Jeff is a rude, dismissive, arrogant person. I will never go back to this garbage business and I have already discouraged 2 friends from going.

Finally someone who will deal. I spoke with several other shops that would rather keep their guns than take my money. Great business to work with. I will be back.

Have purchased several firearms from Jeff and used him as an FFL as well. Very courteous with his customers and can answer pretty much any question you may have about firearms. Highly recommended.

Not very friendly, seemed preoccupied. Prices looked good on hand guns but didnt have what I wanted and couldnt or wouldnt order for me. Is a FFL dealer and would handle my outside order. Just didnt seem to the a person I would do business with.

Was able to go in and get what I needed. Reasonable prices, and you will not be taken advantage of.

Just got home from The Gun Room because I needed a little work done on my CZ and when I had typed gunsmith into Google with my ZIP Code, The Gun Room came up with good reviews.I had never been to the location before, in fact, I didnt even know it existed, but Im very glad I found it. My experience with Jeff was overwhelmingly positive.He was professional, courteous, and able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue.I value businesses owners who conduct themselves in such a manner and told him he had earned himself a new customer.

Great store and location. Bought my first revolver from Jeff back in 1974 when he was on West Central with Hartmans Gun and Coin. Since at his own store my wife continues to complain how many I buy. My motto is shop local and support the economy.

Recently bought a Magnum Research 22lr from Jeff. When it came in I had him mount a scope I already had, he boresighted it for 30 yds.
