Garbage slow store. I was recently in there waiting over 30 mins while two employees help one customer out...... Yaw need to do better! I was about to spend good money there now Im gonna order it on Amazon... Customer service is terrible in this store.... Go elsewhere.

Neat place, Ive gotten majority of my things from here, the cashiers are completely honest with you on the quality of items and where to get them, although I havent recently shopped here, I really do plan on doing so in the near future

This location doesn’t know how to work a phone. I called 4 times and each time after ringing for at least 5 mins they would pick up the phone and hang it up. I know this is happening because I can hear voices just as I’m disconnected

Have all the latest games

Great customer service. Came in with a return because UPS destroyed a box of 2 collectibles I ordered from the website. I was greeted with regret for my problem and was offered many solutions to resolve it however I saw fit. If it wasnt for an employee going above and beyond making phone calls trying to locate replacement items or offering me a discount for the damaged goods I probably would of just demanded a refund and walked out. Ive never had a GameStop employee go this far to try to help me out and Im truly pleased at the customer service I got today and Ill absolutely be back to order more toys from this particular store.

Good information.

I called from a location in a nearby city and asked did they have a charger for my ps4 wand. I was told they had them for a few dollars. After coming all the way from other location just to watch an associate search for almost half an hour. I waited in line to speak to the person who told me they had one. After he searched for a few minutes, he told me he didnt have any. Last time a tried this location, they sold me a console that hat droppings in it. Returned it immediately and purchased from another location.

Very helpful. They even let me use their phone once when I was trying to make a purchase in the store after my phone had died.

This is a great GameStop store, employees dont harass you and they help you. They try their hardest to find what youre looking for and offer to order it if they dont have it and if you really want it, I would recommend this location.

This place profiles you if you come in to sell them items. In my 1st experience in this store, I was treated EXTREMELY RUDE, the cashier accused me, in front of 2 other employees and a customer of doing something I DID NOT DO, and embarrassed me so bad. I would have walked out then, but he had all of my sale items on his side of the counter, and with almost each one, saying out VERY loud that this was (so in sos) and things like all of these are the same.. As I tried to speak and figure out just what the hell he was talking about, he would over talk me and look towards the door to the long haired employee and make remarks and hold up my items. 2 of the male (lead) workers should be in my opinion and demoted, transferred, or have mandatory customer service and or management classes or really do us all a favor and fire them in front of a large crowd. ( Not professional, but the way I was treated and felt when I left that store was humiliated, and wronged. ) I have told so many people about my experience and how I will NEVER return. And sadly some have had similar experiences with the same one or two lead employees there.. GameStop is a cool place, but Ill take my money or trades else where. I wish this review would allow minus stars because this place would get a -100.

Did not have a game instock so they looked it up and told me who had it or i could order it from the and have it shipped to my home and did not have to pay for shipping. When i asked them to do this they told me the computer was down and i would need to come back tomorrow. Now why would they give me that option if they know the computer was not working?

No idea you could take extra cords to HDMI for example and sell them to this place. Pay $5 for three cords today. Better in my pocket than in my drawer taking up space.😊👍☮

No one greated us. We came in looking for party games. The employees just stood behind the counter as and talked to each other ignoring. And finally out of frustration, we left. And one of the employees yelled. Have a nice day. Ridiculous.

Prices are reasonable, but you get very little for games traded in.

Nothing special here, however due to the bad rep game stop has with their employees it is great news to say that the employees here are very chilled and friendly which is always good.

Ordered Funko pops that came in about a month late. They were in great shape, though.

Okay store. Picked up a couple of things to entertain the kids while theyre down here for 3 weeks on vacation. Noone greeted us as we came in or asked if we were looking for anything. One guy kept making a joke about the whole It is maam thing over and over and over. Became annoying. Hurried to make my purchase and leave so I didnt have to hear the broken record.

They never answer the phone. I have tried to call for days. I will just find an alternate retailer to help.

They give u a life time guarantee on their used games for like $2.00. As long as u bring in the case and the damaged game, no matter if its in pieces, they will replace it. Love it!

Made a online purchase in the store for a game cube. Came in two days. System worked fine. The disk was damaged. Thats ok tho. No fus to fix. And I still have a 30 day warranty

Never have any issues i traded a couple of defective consoles out for a new xbox yesterday but the new pne was messed up i brought it back today and the manager not only swapped it out but upgraded me from a basic xbox pre owned to a 1s for the inconvenience cant wait to start back playing again

The store is extremely crowded with merchandise. It is difficult for a person to walk around the store without bumping something. There were ramps to get onto the sidewalk.

It has a lot of stuff Im looking for, but it almost always takes 30 minutes to get through the line. Ive been in the store for 15 minutes now and the same person is still at the register while a second employee is on her phone.

Staff needs some awareness training. At times very helpful, but will often sit there and chat it up over a game with a customer several minutes with others waiting in line. Rarely answer the phone. I understand customers in the store should be priority, but multiple call attemtps over an hour apart go unamswered sometimes. Trying to buy local but instead I just ordered something off of Xbox Live.

I have a love hate relationship with this store. Most days I love it but they have one employee that just irks me. Hes lazy, rude and 90% of the time he looks hungover. I try to ignore him when hes there but all in all its a good shop.

Went there today to purchase game controllers for an Xbox. The staff was extremely helpful and patient; as I am not keen to anything except Ms. Pac-Man. Amanda was knowledgeable and friendly.

Manager doesnt know what he is talking about, Asked the guy at the door about the $59 xbox 360 he said he thought they had a few, I waited in line for almost 45 minutes. asked the manager he said I will look, came back and informed me they didnt have any (from what I heard him tell other customers about different items I doubt they ever did) but had another model for more money, I said this was ok and asked if it still qualified for the rebate he said yes so I went to the cashier and she started to ring it up and I asked her about the rebate and she informed me it did not qualify, so I left. would not go to this location again as this is the second bad experience Ive had there.

The store is cramped. Employees were uneducated about games and the customer service was awful. I went in one day with a friend and went to get a game they only had copies behind the counter and the employee grabbed a PlayStation copy first and we needed an Xbox copy then she grabbed a deluxe edition of PlayStation told her she was wrong again and she finally got the Xbox copy. Then recently went in to trade in games and the store was about 85 degrees and when I told the employee that I wanted to trade in games he just sighed and said ok

Went to pick up a used/refurbished Xbox360 for our son. We worked with Jeremy. He dbl checked our old system to make sure it was indeed dead and not the power brick or anything else and syre enough it was dead. He went in the back and retrieved the one we put on hold on line. He opened it up to make sure it was complete. We ended up selling back to them the wireless contrller that came with it and our old power brick so we saved even more money. He then offered us a 2 yr warrenty on the refurbished one we were buying for only $10. Well it wad a no brainer to get it. Jeremy then removed the memory pack from our old system and put in the new one. He alao explained how to sync our wireless remotes to the new system. All in all they guys at Game Stop were great especially Jeremy. We will definitely be going back.

I usually like this place and the employees, but I went to trade XBox 360 in for a fat PS3 that I was told they had for $80. After receiving poor customer service and waiting on employee to finish being rude I was informed that they didnt even have the Ps3 in stock. Even though I called twice and went in and was told.
