Was recommended to Alexs by a friend for exhaust work and then later an alignment. Every time I come by the shop Alex is always very friendly and he has confidence in his work. I had multiple places turn away my BMW because they said it was too low... Which it isnt. I stopped by Alexs and he said its no problem Ill get you taken care of. He even took me for a test drive together to make sure the car drove straight and had no issues after the alignment. I recommend anyone that needs any work done to stop by and make an appointment because quality work and an honest shop is hard to find.

I’ll start by saying that I will always give someone the benefit of the doubt unless I have evidence otherwise. At first I chalked up the issues I had with this shop as honest mistakes, but it’s now evident that it likely comes down to utter incompetence. If it were at all possible to give 0 stars, I would. I took my 2015 Genesis to Alex for the following:1. Exhaust headers install2. Test pipe install3. Oil cooler installTo start, Alex never performed the cat delete and test pipe install and neglected to tell me. He even kept the test pipes after I picked up my vehicle and paid for that portion of the job. I only noticed they were never installed about 2 weeks later when performing a diff oil change and noticed the catalytic converters were still on. I called and asked about it and he said he was “confused” about where the test pipes were supposed to go. Sure.Next, one of the lines connecting to the oil cooler wasn’t tightened down nearly enough. It was leaking oil down the side of the cooler which then collected on my skid plate. I only noticed when it was raining because my car was producing a sheen of oil under it. It was also discovered that the oil drain plug was leaking oil as well due to it not being properly tightened into the oil pan (see below photo). It’s a new drain plug with a new gasket. Since properly torquing it down, it has stopped leaking.Finally, the most recent issue comes down to the header install. The down pipes and headers are both flanged in order to mount to each other. Two bolts push through a hole on either side of the flanges with a nut that goes on the back side to secure it. Well, where the passenger side header and down pipe fasten to each other has now completely come loose. Both bolts securing the two exhaust pieces together have lost the nuts on the back side which has now caused an exhaust leak. The gasket between the flanges is completely baked and useless. The fact that the bolts are missing leads me to believe that they were not torqued down correctly by the shop.I’m greatly disappointed in the quality of work out of this shop, especially considering the abundant positive reviews on here. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here and I’m going to be sure to report this mechanic to the better business bureau. If you want something done right, be sure to either do it yourself or take it anywhere but here.

Alex is by far the best mechanic Woodbridge, there are so many people that cheat you this guy keeps it real with you 100%. I went in there to an exhaust installed but he gave my great advice to go with a straight pipe setup and this guy custom fabricated the whole thing. He is very detail oriented I was with him the whole time he did amazing work, his welding skills are unbelievable. I will be going back to him for sure going forward.

Calles and spoke with Alex and asked if I could get a weld on my exhausted. He quoted me a weld fee if I wanted to keep the flex pipe I had then quoted me me cost with new flex pipe. Both reasonable and it took less then 30minutes

Not a very professional business at all. I called early in the morning to verify availability and the owner said to come over later in the afternoon. Upon arrival to the shop, he said to leave my vehicle cause he wasnt going to work on it, very rudly and unprofessional. After explaining that he was the one who said to come irate in the afternoon, turned me away and walked away mid conversation. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and I used it because someone else suggested. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Not a professional place of business.

Had a great experience working with Alex. I had bought an x pipe for my Mustang GT, that I was originally going to install myself. I didnt have much time to do it, so I called around getting quotes. Alex quoted me over the phone and said he could try do the job the same day, even though he was very busy. I dropped the car off and he told me he would have it ready in about 2-3 hours. Surprisingly, I get a call in about 1.5 hrs from Alex, telling me it was done. Went back, turned on the car and it sounds absolutely amazing paired with my Borla s type axle backs. I also checked for any exhaust leaks and thankfully I found none. Definitely recommend him for exhaust work.

4 years ago, one saturday morning, I was sitting in the parking lot of Advance after getting a few items searching for a muffler shop. I had been searching for a muffler shop for a few months already and every exhaust shop in the area didnt want to touch my classic 87 300ZX. So I just googled performance muffler shop and I happened to be 2 blocks away. So I swung by and asked if he was willing to do some exhaust work? He said sure and the rest was history. I have to say, hands down the best exhaust shop in the DMV area. Im a car enthusiast, and have owned more cars than years Ive been on this earth. So when it comes to taking care of my vehicles exhaust, and performance specialty needs, Alex and his team are my number 1 choice. Couldnt find a more professional and dedicated to their craft team.

They replaced the front rotors and break pads for half the price the dealership was charging. The shop is hard to find because is behind other businesses but it is worth finding it. I spent all week adjusting the track and drag bar on my JK, angles looked good etc. I checked control arms, sway bar, tie rod ends, bushings, ball joints you name it. Everything checked out, but still had some serious death wobble. I was told to give Alex a call by a buddy, apparently hes the Jeep alignment guru around Woodbridge. Guys I called Alex on Thursday night at 7pm and asked if he could check my JK out, he told me come on in tomorrow at 0930. The toe, caster and camber were slightly off since new springs went on. This guy took maybe an hour adjusted everything and BAM no more death wobble. If you need an alignment or have some death wobble going on check this guy out.

Had a new exhaust system installed on my Nissan Maxima last week by Alex. The car sounds amazing and he took the time to make sure the exhaust was tucked since the car had lowered suspension. Alex was awesome and stayed late to allow me to pick my car.

Alex has worked on my 2004 Ford F150 and 1998 Dodge Durango and highly recommend his service. Its hard to find that mom and pop shop type service these days and Alex makes you feel like he cares about doing a great job so youll come back when needed!

DO NOT GO HERE! I dropped my vehicle off for a minor repair on the drivers side window to replace the window motor and regulator and even gave the mechanic the parts to do so! When I return to pick up the car and test the window it was still in the same condition I left it, not working properly! Alex (the owner) said he could not get the window to set properly because he did not have the sensor to reset the motor but still decided to charge me full price. I asked could the price be reduced because the window was still coming back down half way after hitting the automatic button and his answer was simple NO as he walked away back inside. Never have I been treated so unprofessionally by a business and well make sure everyone I know does not take their cars to this establishment.

I would like to say that Alex is an amazing mechanic. He is very knowledgably about all types of cars and trucks. The times I was at his shop, he had other mechanics from other shops come to him for advice on cars they were working. I was also able to meet other customers that he had previously worked with on their cars. The work he did on some of the old school cars to trucks and newer cars was amazing. Alex has great customer service, I had called first to get some information about getting some muffler work done on my truck. The first time talking to Alex on phone was very pleasant, he is friendly, explained different ways to go about getting the sound I was looking for out of my truck. I later scheduled an appointment and took my truck in to get the stock muffler replaced. I probably should say, I have the newer 2019 Ram 1500 and these trucks are much quieter than the 4th Gen trucks. He first put on a MagnaFlow muffler and the sound was good but not where I wanted. Then decided to go with a Flowmaster to add it more deeper sound and it was still a little quiet, but louder than the MagnaFlow. We later decided to get a little better sound that the resonators should come off to make the truck sound a little deeper. He even told me if I want to get a little deeper sound, I should probably change out my exhaust pipes to a 2.5. Right now Ram puts a 2 in exhaust pipe on them. He was not going to stop until I was completely happy with the sound of my truck. I am very pleased with the sound that is coming out of my truck. He is a small business owner with great prices and outstanding work. Again, if you are looking for a mechanic that has a lot of knowledge and experience with great customer service. Alex is that mechanic. I have a few more projects I will be getting done on my truck and Alex will be the one that does the work. Go see Alex you will not be disappointed.

This guy charge my $150 dollars for alignment my car. With 22 rims and tires But he did it wrong I call him he told me my car is not supposed to have 22” but the first went with him he told me he will charge $150 because is A big rims so that’s my truck is even worst than before, he told me that he had to alignment with the original rims and that he won’t return any money back, so it is stupid how he didn’t said that before when I first went and told him that my truck have a 22’ rims
