Have used Polk tractor for many years for kubota parts. Went to order an implement, given a price and told it would be 2wks. Waited for 4 wks. When I showed up it wasnt even the brand I ordered, but a lighter duty, cheaper made (paid more than quoted) implement. Was so irritated, already waited an extra 2 weeks for something I could have bought off the lot at other places and not had a wait. I doubt I will do any more purchases here.-Reply-Yes, this is not my real name and I did not wish to give the names of others that work there either. Not trying to burn anyone, just dont think this is proper way to treat people.

The service person pointed out I should got a commercial machine instead a residential,.and to me to go back where I purchased the machine since they might service it faster.Thanks again I wont be stopping and Ill recommend everyone on the field and the Facebook Florida Landscape Association to engage business with you.

I shopped at several different dealers looking for a tractor. I knew after talking with rob brown i was done looking and ready to buy. I couldnt be happier with my purchase!!!

It’s all about customer service.I bought a tractor there and have had to come back for different things. The parts guy or guys behind the counter are pretty fast, knowledgeable and professional. the sales person, not so much. The last couple of times I had to come back for tractor service I was treated rudely by the sales team.. one big guy in particular.Other than that Kobuta equipment sells itself! Like they say, customers will return for great service even if the food is bad. When I trade this Tractor in I will drive to a further away dealer for better service. Hope this helped!
