Appointment was November 30, had to wait on delivery of the window. Was told a couple weeks i think. New year starts tomorrow and i cant talk to them because the answering machine keeps telling me to book online then hangs up on me. Im giving them the benefit of the doubt and saying theyre not answering because of new years with no prompt to tell me that.

Been out 5 or six times. Cant get it right.

Started a job at this “company” not long ago. The guy that runs the “training” isn’t the brightest bulb on the tree, I guess you could say. Probably should get someone that can at the very least read to run this “training program” the worst experience I have ever had at any “company” it’s almost laughable to let someone like that “teach” or at least try to. Maybe get someone that doesn’t brag to people how you steals and brags how he “hasn’t paid for gas for his personal cars for years”. Think it’s time for Safelite to get someone in there that can at the very least read and tell what time the hands on the clock say, @Safelite step your training game up and maybe you won’t have clowns running and working for this company.

Workers seemed fine, receptionist argued with someone on the phone ignoring me until I had to walk up to one of the people repairing windows to inquire if my car was finished. Id recommend an alternative location.

They insist on replacing your car glass (windshield etc) at your workplace or home address, even if you can drive to them. When I had everything already done for insurance claim online through my app they still connect me with insurance call center where I had to provide all my personal details (DoB, address)

An excellent company easy to do business with, very prompt service reasonably priced and employees that take pride in their work.

Absolutely terrible staff. They had me drop my vehicle off to be sure they could do the best job they could while replacing my windshield. After the job was done they called and said it was all set, I said did everything come out correctly and they said yes and that they had the manager himself do it. Upon picking the car up I immediately notice that theres windshield epoxy on the interior on my car, damaged moldings, the windshield molding that they replace with the windshield is damaged. The wiper cowl is improperly installed, the wipers arent properly parked either. And to top it off they broke both of my windshield washer spray nozzles, making it so the flamable washer fliuid sprays directly on my exhuast and not my windsield. Upon talking to the boss about the issue on the phone he hung up on me.

Staff very nice and friendly. Arranged and contact my insurance Co to get my glass replaced
