Fast and professional, I am very impressed and satisfied with their services.

Went early Monday morning with no wait. They changed engine oil and filter per spec. Topped off fluids, checked all other filters, and cleaned exterior glass. Very efficient and accepted my coupon.

Came in for an oil change, a tech named Jackson quickly greeted me, waved me into a spot, sat me in the waiting area and took care of my car quickly. Very quick and professional.

Had maintenance dance to include oil change, transmission, brake and steering fluid changes. They did a great job and was reasonably priced. They even advised me that brake bleeder cap were missing. They didnt have the part but I bought it at the auto parts store and they installed it for me.

They gave my co worker a special price of $44 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I wanted to get the same thing he told me 69.99. I guess I wasnt pretty enough.

I have been using this location since around 2008. Its the best one in my opinion. The crews work well together and they work fast. I havent had a single issue. Jiffy Lube really lives up to its name, go anywhere else and youll be wasting a half day or longer.

Went in, got the works ( Cabin filter, transmission fluid, oil change, tires rotation), etc. Pulling out of the parking lot the cars A/C would not work unless on maximum blast. Diagnoses were mixed between fuses, compressor being bad, or something else. I appreciate Tom and Sharmas effort in helping but this is probably the last time I go here.

I have visited this location four times and it always runs very smoothly. Im in and out quickly and the work is performed well. The staff is professional and friendly. They dont try to up-sale you with services that you dont need.

Speedy, professional service. On a whim, I took my vehicle in for oil and filter chsnge and ended up getting a lot more than Id planned, but my car runs so much better now. Moreover, it only took 40 minutes from the time I arrived for them to complete just about every major service they offer, which is way better than any dealer service Ive ever received.

I only went in to get my stripped oil drain plug taken care off. I always do my own work. After this, I may never do my own oil change again. Everyone was very nice and professional. So much so, Im writing a review. And I NEVER do that. Good stuff.

The person who was trying to get me to buy additional services was aggressive and rude. I should have just left and told them never mind. Maybe because I’m a woman because his tone with the men was different. The people working on the car were playing around, pointing, laughing at what’s going on in the bay underneath the shop where they work. What was so funny about my car? Did they mess it up? My ac rattles now and it didn’t before, I’m guessing they put the air filter in wrong. Plus so expensive for such a bad job. They didn’t vacuum or do the windows. Awful experience. Do not go here.

I always feel comfortable when I go to the Jiffy Lube in Woodbridge to have my Honda serviced. The auto Technicians are always friendly and easy to talk to about what services my Honda needs. I have sent my mother and daughter there to have there Hondas serviced.

The day before I had scheduled an appointment with NTB, the appointment was for 230 the next day, was a little annoyed, came back the next day for my 230, they said I would have to wait over 3 hours for an oil change, I took it to jiffy lube and was out after 15 mins. Jiffy lube is the best and fastest place to get an oil change!

I took my car to get an oil change, tire rotation and other services. After they perform the service my car will no stop shaking when I accelerate. I have gone twice now and they cannot figure out what they did wrong. They sent me to another Jiffy Lube to get and guess what the service was even worse. I do not recommend going to this or any other Jiffy Lube, they are always pushy, trying to sell you as many things as they can and when they do something wrong, they wash their hands of wrong doing.

I wasnt due to come back yet, but was traveling and wanted them to top off fluids. I was in and out of there quickly, and the kind man said youre ready to go and we put air in your tires, they were a little low. Excellent service!!

All I would add is the greeter… the one that comes to your car needs to be a lot friendlier. I almost left because he was aggressive and unfriendly.

Always Great Service Except That Last Service,Told The Young Lady To Let Whoever Works On My Car That Earlier The Day I Broke Off Half Of My Starter.And That I Need Them To Beware and Be careful When Cleaning Out The Vehicle.15 Minutes Later Found Out That What I Just Told The Young Lady Was Either Ignored or Didnt Pass On Because Half Of The Starter Button Was Gone!

The Jiffy Lube employees are exceptional at their jobs. From start to finish, they were courteous, helpful, honest, and professional. They answered a bunch of my questions about 4WD vehicles and the maintenance required. I was given an estimate before any work was performed but never pressured or given a hard-sell to buy anything. I ended up getting a bunch of preventive maintenance work done anyway. Oh, and they found and resolved a potential engine problem that I didnt even know about! Not only that, but they took a minute to show me the problem. Finally, they promised my truck in 40mins and delivered it in 30. I couldnt be happier with their work and will absolutely be returning in the future.

For most of the time they are professional, friendly and nice, and ofcourse they follow all the Jiffy Lube welcoming protocols. I have been going at this place many years and I have encounter only one manager who was very pushy for you get service and buy some product. Other than that really nice people and some of the workers have been there for some years, that means great management.

I had an oil change which went great but the radiator flush didnt do so well. Two days after my service my car overheated while driving to work. The location that did the work was too far to get to but another location was a couple of blocks away. They were able to figure out the problem and I have had no issues since.

The only thing that kept the review from Five Star was they forgot to reset my oil life from 4% to 100%. I had to figure out reset it myself.

People must like it because it was VERY busy. But when I heard the price of the service I needed I left. The same service is half their price at the dealership.

Known for oil no appointment oil changes, they also provide other services. The attendants were polite and the building was clean. They vacuumed after they were completed and didnt push for other services. Their prices have gone up, so try and find a coupon, but overall they were fast and efficient.

I went in for an oil change, and the staff was rude while checking me in and made a production out of showing me the air filters. When I left, there was a super loud noise coming from the engine, and after some googling and youtube videos, I took out the glove compartment and found that they hadnt bothered to put the faceplate back on the cabin air filter compartment. Sheer laziness. By far the worst Jiffy Lube Ive been to. Will not return or recommend this location.

I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for close to 20 years. My franchise is like family. My vehicles have always been maintained and properly cared for over the years by this franchise. They take the time to get to know me and my family members by name. Some people get upset when services are due because they think cars will run forever in their current state. If you understand that a vehicle needs to be maintained then you plan that way and for me there’s no better option. Either you maintain your vehicles or you can have a car payment. I would like to thank Jiffy Lube for ensuring I can travel wherever I want and for giving me the peace of mind that I am protected by the best. I always give them referrals because I know they provide the best protection “Outside” of the dealership. I don’t need an appointment I can just walk in or drive up and get service and I’m usually out within 15 minutes. Complementary services after my service is a top notch. The courtesy vacuuming and tire pressure check along with the fluid top off and cleaning of my window is all free. I don’t understand why anyone would not want to protect their transportation investment without Jiffy Lube.

Ive been taking my truck to a different shop but on Saturday I choose this one because of the convenience location wise doing mt travel. They drop the oil but didnt add the correct amount back as required by Range Rover 8 1/2 to 9 qt. Engine lock up on 234 NB & van Buren Rd. Tech did come out to add more oil- engine lock out. waited 5 hrs for the tower truck to be doped off at the local Range Rover Dealership in Alexandria Va. Today I should be getting my rental car until repairs are made. As of this time the manger seems responsible Im hopeful theyll make me hole again without the need of litigation. Ill keep any and all viewers posted on the out come. Things happen Im sure the work was done without malice. Yes theres a system in-which we all follow when mistake make hole

Showed up to grab a quick oil change on my work van. Staff was incredibly professional and very polite. They were completely packed and got me in and out in a timely fashion. One of the techs even offered to help me with a door lock issue! 100% would recommend.

I watched as the tech drained the oil on my 2017 Fusion. He placed the oil pan bolt back in place as the oil was still draining keeping the older dirty oil in the pan. Once the bolt was tightened he pulled the oil filter. He wiped the new oil filter on the metal grid of his oil drain pan to put oil on the o-ring. I have changed a lot of oil in my day and I can truly say I have never used old oil that may be contaminated with dirt to lube the o-ring of the filter. So I would review this Jiffy Lube based on its tech that was under the car. He needs retraining or is this is a cost saving measure by not allowing a full oil drain and using dirty oil to lube the o-ring. If I had changed the oil and filter I would have allowed the oil to fully drain until it was dripping out at the minimum and I would use clean oil to lube the o-ring. After this oil change today I plan on making sure its done right and do it myself this week again. Overall it was a waste of money at Jiffy Lube today. Sorry Jiffy Lube you let me down. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the staff at the location that I spoke to were all very professional and nice. If not it would have been less than half a star.

They were professional, friendly, fairly fast, and offered additional services without being pushy. Ive been here a few times now and have never had an issue with any service theyve performed. It would be nice if they offered some of the additional services that the location on Occoquan road offers, but Im sure theres a reason they dont/cant.

Jiffy Lube is family. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years now and I understand the value they provide to any maintenance program. The customer service personnel have always been professional and so friendly to me and my family . If you don’t understand why your car needs to be properly maintained, they are more than willing to give you the explanation which is in accordance with your manufacturers recommendation. It is better to maintain your car so that does not fall into disrepair or you can have a car payment. You pay for the convenience and the ability to go back for a top off even when you are not due for a service. This is invaluable. I have a strong liking for clean windows and a vacuumed automobile. Just my preference I guess. Well done again!

I like using nitrogen in my tires. It save life of tire and gives better gas mileage. Sad to say most Jiffy lube no longer have nitrogen because their machine are broken and manufacture is out of business. Please get newer machines. Thanks

I always go to the same jiffy lube, because its convenient its on my way home they dont make me wait too long. But I felt discriminated, the customer next to me got her car vacuum and windshield clean. I have a work van; they did not do clean my windshield and did not vacuum my floors. I know they treated me different compared to the other client.

Wow! I didnt expect it to be this jiffy! I was in and out in less than 20 mins! I went in for a regular oil change, light bulb and air filter replacements. My 4 year old daughter came with me and she was happy the whole time doodling in her notebook while I was multitasking on my laptop. Im used to dealerships or full auto repair shops taking forever, so this was a real treat! I also really appreciated being able to present a $10 discount coupon I obtained from their website! Thanks for being jiffy!

Unplanned stop to get an oil change and I was very happy with their professional service and reasonable price. Comments on my printed receipt were helpful and accurate because I know what my fluid levels are. Went to get an oil change and was told my rear signal was out, they didn’t attempt to show me when I asked. Told them not to do anything. I pulled into the parking lot next door after oil was done to check and all signals and lights worked perfectly fine. I am not happy with them lying in attempts to make more money. Customer service was amazing, however I will not return because of this ncident

The folks at the Jiffy Lube on Minnieville in Woodbridge, VA, are smart, efficient and friendly. We always have a good time when I bring in my cars. My pal Tommy even saved me thousands of dollars by pointing out that my transmission hoses were about to go! I love the crew. It’s always a pleasurable experience!

There were 11 cars in front of me but it did not take long to get my car in the bay. They came out and cleaned my windows while I was waiting. The service was great and they actually cleaned the inside windshield to make up for my wait. Great place to get your oil change.

Wonderful service!! I was in and out in about 25min! The sitting area was clean and comfortable. I had an oil change and flush plus tire rotation. The service tech and lead tech came over to me right when I pulled up. He explained things to me and lead the kids and I to the seating area. Wonderful service!

The service is always very good. My only issue is all the services they try to sell you. I go to Jiffy Lube for oil changes. Any repairs or maintenance I have a mechanic.

Wow Ive never paid so much for an oil change in my 20 years of driving. $86 for high mileage oil which supposedly included topping off of fluids and vacuuming, but I cant see where any debris were removed.They were nice enough (or at least not rude at all) and gave a $10 military discount. Still not a $76 value in my mind, so Ill look elsewhere.

They took such great care of us when we got there and I was very pleased with their service.
