I went into the store to buy an affordable phone and an employee named Kevin assisted me talked me into seeing if I was approved for easy pay of course everything went through. I was told the phone I was purchasing was an s7 for 650.00 wow 650 no extra charges I thought so I asked multiple times during the transaction Kevin the employee told me if would be cheaper and I had a year to pay the phone at my own convince168.00 down with a balance of 482.00.. later to find out that was a lie . Kevin also threw in all kinds of extra stuff that he told me was free on him head set, screen protector, wireless charger . Never set up an account for easy pay so i could know who i was supposed to pay . The reasoning for that bc it had all the actual payments and agreements the were actually 9 payments of 205.00 per month... thats 1800.00... so I asked for a refund at first he could not refund me nothing so I asked to speak to a manager. What do ya know theres not 1 available. So I threatened to call the cops boom his regional manager arrives has me and another customer listens to our side of the story does our refund then begs for us not to bring the incident up to anyone I left. I live close by so I drive by an hour later and what do ya know Mrs Flores has left and left her trust worthy scamming employee kevin there to try and f u c k over more people.....
