What can I say about this place but 5 stars is not enough! The staff and owner are super friendly helpful and goes above and beyond in helping the customer. I came in for a broken screen but being a old phone it prove difficult to find someone for immediate fix! I was able to find a phone I could work with quick and even had to come back because of some issues with it... This people stand behind what they sell and if anything within reason of course they will honor and fix! Great prices and accessories!!! Definitely a go to for your next phone!

Dropped my phone before I had to leave out of town for a week pushed from 3 days for about 2 weeks, charged me 40 bucks extra and ordered the wrong screen for my phone and I end up getting it back with a air space between my screen but thats gone now since I pressed my phone so much that the air escaped from the side of my phone and made a little crack on the corner...not going to go back had some tablets and phones my kids broke that I wanted repaired but after that experience I am 👍..hope Im the only customer with that frustrated experience.

I DO NOT recommend anyone to go to here . my phone’s battery was draining and wouldn’t hold a charge . eventually, my phone wouldn’t even cut on, let alone charge . i went to the location so that i could see what was going on and they were closed . i ended up having a family member give me a battery because my phone had all of my information with my stuff for college on there and i could not access it . well, the family member ended changing the battery for me . come to find out, my battery was NEVER changed . it was still the original that comes with the brand new iphone . moral of the story, i payed for my battery to get replaced, and it was never replaced . meaning i payed my money just because they wanted it .

Took my iphone 7 up there to get fixed. The guy was in the back with my 7 for a long time. When he brought it back there was a piece of blue plastic sticking out and was never inform he did not know how to work on them. He said he could not fix it so I bought an iPhone 6 and paid almost $300 from them. Took my broken phone somewhere else and was told my screws were missing and there was nothing they could do. So I called these people back and told them what I was informed, they laughed and said oh yea they are right here I told them I want to bring their phone back, get a refund and to pick my screws that they forgot to put back in my 7. They laughed AGAIN and said No refunds I called and spoke with the owner who was the one that informed me the guy did not know how to work on the iPhone 7s I explained they voided my warranty and asked why was Someone working on a phone they knew nothing about? He replied with theres nothing they will do. This is not the way you do business!! Do Not do business with these people!!

Brought my phone in to repair the charging port, they ended up breaking my screen. They replaced the screen and gave me a loaner phone, then my screen wasnt responsive. Finally get my phone back and the power button was broke, the pieces in the back just keep falling out. I didnt have the patience to take it back AGAIN. The contact for the power button finally broken and now I cant turn it on.

I will never recommend anyone to go to those places of business - I had my under warranty, Almost brand new NOTE 8 - was not able to hold charge I brought it to them on November 2nd - I was promised by the owner guy Marlon - to fix the problem -, Marlon keep B.,s ing . me and say today, tomorrow, next day, - until wasted 17 days of my time - Throwing me from one location to another ( between his 2 locations in winter haven the one at the blvd - and the one at Hope Plaza -Ave O - ) -Marlon, opened my phone and claimed that he replaced the battery - but my phone never charged - I returned it back to him - he stated that the battery is defected from the manufacture !!! (B.S ) - then he stated that can be the charging port, !!! well I got tired of playing a round and not knowing what they doing with my very expensive and valuable device which is loaded with tons of important docs and info associated with my business - I took it and I FOUND OUT THAT MY SD CARD is missing - Marlon said that it is at the store of the Blvd, I went there and they told me check at the other store - I went there to pick up my card - there was a nasty, Ugly, ignorant, and disrespected guy by name Blake - he kicked me out of the store- I had to call the police and made a report, I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE THIS PEOPLE TO THE COURT - and make sure they pay for all damages was caused and all the business I lost -, Please do not waste your time and go there - it is shady business especially the owner guy seems like never there and doing other shady activities in addition to cell phone business !!

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD - I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE! I was told that it would take a week to get the replacement part for the charger port on my daughters samsung galaxy S7 and it would take 1/2 hour to fix. So I paid for the part up-front, waited a week - went back Friday morning, Dec 7th and was told that the part was in but the owner was the only one in the store who could fix the part....and he was busy at his other location, so I was asked to leave the phone there until 4 pm and was assured he would be coming by to fix it. So we left the phone there and went to another phone repair store (Mobile Mart),to have MY phone repaired because Xtreme said they didnt know how to reset my Google Pixel XL back to factory settings after a failed update was done. At 4:30pm, I get a phone call from Xtreme telling me that the owner didnt make it to the store because he was too busy at his other location and asked if I could leave the phone there until Saturday - I told him, No. When I picked up my daughters phone, I was told the owner would DEFINITELY be in Saturday - to bring the phone back and he would repair it. I went back Saturday - NO OWNER!!! At this point, I requested the part I had already paid for so they gave me the part, I took it to Mobile Mart and the young lady there was so nice. She told me she could fix the phone within a couple hours - then informed me that whoever bought the part - bought the WRONG ONE. The part they purchased (apparently on EBAY based on the receipt that was still in the envelope they gave me) was the charger port without the wings that light up the bottom buttons on the phone for the back and multiwindow views. She repaired the phone as promised but with the part Xtreme ordered - so now the 2 bottom lights to the left and right of the Home button dont work. I will never trust Xtreme with any of my electronic devices. And if the owner cannot handle multiple locations, he needs to train people who can do the job right - or close the store.
