I came to the store inquiring for a phone. Upon arriving the store was clean, well kept. I met Bryan we spoke about the phone cost etc. For being so young he was well knowledgeable, very professional, and held himself to a very high standard. He was patient, calm, and welcoming. He even helped me to set up my phone. Im with Sprint, during the merger it hasnt been the best transition. He stood hours with me making sure we got the phone connected with my carrier. Now and days its very hard to come by great customer service. Here youll find exceptional customer service, and a professional staff. I attempted to get help from the owner due to my new purchased computer’s thunderbolt port problem. The company’s owner was contacted by phone but would NOT speak to me nor at least offer another convenient time to help. His employee offered to accept a return. That’s not what I want so I’m still attempting to find my own way curing the issue and am at the end of my third day doing so.An expensive computer but close zero customer service.

I needed a new Bluetooth speaker because my old speaker developed an issue a day before a video shoot! In a rush to find a speaker, I looked at reviews online and discovered that I wanted the JBL Extreme Bluetooth speaker. After looking around online, I was not able to locate one that could be shipped within a day! I did a search on Facebook and came across a listing for a speaker (BRAND NEW IN THE BOX) that was local!I messaged Sofia and WITHIN A MINUTE she replied and let me know that the speaker was still available! I asked her to send some pics and WITHIN THE SAME MINUTE she sent over some photos! I told her that I lived over 30 mins away and it would take me some time to get there. I asked her what time they closed and this is how she responded word for word! 5:30 today. If you need to meet later I can have my boss meet you at the store after hours to help you!Sofia went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help with me get this speaker. She did not have to do what she did! Once I got to the store, Sofia was the same person she was online! The staff there checked me out and were very nice as well! The most unprofessional and dishonest business owner I have ever experienced. Not only did he have us waiting for 2 hours for him outside of his so called business cause he was “ in a meeting” and he shows up looking like he just got out of bed. Then when he finally got there after knowing we had been there that long he never apologized for it. I wish he would have been honest of how the transaction was going to be before making us drive an hour there and then making us wait 2 hours.

I do not recommend anyone doing business with this guy at all. He is very unprofessional and isn’t worth any of your time. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t consider that a business at all.
