F- will never do business here again. Absolute dumpster fire of a experience the last 18-24 months constantly having work redone. Severe lack of accountability to deliver quality work and customer service. Definitely look anywhere else.

I have lived in Winter Springs since 2013 and can not say enough good things about the quality and value of not only the work done on all my cars but all those who do the work as well. I am very particular which is why I take all my cars to one place to maintain the cars and that data of work done on the cars. I trust the managers and the mechanics here implicitly. Tom is the best in the repair shop and Jim is running a very close second as my two go to guys. I hesitate to share but these guys deserve credit for the knowledge of their craft and a deserve raise. Stephen and Shane the managers at the front are very courtesy and have always greeted me by name with a smile, treated me fairly and valued my loyalty as much as I value their kind service follow thru and attention to detail. I have now instructed my wife and daughter and will do the same for my son when he begins to drive to only go here and ask for by name the four superstars above mentioned. I have noticed that the other mechanics their are also tenured and they too always happily help when I need a top off of air or need a minor repair. The consistency of service and clean quality is a direct reflection of the quality of men who serve their community. Well done TiresPlus Team. Price given over the phone was $20 less than when I arrived. Told it didnt include taxes. Tax was $10. Then I was told my car should be done in about 45 minutes. I called after 90 minutes and was told the wheels were being balanced. I uber to the store and the tires arent even on the rims. Lies. Cant stand lies. Just tell me the truth and Ill deal with it!!!Edited from 1 to 3 stars. I was a little peeved when I wrote the review. Also the final work was very good. Wheels were much better balanced than previously.

25 years visiting this store. I currently drive past dozens of shops and 28 miles to get there! Honest quality that cant be beat.

For the most part of the years coming in to this store, Ive been treated fairly decent with few disappointments along the way. One thing it irritates me is making appointments and 45 min later they have not picked ur car. My appt was at 1030, 1115 a they pulled car in and finished at 1215p. And, i watched how the guy almost skipped tire rotation, and at the end he dropped my tire’s key and paperwork on the street didn’t even notice. There has been better rated days.

Well done work and the price for a new tire, wipers, with labor costs was much less than I expected.

If only I could give them 10 stars. I called early morning Sunday because my tire censor indicated I had a really low tire, figured I must of ran over a nail and started calling around to see if I could get in anywhere. My luck was coming up short. I called Tire Plus and Shane answered I explained the situation and he let me know it would be about a two hour wait and I told him that I wouldn’t be able to because my two year old wouldn’t make it that long and I’d keep trying other places. Shane was so understanding and demonstrated excellent customer service and found a small opening later that day I could squeeze into. Upon arrival the gentlemen upfront (sadly didn’t catch his name) was so kind and got me all checked in. Shane kept my updated on time and the fact there was indeed a nail in that tire. They got me in and out rather quickly for a busy filled schedule on the weekend. To my surprise the patch was so inexpensive I was taken back LOL! But thank you guys so much for getting me in last second and taking great care of me and my little. 10/10 recommend

My rating is a compilation of recent events that resulted in six appointments at three locations that have left me very disappointed in Tires Plus as well as traumatized and now I’m considering my next course of action which may result in seeking counsel if this issue is not resolved by the end of the month:In Mid-April I was advised by my dealership when I was there for a routine 15 point inspection that I needed rear brake pads only (not rotors as they looked to be in good working condition) I told the dealership that I would go to Tires Plus Winter Springs as I have for the past 16 years without an event.I had an appointment with Shane at the Winter Springs store for April 28, 2021 for Rear Brake Pads, a new set of four Bridgestone Tires and an oil change resulting in a charge of $1,300.00 +. My car had 45,000 miles on my car so I thought it would be prudent to change the tires. Shane was off and Stephen was on duty, I had the work performed that morning and upon leaving I drove about 100 feet and heard a loud noise and wobbling from the tires coming from the rear of my car, I called Stephen and told him of my concern and he said to “come back in the morning and they would take a look.”When I returned on April 29, 2021 he told me that “they put brake pads on my car were not the size that they normally take and that they were a little short and had some play resulting in the noise he believed…he said that he would replace them with the proper size that he believed that this is what was causing the noise.”They were then replaced with a pad that “he thought would work” as their supplier still did not have Nissan brake pads in stock. When I left the shop that morning once again they continued to make the same noise and the tires continued to make a wobbling sound I called Stephen as I had to leave for Jacksonville, he said “that they would be safe to drive on and not to be concerned that now he is going to have to order Nissan Brake pads for my car and that he would call me when they came in.” The call never came….On May 7, 2021 I contacted Tires Plus in Winter Springs and it was confirmed that the Nissan Brake pads had arrived, I scheduled an appointment for them (Nissan brake pads) to be installed the following weekend and have the tires rebalanced to help with the wobble in the tires. The services were performed and the noise continued to come from the rear of the car even louder than the previous two appointments! I was at a loss and needed to find another location to address this ongoing issue. I had been to the Apopka location with my daughter’s car with great results so that would be my place to hopefully resolve this ongoing issue as I exhausted any faith in the Winter Springs location. I called the Winter Springs store on Friday June 11, 2021 and asked for the name, phone number and e-mail of the Regional Manager as this issue has become heightened and my car does not feel safe to drive. In doing so I was told by Stephen very blatantly that “all complaints are resolved at store level” and that he would not give me that information. Please see additional posts on Apopka and West Colonial Dr. Locations as they limit content. I hope to resolve this soon.

I was extremely happy with the service I was provided by Tires Plus! My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for a few years now for things like new tires, oil changes, etc. Today I brought my new car in and was expecting to have to pay for the first tire rotation, they gave it to me for free since I’ve been here a few times before. A little bit goes a long way and I will definitely be coming back for some more expensive services as my car ages. I was also in and out in one hour. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Thought I had a nail in my tire. I stopped by and the Manager Steve took a look. No nail but he wanted to double check the pressure in my tires. Great customer service.

I had previous issues with this place not getting my car ready hours after the pick up time, but still decided to give them another chance and brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Came back to pick up the truck and the service advisor Nathan confirmed that vehicle was ready; oil changed and tires rotated. My truck tires are marked 1-4 and I saw that the marks were in the same spot and they had not rotated the tires... The service advisor did not expect that I had the tires marked and lied to me. He offered to do the rotation on spot, but I decided to leave. i will pay someone else to do the tire rotation for me. I would rate zero star if I could. I am done with these guys and I promised that I would never step inside this store again. I will tell everyone what happened and advise people to go somewhere else. Service advisor was Nathan. Technician was Mack.

Never have problems here usually, everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. That said, I had my engine serviced here and a few days after picking my car up, the “service engine” light came back on again and my car overheated on the side of the road shortly thereafter. Not sure how that was critically overlooked.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Shane of Tires Plus Winter Springs on Red Bug Lake Road. What you did truly showed that there is still good in humanity. On what was a very rainy day on Wednesday, you were on your way home from work, but saw my Uncle and Mother-in-law on the side of the road with a flat tire. You did not hesitate to stop your car to help them out. You knocked on the driver’s door, asked if they needed any help, and despite their hesitation at first because they saw that you worked at tires plus, you assured them that your help was from the goodness of your heart, and was not looking for anything in return except for them to be able to get home safely. Despite the pouring rain, you went out of your way to get what you needed to help put on their spare tire and saved them from waiting for a tow truck to arrive. We are forever indebted to you for what you did! We need more people like you in this world. Thank you again ❤️

I arrive Tuesday at 7:30am to fix a tire. They told me that the person who do that job start at 8. It wasnt until 8:45 when I complained that they started working on my care. Other than that was good.

We have taken all of our vehicles to this location due to the outstanding customer service and honesty in what we did or did not need. No pushy upsells and Steven and Shane always go out of their way to provide the best communication and quick, reliable service even if last minute. We will never go anywhere else as long as they are there.

This store is not very honesty. I have a diagnostic done on my air condition. I was told to replace the air condition motor and Blend Actuator it would cost 1600.00. I purchased the air condition for 143.00, I paid 50.00 to have it installed and it took about 15 mins to replace. What a big different in the price. I will never go back to Tire Plus ever. Please get a second opinion on big jobs

For all the work done on my vehicles i go here and Ive always been happy with them. I do not recommend them for oil changes. Ive taken it twice. First time the drrain plug was put on so tight the head stripped while i was taking it off. They corrected it but the correction was worse. Drain plug was done but the filter was put on harder than the plug was. It took 4 different tools and almost 2 hours to work it off!! Just of curiosity i hooked up my torque wench to it and it popped at 83 lbs. Only supposed to be hand tight and 1/4 turn.

Tires plus on red bug is the best! Kevin is always there for me when I need him and always gives the best advice.they are honest and I can always trust them to do the right thing for me. I always feel a lot better when I leave there. Thanks Kevin and crew

Dishonesty and cheap quality service!

Always have had great luck and great business here! I’ve had a few tires patched at this location (due to construction near my job) and they’ve done them perfect. Other places told me to replace the tire each time but they fixed it here and it was inexpensive. One time the screw broke and didn’t pierce the tire and they let me know and took that out and there was no charge. They could of easily charged me to patch and I would of never known but they didn’t. Because of that I always come back.

They were fast and got me back on the road in no time. I appreciate it so much

After getting a tune up and paying hundreds for routine work my vehicle does not work properly. Car stalled while driving back home on the highway nearly causing an accident.Brought the car back and was told that they forgot to attached the vacuum hose....Then the next day it happened again....

I had made a 10 a.m. appointment for my car to have an alignment. Upon arrival I was told my car would be ready in 1 hour. I took a seat and waited for an hour and 5 minutes and then I went up to check on the status of my car. I saw that it was sitting in the exact same parking spot where I parked it earlier and I did not believe that was a good omen. I was correct as I was told about five minutes later by the service advisor that they had not even started working on my car yet. It was going to be another hour of waiting. I had another appointment elsewhere so I could not wait. This was a total waste of my time.

I have been visiting THIS Tires Plus for many years. I pass two from my home and more than five from work to go to this store. The staff is personable, friendly, helpful, and honest. I don’t go anywhere else (except maybe their Longwood location on occasion) to have maintenance done on my vehicles. The best part above all is that I’ve never had to go back for the same repair twice. They actually fix the problem(s)! I actually enjoy my time there and don’t even mind waiting, even when my two year old is with me.

They go above and beyond to do what the needs are for your vehicle. They are all very nice people there. They are not like some places that just try to make money and tell you something is wrong just to make a buck. They are the only one I will go to. There is a Tires Plus not 5 minutes from my house. I will not go to that one.

Kevin and the staff communicated clearly to me what to expect...the work, the cost, the time and met all them. Didnt try to upsell me. I appreciate the way they treated me and the service they provided on this visit and the dozens of others over the 10+ years Ive been their customer.

I had tires mounted here this morning. Absolute consummate professionals. Extremely accommodating to every request I had and they seemed eager and excited to make me happy. The price was cheaper than everyone around. Its so rare that the best experience is also the cheapest one and Im definitely coming here to get all my tires mounted in the future.

Honestly, this is the only place you should take your vehicle in the area unless you have a mechanic in the family. I lived in two other places where I loved the team at my local Tires Plus, and this one is no different.With the lemon of a car that I have, they have made the experience as painless as possible. Ive been no less that 6 times this year for various issues, and they are always happy to see me, but sympathetic to my issues. They dont push unnecessary services and are pretty good at communicating the issues in a coherent way to someone who knows little about vehicles.Dont bother going anywhere else, especially not the horrible chain repair shop around the corner. That business needs a better check on their Kingdom, they have nothing on Tires Plus.

I am very impressed by the professionalism and care here at Tire Plus! Right as I stepped inside my first impression was how clean and updated the building was kept up! It has a very inviting atmosphere here!!! For many years I thought Good year was the place to go, but after receiving poor service and no resolvement resolution from Good year corporate I was forced to find a new service for our vehicles! Thankfully I found Tire Plus!! I just wish I would have found them a lot sooner!! As they have already shown to have very high standards. I feel they will be a much better company to do business with. The guys here are willing to work and go out of their way to satisfy their customers.I can’t say enough great things about Tire Plus!Oh, yeah and the coffee area is clean 😃

I’ve been getting my oil changed here since I was 16 years old. The crew have been the same guys for six years, and they are always honest and they do great work. They’ll tell you what you really need, give you options, and they always ask me how my day is going, and make an effort to really connect to me on a personal level. I’ve moved about 30 minuets away, and I still always make the drive here instead of finding a new place closer.

Different people have different experiences with Tire Plus but I want to share with you my experience. When I went in to Tire Plus I was really upset because of what another Tire Plus had did to me. To have my car fixed i paid $750.00 and two weeks later it ran hot. I want go into to many details but I will share with you the out come. A friend of mine told me to take my car to another Tire Plus which was in Winter Springs on Red Bug Road to let them look at it, well I did, and everything worked out for my good.😊. After having to take off from work I was really mad but soon got happy. I spoke with the store manager Kevin and Shane Manager of Tire sales about my problem .. They understood my problem and help me. 😊 Listen my friends, make sure that you ask more than one or two people about any referrals that you may get!!😊 Tire Plus inWinter Springs is The number 1 Best Best Place for any one to take there car.!!!

Tell the clientele, you are going to charge them for a test on your car!If I didnt ask, they were going to charge me 22.00 for some one having a drive test for one empty tire. I went to the gas station and put air in the back tire for 1.75

I know about cars. I just dont have the time to work on mine. Today, i made a 7am appointment requesting a brake pad change. Instead of just changing them(as i have requested) they called me to let me know that i still have plenty of brake pad life left. They did suggest rotor replacement but its something that can wait. Instead of going for the easy money, they did the right thing and charged me nothing. I appreciate their proffesionalism and will be coming back when its time to replace my rotors and pads.

Dont deal the the manager Kevin. Went into Tires Plus to get all new tires on my car. I got some really nice and expensive ones. They asked me if I wanted to buy additional insurance on the tires and I said, no thank you. I left to drive home and before I got there one of the tires was already flat. So I put on the spare and went back to have them look at the flat tire. They said they wouldnt replace the bad tire unless I pay for the service because I didnt buy the extra insurance. I was like WTH, you sold me a Defective product and you wont do anything about it? I drove it less than three miles! Kevin the manager could not have cared less and he was quite possibly the rudest manager of a business I have ever interacted with.

Ive used them for a few years. Good stuff. Just make sure you know what you need and that if they change your wiper blades, they didnt forget.

This is the only shop in the area that I know without a doubt they arent going to rip me off. They never do work without authorization and are always fast and friendly. I have brought my cars here for years and will continue to do so. The only catch is that they are SLOW AS HELL. The last two oil changes I got each took over 6 hours. Thats a completely unreasonable amount of time.

Terrible.Normally I go to the Tires Plus on University, that store has always been a great experience. However I will never be returning to this store again. On University the people there are respectful and will actually talk about my vehicle to me. However going to this location on Red Bug lake and the one employee that I dealt with decided to treat me like I was an idiot. Not naming anyone in particular, I just know that I will not be returning here.Without any kind of decent treatment of the customers Im definitely not coming back.

Workmanship is stellar but make a note of anything you dont want moved inside your car. Got a good oil change and inspection, but upset about broken sunroof visor.. No reason to touch visor and now I have a hole in it. Asked about it, just wanted to know who did and have a note in about not moving it for future reference but everyone denied even touching it except to keep the rain out. The glass was closed. Fabric visor dont shut by itself. I get the feeling theyll blame fairies before they tell me what happened and thats why Im upset.

Thank you to Stephen and the mechanics at Tires Plus for going above and beyond to rectify a problem that ended up being failure of a newly replaced part, not any fault of theirs. I wish I had not had to return after having several repairs completed over the weekend, but these guys worked to make it as painless as possible and I appreciate that. I am very grateful to have had a good friend recommend Tires Plus to me for my auto repairs and will continue to use their services and reFer others to them.

This is my second disappointing trip to this location three weeks ago took in for oil change and flat repair come to pick up they didnt check the tire problem came back today dropped it at 10 came in at 3:45 cause i had not heard from them and its 15 minites before close they never toched my car so i am stuck once again having to stop every couple days for air i have been a loyal tires plus customer since 90s might be time to make change

Went to Tires Plus a couple days ago for a flat tire and they patched it for me. A few days later that same tire is flat and they want to charge me again. Terrible service. They had a great opportunity to provide great service and failed miserably

110% the best TP of them all in Orlando. I live near Millenia Mall and refuse to go to OBT OR CONWAY the service is the worst ever. Curtis on Conway is so mean and rude. The Red Bug Lane Store they are polite not frustrated, provides quality service and professionalism. I went there for the first time today all the way from Millenia Mall area and received the service I should receive from them all. Winter Park was right down nasty but the guy who worked on my tire was very nice the manager was horrible and hate the line of work hes in. I put a complaint in never heard back from anyone. I will never spend another 600 woth Tire Plus they never address complaints but fast to take your money. I will never give them one red cent of my money. I have to go way to Red Bug Lane for quality Service and thats bad. I will always go to Red Bug suck kind guys they are all of them and fast service. Once these tires are done TP is done I have full warranty on them I am only in for nails to be removed nothing big. Im so shocked with How amazing those guys were at the Red Bug Lane Store.

I was very impressed. The guy I spoke with was really educated on the different rubber compound of tires and suggested a solution to fix my quick tire wear problem.

Is there a -5 rating available? Had the displeasure of dealing with Shane. I arrived late on a Saturday to inquire about patching a leaky tire and a 19-pt inspection. I totally understood when he indicated that even though their door was open the location was closed (despite it being marked as open on Google). He then stated that I should return the next day (today) between 10a - 4p. I now know they open at 9a but he did state to ...come back tomorrow between 10a and 4p and well take care of you. Ill be here. So I arrive at 2:38p (straight from service) and am waiting patiently in line. Another employee was tending to a customer when Shane emerged at 2:49p. I remind him of the conversation and he says he cant do anything today bc its an hour before closing. When I reminded him that he hadnt mentioned that I should come in at a specific time he stated, I told you our hours of operation. Have a good day. and literally turned away dismissing me. Ive no clue why or how this kind of rudeness is allowed (clearly it is if he felt comfortable being that rude and callous in front of customers and coworkers) but I will definitely NEVER use Tires Plus again, I also will be recommending others stay away from this location. Im sanitizing the encounter bc I dont want to go there but lets just say it seemed like there was more to it. Perhaps if Id have been someone else my time wouldve been taken more seriously... Who knows.

I needed an oil change, knowing how this places work. I asked my man co worker to call and ask for prices. After answering all my car info model, year, cylinder.... the guy says $45. I showed up 30 min later a white younger guy tells me its $77.... what??? Then he says oh, i gaved you a discount..... took my car next door... they did it for $45, Thank Tuffy for being honest business!!! Go to Tuffy. Dont come here, specially if youre a girl....

Called too get a price on a front end alliignment and the gave a very fair price until, I told that my car uses shims, They replied by telling that I would have buy a shim kit from them only and the it would cost 90 dollars for the kit. The shim kit cost 15 dollars anywhere else and I already have the shim kit, and the total price would of been over 200 dollars.WOW MAYBE THATS WHY THERE MANAGERS MAKE OVER 100K. THATS A DAM SHAME.
