My husband and I went into this store because we have been less than pleased downtown! Plus it’s always so busy. We are ready to buy new phones and look at our service. We talked to Ralph, gave him our phone number and he took it from there! In less than 15 minutes we had ordered our new phones, changed our service and looked at some accessories! We felt very comfortable with Ralph and his knowledge! When we left, we felt like he had really gone the extra mile and were pleased with the excellent service he gave us! He’s the reason you go there!

Wow!!! Blown away by the customer service at this location. I was running late to pick up my phone, so I called and Ralph reassured me that I had enough time and that he would drop my phone off to me at curbside even if I was a few minutes late. When I got there, he greeted me by the door and made sure I knew how to activate my phone and offered me to call or come back by if I had any trouble. It was absolutely refreshing to have this type of experience. Thank you Ralph, you were a consummate professional, and I will make sure I send all of my nursing colleagues there as well.

Today I went to Verizon to upgrade my phone. My mom and I originally went to a different Verizon store on Havendale and we were less than pleased with the customer service. I went to the Winter Haven Verizon store by Legoland to find out the problem with my phone. I was greeted by Gus and we promptly sat down and he figured out the problem. At this point I was offered 2 options which were explained in detail and easy to understand, as I am not the best with electronics. In short, I ended up with a new phone and Gus was very patient with me and helped me set up my new phone. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend going to this store. Amazing experience

Desi was incredibly helpful. Got 2 phonesand all accessories with minimum fuss. Also help set up and transfer to new phone while helping walk ins.

Went in to purchase an accessory. Two associates were helping other customers set up cellular service. They acknowledged me and I asked if they carried air pods. They told me they thought they had some and would be with me when they could. I sat in a chair waiting. Over 10 minutes later, a man behind a column, who I couldnt see while I was sitting, called out to me and asked if I needed help. He said he didnt see me sitting where I was. Im not sure how long I sat there while there was an available associate..but also not sure why the other two associates who could clearly see me and the available associate didnt let the available associate know I had been sitting and waiting over 10 minutes. They had the product I needed and checkout was simple and efficient from that point forward. The other 2 associates were still busy when I left setting up new phones and service so I just got the idea I was not a valuable customer

Ray, the manager is exceptional !!! His expertise is beyond imagination, if you are even remotely thinking of upgrading or replacing your phone... Now is the time, he needs a raise!

I live on the other side of town. The corporate store is the closest to me . I went to the corporate and the employees over there cared more about flirting with the young lady than helping me. Then we he decided to help me that offered me everything that I didnt need. He didnt even help me with my problem. I recently came to this location to upgrade my phone and received the best customer service I have ever experienced when visiting a Verizon Store. It was even better than when you call customer support. Make sure you ask for Nicole and Jessie. They are extremely personable, helpful, and dont let you leave until you are completely satisfied. They even extended their contact details in case I needed anything in the future!

I have been with Verizon well over 10 years and if I need help putting on tempered glass, I think that should be a courtesy! All the girls at this store are great! So nice and helpful. I would highly recommend going to this store rather than any others!

Not well staffed although the agent that assisted was nice. Additionally not a lot of items in stock and some of the equipment was broken. Somewhat disappointing especially compared to the corporate store right up the road.
