This place use to be my go to store. I would ship thousands in a week for my company across the USA over night red. The customer service has always been great but to be charged service fee to print a label. That’s not cool!

I have been trusting the staff at UPS Store in Winter Haven with shipping out my expensive, very breakable art for 3 years and they have never disappointed me. They pack my art for me and my customers have mentioned how impressed they are with the expert packing. Every piece (over 130 in 3 years) have arrived perfectly.

Great service when theyre open. I just changed their hours to closed on Sunday, because I made a 20 minute trip there today and they were closed. Thanks!!!

Customer service is horrible. I went in to return something with my own return label, everything packed correctly and printed. I didn’t take the label myself because I didn’t exactly how it where exactly to stick on to, but I did have the label printed with me. The person told me I had to tape it myself, he couldn’t do it for me and he wasn’t allowed to use his own tape. So he said if I wanted to ship it I would need to buy some tape from them for $3.99 plus tax. I thought it was ridiculous to have to get out of the long line, purchase tape from them, and get in the line and wait for another 10 mins. Lastly, it’s a very busy location for them to only have 2 employees.

Excellent service!!! After realizing that there’s no way I would be able to make it to the store in time, I decided to call and without hesitation the young lady on the phone said “don’t worry, you can bring the package and we will make sure to unlock the door when you get here.” It happened to have been a rainy day and the last thing I wanted to have to do is speed for a package. When I arrived at the store the two young ladies closing on 8/21/20 welcomed me with a big smile and made sure I was taken care of. These two staff truly exemplified amazing customer service and it truly made my day.Thank you!

What costs less than $2 to print at nearly any other UPS store cost at least $5 here because they make you pay $3 to even turn on the computer + minimum time charge + actual document printing... Just sharing.

I will never go back to the Winter Haven store! I had one question so I called them. Never answered the phone! I called 15 times within one hour. So I finally just got in my vehicle drove for 20 minutes to get there (remember I just had ONE question). When I got there, I waited my turn as there was 2 people ahead of me, nobody behind me. The phone was ringing nonstop while I was there. The employee walked over to the phone and pushed some buttons on it and threw it down. I guess I know now what happened when I called.

I love going to this location. Most UPS store visits are a terrible experience, but I have never been let down here. I use this store daily and the employees are always pleasant and friendly. They are well staffed and its never too long of a wait, even when its busy. A+

Great place and great service. Have used this place for years and the fact that they keep you info on ship to addresses on file makes getting in and out easier and faster. Prices are very reasonable based on shipping season.

$2.00 a page to fax and then on top of that a communication tax of .29 cents. In today’s world where long distance is free and fax machines are extremely reasonable, I consider this price so outrageous. Greedy big business, once again sticks it to the working class. 3rd time is this store in 4 weeks for different services and customer service lacks friendliness and appreciation for our business.

Poor customer service.First spoke with young girl that appeared to be middle school age and poorly trained.Older female employee jumped in as younger employee did not really know what to do or how to help me.She just said, we cant help you with that, you will have to call the UPS 1-800 number and walked off.They are probably over worked, under trained, and underpaid. So they just do what others do, take out on the customer.

The employees were friendly and helpful. However, I had 46 assorted pieces of china packed here and the cost was an exorbitant amount of $122.00. Way overpriced for two boxes and bubble wrap in my opinion. Now, to spend another $200.00 to ship these boxes.

I really don’t understand all the negative reviews. I went in this morning to return DirecTv equipment and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I was in and out in five minutes.

The lady who works there was nice. They even taped my packages to where other UPS have charged me for tape! Glad to have found a place where I can go and know I will get good customer service!

Feb 27, 2016, Saturday, Their posted closing time is 3:00 PM. However, I arrived at the store with a prepaid UPS package, addressed and ready to ship and the time was 2:48 PM; the doors were closed and locked with no one inside and no one in front. I have an atomic watch, very accurate within seconds, and other visible store clocks matched my time.Their early closing created a delay in shipment for my package as well as caused me to make an additional trip on Monday, the 29th to complete this transaction. For a shipping service store representing UPS fails to adhere to their posted operating times is distasteful to customers that rely on excellent service for their shipping needs.Richard Holland

I dont know why this place has so many bad reviews. Ive used this service many times over the years and never had a bad experience. The people have always been at the very least polite, sometimes quite friendly, depending who you get. Packages always arrive at their destination as expected. No problems.

This store should close.Employees inform me they cannot print anythhing from email and that I must use some kiosk costinf $5 just to print a one page document.Employees were not friendly, just telling me “we don’t have access to that”. Truly non impressive. I have been a customer of UPS stores for years, and even worked at two as well for holiday seasons.This is NOT the brand standard UPS should be promoting. Davenport (5556) location is much better at this, and will always gladly print my document for me.I truly hope UPS (mbe) district management slaps this owner down hard.Save your money. Wow I dont know where to start, I came in to do an Amazon return there was a young lady that helped me then all of a sudden an old lady came out the back screaming at the young lady on how she did wrong,she had to do it like this blah blah blah,I get it she has to do it right so that I get my credit but theres a way to speak especially at a place of BUSINESS poor girl, then the older lady tried to fix it Im trying to show her on my phone the items in attempt to help and she snatches MY PHONE out of my hands and just starts scrolling without asking me she was not apologetic at all, at the end the dark hair lady helped and I was just like what just happened here as I was walking out like did that just really happen lol people need to understand that theres a time and a place also its not what you say its HOW you said it and YOUR TONE, very unprofessional ppl (except for the young girl &dark hair lady)

Be careful using this estabishment to ship USPS. Some of thier charges are extremly high. Check the prices at the post office first. (And mayby even the regular UPS distrubution center too). I was charged a 47% premium over the post office price to ship the same package overseas under the same postal program.. I did the boxing and packing. All the UPS store did is is measure and weigh the package, print the customs docs and the address label. They then held the package for the post office to pick it up and ship it. I can understand a 5% or even 10% commision plus packing cost if any, but a 47% surcharge for just pushing a button and printing a couple of docs and a label?When I tried to talk to the owner and/or manager regarding the price differences I discovered later, it was not a pleasent conversation. I was informed that other business charge far greater percaentages of profit then the UPS store, like that has any releavance to the situation at hand. So, as they say, Caveat Emptor.....

Unprofessional, lacking customer service. Lady I spoke to was a brat and thought the world revolved around her and that store. Wasnt willing to help work through my situation and didnt make an attempt to meet half way. Ive had great experiences with other UPS stores but this store isnt ran well. Save yourself the trouble and find a different store.

UPS lost my shipment that was suppose to be delivered yesterday. so now I am stuck with waiting 8 days for them to fix their error. Because the piece of s&$* delivery man likes to lie and deliver their shipments on time. But the items are nowhere to be found. Terrible company that I refuse to use ever again.

Every time ive been to this store nobody ask if I need to send my stuff in a box they just take it and put it i a box and charge me way to much to ship my stuff. And when i bring my own box they tell me you cant ship it that way then they put it in a different box and charge me and never ask if i want to purchase one they just charge you for it. I told them to take out of the box and they were rude and mean to me. They are terrible people there. I now go to the one on the other side town a little drive but the people are Great there.

If I could give negative stars for the management of this store, I would. Horrible woman, completely screwed an 81 year old woman out of at least $50+, and refused to take responsibility for messing up the shipping of two packages which led to more financial loss for those recipients. Steer clear of this place! They are the worst.

In order to print 3 pages, black and white at letter size from a USB, I was forced to rent a computer for $5 a half-hour. They cant print otherwise? A computer I needed to use for 30 seconds because you dont have a photocopier that takes a USB or a printer station? $5 to print three pages, black and white letter-sized documents. Save yourself from this place.

OMG Hello...Manager...wake up! Going to this store is like visiting Jamacia. They move at their own pace with no worries mon... meanwhile the customers are about to go postal waiting. Very unprofessional.

So I needed to ship a large tv and to box it they tried to charge me more than it wouldve cost to ship the darn thing. Also, when I called I was put on hold for over 5 minutes and then the line just cut off and when I called back the girl just had no people skills. She was just answering me with one-worders. I was not impressed.

Terrible customer service via phone. The worker said We are slammed and I dont see your order In which, I dont think she even look and didnt ask for my tracking number.

I have been waiting all day for a package to be delivered to me. When I called CRS this morning they assured me that my device would be delivered by 4:30 today. Here it is 6 pm and my device still is not here that stated as being in route to be delivered today by 4:30.

I went to notarize a document in Spanish and since the notary does not read Spanish, she told me that she could not notarize it. I lost my time! Bad experience!

A very bad experience, the girl was super rude to me, she never wanted to help me, how I am not very skilled in technology only the tall, half-full boy, tried to help me, a horrible experience, I hurt the afternoon, Thank you I wish the Mrs. Let him get another job that the public doesnt have in mind.
