The fuel pump in my Nissan Altima froze during our most recent ice storm. H&M took care of my car, and even added a wash, cleaning and some gas to my tank!! Not too many places have that kind of courtesy these days. Hakeem kept good communication and provided great customer service to myself & even my wife when she picked the car up for me!! I highly recommend and will continue to use them for my vehicle.

Naiive me bought a 2007 corolla 95k miles from Hakim. It is still running after 4 years but not so smooth and not so cheap. They sold it at least $1500 over market price, the car is rusted everywhere, transmission and airbag need repair but those are expensive to touch.

I always come here to get my car looked at or fixed! This is the most efficient shop in Woodbridge! You need something done come to this place. I was here yesterday and the owner Hakeem stayed past his closing time to make sure my vehicle was fixed and ready the same day and I am so happy with the results! I will most definitely be coming back!

One of the best and most honest places I have been to. I have brought a range of vehicles from Toyota to bmw and they know how to service them all at a fraction of the cost. BMW dealer wanted 250 dollars just to diagnose my car and these guys did not even charge me for that except just the part and very little labor.

Its almost impossible to find an honest & affordable auto repair these days but this shop is BOTH!

Hakim is owner and the worser person I have ever seen.I take my car to him to fix my alternator he fix it but he change my whole Engine!And he charge $300 but he fix my car with used alternator the county needs do something about this people.I highly recommend you guys not to go with him.

Customers be aware! Hakeem is charging more than other mechanic shops. He is charging you more because of the parts warranty which you need for your car. When the job is done, if you ask for the warranty they reject you. Those parts didnt have warranty. Please dont waste your money and time. I will never go back to them...

Took my car to get an estimate at h &m a few days ago and just today had it checked out at a different shop and discovered each front axle had a slit cut into the boot. In the exact same spot on both right and left axle. They said it was recent and seemed intentional. So Im pretty positive h &m did that. Dishonest, dont waste your time going to h & m unless you want more problems with your car.

CONSUMERS BEWARE! I rarely bother to take the time to write reviews but thought that I should write one for this business to warn the general public.I understand that in general, it is hard to find an honest mechanic and one rarely use the words mechanics and honesty in the same sentence. But the people at H&M take the meaning of dishonestly to the next level. WHen asked how much it would cost for the repair, they dont give you a straight answer but said depending on how much work is needed. then they went ahead and do work and charged you whatever they want. And before you leave, they will try to sell you one of their used cars (all junks). I would give a rating less than 1 if i could. Please do not take your car to H&M.

Ive used H&M Auto Services in Woodbridge multiple times for vehicle repair and maintenance. I am very pleased with the work and customer service. Hakeem is very trustworthy. I do not feel like he gave/give me the run around and tried to get extra money out of me for unnecessary repair. Ive taken my mothers car there twice for repair and again, I was very pleased with the work. I saved a lot of money compared to having the dealer do the repair. A couple of days a go my mothers car broke down in Arlington VA and Hakeem sent a tow truck to pick up the car and repaired it the same day. Ive recommended a friend to use H&M and he was pleased.

I always go here to get my car fixed . I went there to get my muffler replaced and they fixed my rear bumper and gas cover for free... I was happy about that 😁 Also they usually don’t take long for repairs.

I was dumped out due to the owner was in the phone and had a lady in front of me. I meant to ask a small question but the owner insisted ask me to move forward for the lady. I told him I had a quick question but he insisted me to move forward and I just moved back and tried to to explain that I just wanted to be brief and not be in the way. And so suddenly this jerk dumped me out because I was not understanding. But at least he shouldnt be so stubborn and try to listen his customers. He might understand why I didnt accept his request. NEVER BE BACK.

By reviewing everyones thought about h&m auto services i strongly agree that they do not have a good customer service and have no idea about cars i toke my car to them to fix it their owner hakeem toke the car 4 times on test drive made me invest on it made different excuses rape me off by selling stuff my car did not need he still could not fix the car i have a 2005 action tc. I recommend every one to no go there its a waste of time and money.

These guys sold me a complete lemon after fabricating recent repair paperwork for the car. It has been in the shop 4 times this month with over $2,000 in repairs needed to get it to work. They refuse to do anything about it. I will be taking legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

My experience here was very unprofessional. Hakeem took my car on test drive three times, third time which was after hour and half I figured out hes using my car for his personals errans. These guys dont care for the customer. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!
