Very unprofessional staff. I received a text to come inside the store for my testing. I came inside and found this sign. So of course I went back to my car to await a call. 20 min passed and nothing. So I went to the drive thru after being on hold on the phone. I was then told to come inside and have a seat after I explained that I saw signs saying to go back to my car. The girl walked away and came back laughing at me saying I was wrong and there are no signs and I needed to come inside. No one listened to me when I explained the signs and instructions are misleading and basically felt like I was being told I was stupid. If it wasn’t for the fact I needed the test done right away I would have left. Not the best way to treat someone who isn’t feeling well.
Try calling this pharmacy and good luck getting them to answer. I am just now on my third attempt after calling two times and waiting 15 minutes each time. Right now I’m on ten minutes this time and counting. This happens often as I have been using them for quite a while because my insurance prefers this incompetent company. GET SOME HELP IN YOUR PHARMACY DEPARTMENT!! Ridiculous
This location never answers the phone. I’ll wait on hold for over an hour every time and even then sometimes I’ll have the call drop me and I’ll have to call back. If there’s an issue with your prescription, they don’t tell you, they just don’t fill the prescription. They offer the same services as all other CVS’s, but the pharmacy staff is so mismanaged. It’s impossible to do anything here or get answers without going directly to the pharmacy in person.
Pharmacy Manager, Katie, is unhelpful and condescending.Thanks so much for putting me on hold for over an hour and offering no solutions to a transfer.If you have another pharmacy option, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
Waited over 20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge I was at the drivethru window then another 10 for them to come to the window. When I asked if everything was ok she acted like I was the strange one. This location has horrible customer service.
This is by the far the WORST CVS I have ever dealt with. No one picks up the phones EVERRRRR. There are always ridiculously long waits to pick up prescriptions. Ive waited up to 30+ minutes to get someone live, IF AT ALL. Ive often had to go in person (after waiting on hold for such a long time) to find out my prescription was not filled (even though I received notifications that it was). I am trying to switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy and the other pharmacy waited on hold for 45 MINUTES with no luck. They told me to go in person....so I did... and the manager took my information down-- then called me and gave me the same number the other pharmacy called already. Then the manager basically that she is not trained in pharmacy and to have the other pharmacy call back in the morning. This is completely unacceptable.. I know its a pandemic but youre dealing with peoples medications and health, get it together!!!!
I agree that the customer service of this pharmacy is terrible. Every time I call to talk to someone live (about 5 times total at different days and times), no one picks up the phone. On the other hand, when I’ve called the two CVS pharmacies in College Park, they’ve have always pick up the phone, hence, the problem isn’t COVID and that they are too busy, but it’s a lack of focus on customer service.
I agree with most of the other reviewers. Horrible customer service, you WILL most likely wait 30+ minutes (inside or drive-thru) Not an exaggeration, and if they do answer the phone, theyll probably place you on hold for an untold amount of time.I finally learned my lesson and now just go to Publix. Grab my groceries, then my meds. Simple, quick, no fuss.

Really poor signage when I tried to get virus tested. I found out after waiting for a while at the signed location that it was only for the rapid test. It didnt indicate that. Waste of time. Signage is so simple but not here.

I will never use this BS pharmacy again ! For THREE days in a row they text me saying my prescription is ready and when I go pick up, it ISNT ready ! They keeping promesing for the next day, and here I am without my prescription ! ITS a HEALTH ISSUE, not a PLEASURE to take a medicine !
We went to get our Covid vaccines. My appointment was at 10am and my fiances was at 10:30am. We waited until 11:30am and no one ever helped us or came out of the vaccination site. We eventually left and wasted an hour of our day. We sheduled a new vaccine appointment at Walgreens. Dont come here unless you have time to waste.
I don’t really care for writing reviews but I came in to ask a simple question and the lady at the front (not the pharmacist) had an attitude before she even looked at me and would let me finish my question. This was some black lady not sure her name but she was the most rude individual I’ve ever met and I wouldn’t trust her with anyone medication. I had a question about walking in for the vaccine because I was confused about it and she was like clapping her hands in anger lol. I will get my second shot and speak to someone higher about her behavior.
They messed up my prescription which doctor send over here by digitally.Now they make me to wait another 30 minutes.
I tried calling the pharmacy easily 5 times this morning. I was automatically put on hold and after 15 to 20 minutes the call disconnected each time. I never did speak to them after an hour of trying. While I understand this pharmacy may be busy but if that is the case it should be staffed accordingly.
The pharmacy will not help at all when you need help on the phone! They just keep putting you on hold and never return. I’ve spent so many hours of our vacation trying to get them to answer the phone and waiting on hold. They even put other CVS pharmacies on hold and never come back. We are on a road trip and desperately need my sons medicine transferred to another CVS Along our route. We’ve tried all over for 4 days and they just won’t take us off hold. The recording says you can transfer online but you can’t do that without the prescription number. So we called our doctor and the doctor doesn’t have the prescription number so there’s simply no way to transfer it online if they don’t answer the phone. It’s sad and incredible that these people work in healthcare with peoples’ lives at stake.
This pharmacy is horrible ! They never answer the phones, they aren’t even busy ! I was on hold for 38 minutes decided to drive there with my phone still on hold I walk in and the pharmacy has no line and a pharmacist and two employees standing there talking doing nothing I ask I have been on hold and still on hold and you guys aren’t even busy and was told given an attitude !!!’ Horrible Service !!!! No wonder they are going down !!!

Horrible minute clinic services, you can’t reach anyone. The 866, number is a dead end and the services is not consistent. I went on the 19th and still have a bad ear ache. The medication that was called in, is not working.Horrible service, no answer, no follow up call or nothing.
Pharmacy is very busy and still has great service plus will help get discounts. Every employee I have had contact with has a smile waiting. Ive been using this store for 6+years.
I went into CVS DURING HRS FOR HIGH RISK IN WINTER PARK FL. I ENTERED THE STORE . A CASHIER WEARING A MASK AT THE CHECKOUT COUNTER. ANOTHER PERSON CAME IN WHO I BELIEVE WAS A CVS EMPLOYEE.AS SHOPPING A MAN ENTERED, WENT DOWN ASILE NOT WEAR A MASK, WAS CONTINUALLY COUGHING NEVER DID COVER HIS MOUTH GOT MERCHANDISE, PAID FOR IT AND LEFT. WHEN I CALLEF TO EXPRESS MY CONCERN THE EMPLOEE DISCONNEVTED THE CALL.Intervened. A called at approx 5 tonite to explain and was hung on.THE EMPLOYEE NEVER INTERVENED. IPAID FOR WHAT IN MY BAS
Horrible service. I needed emergency diabetic supplies, the pharmacy had just closed, which was fine, but i wanted to ask the woman closing up if they had what I needed on the floor. She completely ignored me, I was almost shouting to get her attention. I tried to find someone else to ask but no one else was on the floor.Not to mention the only cashier they seem to have is very old and very slow, bless his heart. If they are going to have him work, they should at least have another cashier with him so it doesn’t take 30+ minutes to check out 3 people.There is a Walgreens right down the street. If you need a CVS, the drive is worth the better service.
Pharmacy always takes forever, consistently understaffed. As I write this review I’ve been on hold for 12 minutes and counting. Update 1.10.2020- still the same! Been on hold for 16 minutes. My fault for not changing pharmacies. Ill certainly be switching now!
The customer service at this location is atrocious. After 10 minutes on hold I decided to just drive there to find out of my prescription was ready, it took less time.
This review is for the minute clinic. I had reserved my spot online and arrived on time to complete my registration. There was one person before me and when they called 2 people went in the room. The physician comes out minutes later to tell me that two people were on the same appointment and my appointment was going to take another 40 minutes. Each person should have their own appointment. I will never visit this place again
I don’t believe that a pharmacy inventory system for controlled medications is inaccurate. I was sent to the Winter Park store from another CVS because the system showed they had the medication. I arrived and was told they had none. September 14, 2018 morning.
I brought in a prescription for 50 tablets and they only filled 30. They didnt contact me about this at all. When I call them about it they blame it on the insurance company. Every single time I try to get something g filled with this pharmacy something goes wrong and I have to spend days out of my busy schedule fixing it. I do not recommend getting anything filled here if it is even close to a critical medication you need. They would probably let you die.

Went there today 9/26/2017 to get my pictures taken for passport.. For my excellent luck I met ERA, she took 3 pictures of me with a digital camera, I looked at the pictures and did not like any of them, ERA too another 3 pictures that I did not like either, she took more and I choose one picture.. after she printed it I did not like it... she suggested taking more pictures until I am happy.. finally I got a good picture for my passport.. there are very few places that you can get treated royally like this place by ERA, I thanked her and I will difinitely be back there again. GOOD JOB
Horrible experience with the regional manager. Elizabeth Chaney. She fires people for the color of their skin. Wouldn’t recommend any nurse to work at this location for as long as that lady is boss.
I shop and get my medications at CVS. They are friendly people to me. I havent had any bad experience. One thing they needed to work on is the pharmacy area sometimes you have to wait along time to get your medications.
I usually use this CVS pharmacy for my medication, they are always friendly and efficient.

Just left a bad review last week for a pharmacist been the rudest person but unfurtunaly had come back at this location because my doctor send a antibaiotic here yesterday and he forgot to write the amount and that was at 1 in the afternoon when I dropped off they never look at prescription and told me to pick up after 4 I came at 6:00 and they tell me they could not fill my prescription because the doctor did not put the amount but they never bother calling me to tell me so they told me to call my doctor in morning wich I did and they called I came here and they still said that my doctor never call tham I had the nurse on the telephone and they still saying they did not call tham a was done on purpose just because they saw my review from last week I don’t think this place. Is caring or friendly at all they should not do this tipe work very very rude
I had a bad experience with an old female cashier I went there. The other cashiers, they are still friendly and helpful.

Walked in 8/1/18 the ‘nurse practitioner’ at the winter Park location was horrible, was no help, non friendly kept sucking her teeth and tried to rush me out of there while I literally was in front of her for less than 2 mins she told me she didn’t have time to ‘wait’ when I ‘waited’ an hour and a half patiently to be seen. I never leave reviews but I left and went to Walgreens
If you dont want to die waiting for your meds, please dont go here.
The pharmacist here is possibly one of the most offensively impolite, insensitive and unwitting people Ive encountered. Not only is he unable to assist with over the counter drugs and medications, he is unnecessarily rude on top of that. He is not able to answer questions about medications and simply does not care to try or help. Possibly he was having a bad day or is prejudice against women, but this is now way to talk to customers or people, especially strangers, in general. Merry Christmas.
Ever since they started new phone service that began this year. It takes 15 to 20 min or more for them to pick up. Sometimes I believe phone line doesnt get connected
