Best chai tea latte in town!

Team needs to be be trained. There was a line of 7 cars behind me and they had me wait for 5 minutes to order with. Then had me pull up to wait at door while no cars were behind me. 5/30/21 Last time I was here they had me pull up to the door as well, I sat there for 10 minutes and had to go inside because they forgot. Horrible service

Excellent ice cream and top notch service. The staff were very helpful and curtious. My son was very happy with the ice cream quality. They have a decent selection of flavors and toppings. Great service with a smile, that describes the service here.You can also grab donuts and coffee if you wish because it is connected to a Dunkin Donuts

Pretty quick with our large order. Everything was accurate and sandwiches were hot.

Do not like this store at all asked for a French vanilla iced coffee with regular cream and sugar and they put actual granulated sugar in it so nasty I worked at the one in lake Wales and never did we put regular granulated sugar in our ice coffees unless you specifically ask for it I called to tell the store my boyfriend picked up a coffee yesterday and today and had the same problem I don’t like waisting my money on a ice coffee I won’t drink they need more training and the lady on the phone was very disrespectful

And Dunkin Donuts. I enjoyed a cup of my favorite dark roast coffee and a fresh donut. And I bought 3lbs of dark roasted grounds for making at home for only 19.99. The best DD for miles around.

Good scoop ice cream. Sound system at menu out of order. Soft serve was not worth eating, cone was stale. Waffle cones from 2 different locations in the last couple were stale. Next time I will save my money and go to the grocery store for ice cream. I think this chain has problems.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened back in 2008. My favorite ice cream flavor is pistachio almond. But I’ve notice for the last two months every time I stop to get a shake after a long day at work, they never have it. Either not delivered on the truck or ran out of it. If it’s such a popular flavor, they should order more on their Thursday truck. It’s really disappointing. If it keeps going like this might have to take my business to a different BR

Pretty good. Been awhile since I been to a Baskin Robbins.

The ice cream have normal flavor but the Boston cream donut and waffle ice cream cone was not fresh.

Basket Robbins has always been the more expensive ice cream place compared to my favorite place Dairy Queen. However the bigger selection of ice cream flavors more than makes up for the price.Family and I shared a wonderful banana split here. Recommend it but be prepared to spend a little more.

I always come here whenever so want a good milkshake or any type of ice cream. The Basking Robin company did not gain its fame in the ice cream business for no reason, this location following the wonderful quality of the food provided, with many flavors to choose from, and options of if you want to deisng your own type of sunday/ice cream of if you would like to go with one of the classic already well like kind that they have there.

Customer service is very good here. I dont come here often but the quality and quantity of the ice cream is outstanding, and everyone is so nice.

After Auburndale store couldnt help me, I phone ordered a birthday cake. Was told it was 6 and would feed 6-8. I asked for it be to extra-chocolatey and was told it would have chocolate candies and/or sprinkles. The cake may have been 6 at the base but tapered up to about 3-4 at the top. I would say would feed 4. Ice cream was supposed to be chocolate chip and I got chocolate chip cookie dough. Cake was right. Icing on cake is really just tasteless whip cream of some sort. Only chocolate was a row of frosting at the bottom and some dribbles around the sides - no candies - no sprinkles. They did spell the name right, which was about all I can say for the cake. Would NOT order from them again.

Its Dunken Donuts & Baskin Robins in the same location. They have 1 high chair and it was dirty nd sticky :( ... The place is a bit small too but other than that is was ok

They need to take the Reeses sundae off of the menu when multiple locations dont have peanut butter. Also, $4+ for a small milkshake is ridiculous.
