Definitely the best tint shop I have used thus far.I waited for my vehicle, and the tint was completed by the quoted time. The establishment was clean. The price was reasonable and competitive for the local area. Also, the customer service was superb. The gentlemen answered all concerns and were very accommodating. Of note, Tint Pros has tinted two of my cars, a Q60, and a 540i xDrive. That shows diversity in abilities because cars can require different techniques.No complaints.

Visited the Tint Pros Online shop on Aug 27th, 2019 for tint quote on Jetta Sportswagen 2012. Their prices are reasonable and they offer high quality tints. I got the car done the next day tinted all side and rear windows. Their work was quick, professional and clean. Very nice attention to details (for example they put little stickers on the windows buttons to remind people not to roll them, this is perfectionism). I love the service and the product so far. I will do an update in 6 months after I see how the product holds which I strongly believe it will be great! Thank you Tint Pros Shop

When I was looking for window tinting in Woodbridge, one of my friends suggested Tint Pros to me. As per the suggestion, I visited them and got my car tinted. They did such an outstanding job to give a great look with finest quality window tints. I would definitely recommend them to others for quality window tint.

Asked them to do my Chevy Cruze in 2012 and they did a great job with the tint, plus they offer a lifetime warranty with their work. The only thing bad was the customer service...I took in my car in on a Saturday morning, and I didnt get my car until the next morning. They called a wrong number (I gave them the right number, I checked when picking my car up) Saturday evening to tell the wrong person that my car was ready. I had to call the next day to check in on my car. I advise you to call them and check in your car...they also keep a record of every car they worked on. In case law enforcement try to say you have an illegal tint, you can request a copy of your legal tint in case you get pulled over.

Again got quotes for half as much for stripe kit jobs a year ago....yeah and you should be banned from business period ...great companies can work with people.subpars dont...$500 for a stripe job is rediculous especially when the person has the kit already,you dont have to do anything but put it on ...period .and you tell people to look at my reviews all you want I welcome it ...I give great reviews to people who deserve it

I have nothing to gain by writing a bad review. My car was tinted months ago but I just drove by the shop earlier today and it reminded me of how angry I was the day I got it done. To preface this review, Id like to say that I detail cars as a hobby; Im talking multistage, 6 hour paint corrections. The reason I mention that is because I know all of the imperfections on my $65K car, very intimately.So it starts similarly to the other bad reviews here. I was quoted a certain working time, I ended up waiting around an extra 1.5 hours. Whatever, I can get over that. Im finally told they finished and I walk out to take a look. My initial thoughts were that the tint looks great. I continue to walk around the car and I notice a scratch on the rear passenger quarter panel. I had just finished detailing my car the previous day so again, I know what Im seeing wasnt there before I brought the car in. To add to it, if you know about auto paint, you know there is clearcoat and any fresh scratch will have a ridge of clearcoat on either side of the scratch, its just common sense. Clear as day.I go inside and I explain what I see to the manager for the day, I forget his name but I have his business card somewhere. He says his guys are the best in the business and wouldnt have done it, but hell take a look and well go from there. We both walk out and stare at it and instead of just saying yes, that looks like a fresh scratch that we may have caused, he just goes back to his original statement, saying his guy wouldnt have done that. At this point Im just dumbfounded. I tell him I just detailed this thing and I know that wasnt there. Further, I took pictures of the car post detail, because who wouldnt after spending 5 hours making something shine? I show him the picture and I was lucky that I had a clear as day picture of that quarter panel, it has a timestamp on it and everything. Again he denies it.We go inside and even though hes still denying it, he give me a number of a local collision center and says his buddy owns it and if I call him, hell take care of me. He was insisting that I wouldnt get charged. I never ended up taking the car in because I knew I could get it out by myself with some wet sanding and compounding. The point is that even though he reluctantly offered to make it right, he never admitted fault.Avoid this place. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the tint actually did look good.

ZERO customer service and when they are busy they transfer you car to another location without your consent to have another shop do the tinting.. Wasted 4 hours to get a Yeah we got busy and didnt have time for your car excuse. Front desk didnt even apologize or offer another deal for wasting my time.This is the way you guys treat Military veterans on memorial day weekend? So sad..Semper Fi
