The guy at the front desk is about as useful at a 5 yr old behind the counter. He is not useful at all. If he s the owner they won t be around long.

Guys know what they do, but I recommend that you call ahead to bring equipment since they are some time to much work that they can not take aquipment on the spot.

NEVER take your mower here to be repaired!! Took my mower there and was told it would be 2 weeks to be repaired… which was expected. Service guy called to explain what it needed, and I agreed to the parts being ordered and the work to be done. Cause my grass was getting tall I rented a mower elsewhere, which was $35.00.I waited the 2 weeks and called to see if it was finished and ready for pickup. They were clueless and said that they were waiting for me to instruct them to go ahead with the work and order the parts. OMG!!!! I already told them to go ahead and fix it.So no one ordered the parts over 2 weeks ago when I told them to go ahead with the work.Frustrated, I told them to order the parts yet a second time. Then they proceeded to tell me they had no idea when the parts would arrive!!! No timeline when I would get my mower back in the middle of summer, when the grass is growing like crazy! Faced with tall grass and another waste of $35.00 rental of a mower… I just bought another lawnmower. (Not from them!) We had visitors coming and the yard needed to look clean and mowed.Can you believe that 2 days after they gave me no timeline when it would be finished… they called and said it was done. After I bought another mower!!! REALLY!! CLUELESS!!! These people are airheads!!

He has the mower blades I needed. With the power of Google I want able to even get a part number. He saved my weekend chores

I called this place 10 times and spoke with the same woman who repeatedly told me to text her my part model and serial number. Everytime i called i was told shed get right with me and here i am a day later without a hit back. She was brushing me off because i asked if i can speak with someone else.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR MACHINES TO THIS PLACE!!! They kept it a month and a half and when I got it back it was working worse then when I brought it in...when I brought it back to them they call shortly after and said there was dirt in the Gas which is not true because when that machine didnt work I put the same gas in my other machine and finished my job This machine was doing the same thing it was doing before I brought it in originally. These people actually CALLED ME AND LIED.

I called for a 30 inch cub cadet bagger, they put me on hold, i wait it, 2nd person,put me on hold,again, i had to explained myself 3 times, (i think it was the same person, acting like they didnt know),on hold again. After 11 minutes, i hanged up. Not friendly and no knowledge at all. Didnt even know what cub cadet was. They need training on costumer service.

If I could pick zero stars I would. Dropped off a mower to have repaired. It was in worse shape when we picked it back up then when we dropped it off. Tried to speak to the owner and he had nothing but excuses and would not take responsibility for ruining our seat. Tested mower before loading on trailer and it was not working properly. Mechanic had to come out to the parking lot and again used nothing but excuses. Rude uncaring do not take anything here to be repaired.

A+ service! I am not the one to write a review about everything but I do believe in commending those who deserve it. I am in the market for a zero turn mower and I am just in the research phase. I am not a lawn care professional but i do own 3 acres. I have been to three commercial dealers and by far...... Scott at Garden Grove gave me the best customer service. He was contrary to a salesman and more like a knowledgeable friend as he fielded all my questions about different mowers. Although I did not purchase a mower today I will definitely keep Garden Grove in mind just because of the customer service.

I was send here by the manufacturer to get a repair done. Once I arrived I was told they couldn’t service the item and was turned away. They also charge you a $40 fee for no reason that is not covered by your warranty.

I love these people, they are always so kind and seem to know everything. I will always support this business

I went in on a Saturday around 10 am. I picked the mower I wanted and they delivered it for free at my house by 1 pm and showed me everything I needed to know about it. Great service, great mower, and good price. Actually, I saw the same mower online for about $500 more.

They repaired my mower with a new spark plug,air filter and oil change,and a new blade and rope.But when I.tested it something broke as the nott was not large enough and they had to fix what happened and put a larger not in the plastic handle.I cut my grass yesterday and the mower ran well.Now I needed to drink some water and then the mower wouldnt start.So I weedeated around trees and plants and edged the front lawn and weedeated the back yard along the fence and house.Then I started the mower and it startedso I could cut the back yard.Same old problem it wont start after running a while till it cools down for 30 minutes.
