use the product they just gave you for your training. I dont agree with that at all. They also did that for when I purchased the CIT. I understand the reasoning behind but it simply isnt classy or professional, in my opinion. Id like to see them give us less product if need be and use their own instead of ours for training. It just feels better and would put out a better energy around it. Ive been in the industry since 2002 so perhaps my standard is a bit high for the younger generation thats coming in and running businesses. Would I recommend them? Yes, but just be mindful of the above. It didnt feel good to me at all, which in return hinders the trust you have with your provider. It cant always be about the money. I understand, as a business own to be mindful of costs but there are better ways to go about it.

Wow where to start? Training with Herbal Skin Solutions and Ashley was absolutely amazing. Even before you arrive, you’re given a wealth of information to study and it’s all organized very well. Ashley is such a knowledgeable and personable trainer. She is clearly very passionate about the brand and for good reason! Our class was intimate and we had so much instructed hands on time it really made us all feel so much confidence with our new modality. I also had no idea how many full size and sample products came with the course and pen purchase! Ive had a couple of microneedling sessions done with Herbal Skin Solutions CIT Pen and Vitamin C Serum and the results are amazing. Originally I wanted the treatment for acne pocmarks, but its improved my skin so much beyond that; hyperpigmentation, dry spots, and large pores have all seen improvements. It definitely went beyond my expectations; however, none of this would be possible without Miss Kaelin herself. The sweetest, professional, most hard-working woman I have had the pleasure of meeting. My CIT sessions took place in a learning environment, and as I listened to her teach a microneedling class, it was obvious that she truly has a passion and a love for her field and her products.
