Awesome customer service! I came in with two pairs of glasses; one pair I bought at a See store out of the area and one pair I purchased from a totally different company. Store lead, Kim went above and beyond to help me with my request for adjustments on both glasses. This store has a wide selection of unique cute glasses and also great salespeople. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

They excel in customer satisfaction hands down! Milena is just amazing. They were so patient and did their best to fit my needs. They were able to match online prices on my Acuvue contact lenses. I feel like I was treated as if I was very special. Thank you guys!!!

Someone recommended this place and I was excited to find new glasses. When I got there, I could see people inside but the door was locked. I tried to open it multiple times as the sales associates stared at me through the glass. It took me a while to read the small print on the door which stated if they don’t come to the door, it’s because they’re with a customer. Well, I could clearly see them all stare at me with no attempt to explain it’s by appointment only. The sales clerk was standing around and not interacting with the customers at the time. It would have taken them two seconds to tell me to make an appointment online and I would have been on my way. Not only was it rude, but embarrassing. Customer service should apply to ALL customers, not just the ones you’re working with at the time.

Amazing customer service and gorgeous selection of unique and funky eye wear. Jason helped me with my selection, helped narrow it down and made it easy so I was not overwhelmed by the selection. Involved female staff to makes sure I had options on the beset look for my lifestyle. He was precise with my measurements and wanted everything perfect. I had an issue with my prescription by my private eye doctor (non related to store) and they coached me through the entire process to make sure I could see as needed. Replace and fixed corrected lenses as needed without any difficult or additional charges. I highly recommend See Eyewear of Winter Park. They are not push either!!!

What a great team of people. Purchased frames last July, great experience. I crushed said frames recently, not so great. They located replacement frames, followed up with timely communication, followed through, and Im happy as a clam. Each person was generous with their time and helpful with their guidance. People make the experience, and theres a great group at SEE.

Had a terrible experience at this store.My wife and I came in on Friday Nov. 29, and after my wife asked the sales lady about helping to find a style of eyeglasses shes looking for the girl, (she never gave her name. young, brown/blond hair) just got up and started helping another two guests.She said, We dont have those specific glasses, but similar styles. We both thought she was going to grab some to show her, but no. Just started helping someone else while we sat there awkwardly.After about 3 minutes we decided to leave and as I was walking out I waited for the sales lady to look back to us and I said, Thank you. She looked at me like she was surprised I was still there.I dont like writing negative reviews, but this is a store I will not visit again. The easiest way to keep guests happy is to treat them with respect, even if youre not sure if they will be a sale. This was not done at SEE on our first visit and there will not be a second.

Great glasses and superior customer service! Staff is always hands on and encouraging to people moving forward to fashion and away from their comfort zone. Its addicting!

The customer service here was great. The employees (especially Kim) are incredibly helpful. She asked me plenty of questions and adjusted my frames and lenses to work better for me. Id give this plave 5 stars if my glasses arrived on time but it was worth the wait either way.

Just recently got an eye exam for my wife and I. We found the staff to be very helpful and we got on the schedule immediately so that saved us as well because we were completely out of contacts. We suggest SEE as your local optical resource Im the Winter Park area!

Great selection and awesome staff keep me coming back for more glasses. Im on my 3rd pair this year and am already contemplating the 4th. Theyre reasonably priced and dont have the pushy sales people at your typical eye doctor. Definitely check them out before going to LensCrafters. Youll find something much cooler here.

When I visited this store, I was confused as to why they had so few Google reviews. After visiting five other area eyewear stores, I was a bit hesitant to go here because I assumed they would be way out of my budget. In addition to their stellar customer service, they have quality eyewear, well worth the price! Don’t be fooled by their location: they have affordable eyewear at a way better quality than other, more well-known stores.I also pretty much tried on every frame in the store, and they ALL looked great on me! They definitely have something for everyone.
