Experience was great. Showed up at the Titan auto glass office and Sean was there right on time. He brought me into the office and helped me get onto the Wi-Fi so I could work while he worked. The replacement was quick and straight forward. The resulting windshield looks nice and clean and Sean made sure to walk me through the slight differences with the new windshield. He’s a very knowledgeable technician. Would highly recommend Titan!

Start to finish was fantastic. Amanda in the office was helpful, and quickly got me answers if she didnt already have them. Shaun was transparent with the process, tried to save me money where possible, and even made me aware of issues with my car that he wouldnt be able to help with, such as an issue with a tire. He even took the time to point me in the right direction to get other work done by trustworthy people. Hopefully I wont need their services again, but if I do, Ill definitely be going back to Titan

I cant recommend Titan Auto Glass enough! They do great quality work, and were very to easy to work with, and proactive in me filing a claim through my insurance to get my windshield replaced. They were very flexible in terms of fitting me into their schedule on very short notice, and my total waiting time for fully completing the work was less than an hour!

Ive had to replace the windshield on both of our vehicles this year and used Titan each time. Both times he did an excellent job right in my driveway and took care of all of the insurance claim details. The windshield of my van cracked after recent freezing rain/snow conditions. I was referred to a larger franchise company for replacement by my insurance. Since I had a bad experience many years ago with windshield replacement, I thought to look around more to decide. After reading all the reviews Titan received through Google and Yelp, I decided to go with Titan. During the first conversation, Shaun asked several questions about the car to make sure he has all the parts for the replacement. I was impressed with his communication and attention to details. The windshield replacement work came out perfect! Shaun also took the time to put back my inspection sticker, so I did not have to get a new one. I have a BMW and was looking to replace my windshield and had called the first time and booked and had a great experience thus far. But I called at 8pm, anticipating to be able to leave a msg and get a call from them tomorrow. A man picked up sounding disgruntled and like I woke him up.. then before I even got to ask my question about the appt he said, you’re calling 5 times about ur appt?? I was like yeah I wanted to leave a msg and then he felt like hearing my question.. didn’t want to speak w him anymore. Going to cancel next weeks appointment. Customer service is rude. Disappointing.

Wow, Titan Auto Glass is the real deal! Came to Shaun (Titan Auto Glass) this month with a dripping windshield in my 2010 Volvo XC60. Shaun thoroughly diagnosed the issue (worn out primer sealant). He kept me updated throughout the process as he throughly scraped down all of the old primer and replaced. He was also was able to save the old windshield, which saved me a lot of money! I needed a windshield replacement and was referred to Shaun. His work and customer service were excellent, this was the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. He was extremely responsive and proactive with multiple follow-ups to make sure the work got done quickly. He also helped coordinate everything between insurance and the dealer that needed to recalibrate the eye sensors so that the entire process was streamlined and easy for me. Great experience with Titan Auto Glass today. Shaun worked around a tricky schedule for me - unforeseen due to a sick child at home. Rather than meet me at my office, he met my wife at her office (with my car). Shaun informed me that the windshield in my car (which I had purchased several years earlier, used) had once been replaced before and apparently not that well. Previously, I had windshields replaced at the big chains but there were always issues. One time, there were glass shards left on the dash and passenger seat. Another time, the windshield started to make noises on the edges as if it isnt adhered right. I was so sick of the bigger shops that I was dying to find a 5-start shop that is local to me. Had a great experience with Titan. Shaun helped me with the insurance process and told me exactly what I needed to do. Came to my workplace on time to complete the job and the install came out great. He inspected the glass before installation and showed me a tiny scratch on the windshield that was barely noticeable. I told him I didn’t really care about it but he was willing to get me a new windshield if I was not okay with it. Their website also mentions free rust repair so that is also a great reason to go here if you had your windshield replaced by a careless installer in the past or if you just have an older vehicle. They truly is amazing. Other company gave up on our 1999 avalon because of the rust around the windshield, Titan came and took care of us. I also had the Jeep Wrangler’s windshield replaced too and the installer moved everything from the old windshield (remote starter sensors, camera mount,etc). I recently had my windshield replaced by Titan. The quality of workmanship matches the manufacturer. When setting the appointment with Shaun, he asked about my current windshield; several of his questions I answered without certainty. On the morning of my appointment, he called me 1/2 hour before arriving. Upon arrival, he inspected my current windshield. He brought additional supplies to address my uncertainty, including whether my windshield had previously been replaced, and if my rear view mirror was wired to the windshield. My windshield had been replaced before and there was damage to the fixturing. Shaun replaced the fixturing at no additional cost. He also brought two windshields, since I didnt know if my rear view mirror was wired. It was. I appreciate Shauns professionalism and I highly recommend Titan Auto Glass.

My 2016 OUtback had a stone hit on the windshield and it developed into a large crack through the center of the glass due to extreme temperatures. A rock put a huge crack in my windshield. Not only was the replacement done perfectly (no leaks, aligned perfectly for my windshield-mounted sensors like rain and emergency auto-braking, and all of my stickers were transferred over), but the dash and whole front seat area was cleaner afterward than it had been before. Also, Shaun did a great job of explaining the process, arrived (at my work parking lot) exactly when he said he would, and also pointed out a loose windshield wiper that I had probably bent scraping ice this winter. (And he wasnt trying to sell me a new one - he just pointed it so I could replace it before it damaged my brand new windshield.)The claim and scheduling process was super easy with GEICO and Titan. I initiated a glass claim online with GEICO, which was approved automatically in seconds, and then chose the select my own shop option. Titan, being a licensed glass replacement company, showed up on the list, so I selected them. Then GEICO (via the Safelite network) sent Titan my claim information, so Shaun was able to take care of the replacement and billing for me.Overall excellent and friendly customer service, excellent workmanship, and super convenient. Highly recommended.
