My experience regarding service at this location was great! Everyone at the front desk was helpful and attended me in a orderly fashion. I highly recommend to come here for any services.

I made a last minute appointment on Friday before the holiday and was able to get in on the holiday to only get my tires aligned. Joshua went out if his way to let me know that since I purchased the extra warranty with my tire purchase in Dec 2020. I also had free tire rotation and balance along with the alignment which I forgot about. It is nice to see a company giving you everything and not cutting corners. I will definitely recommend NTB to others.

Told me to bring my car in to get an alignment and assured me that it would be done by the end of the day ( THE ONLY REASON I CAME HERE I had other options and he assured me multiple times that it would be done well before closing). At closing time I showed up and was told they were staying late to finish. After waiting. Another hour they called in and told me they would not be doing it today. I was a mechanic for 6 years and I can tell you this not how I ever treated costumers and this is not how they should be treated. If you make a promise to finish something it should be finished, ESPECIALLY after wasting a customers entire day. I would not recommend this place to anybody and NTB should come evaluate their mechanics and whoever is writing the tickets here because it is normally a reputable company. Absolutely ridiculous.

They are pros here! Chris and Josh helped me select the correct tires (2 sets) and got me scheduled and got everything correct the first time. Really happy with the tire choice. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. I would make the extra drive to go to this specific location again!

I stopped by NTB in Woodbridge because I had tire light warning come on, they offered to check my tire pressure and reset the the light for free! I think his name was Josh! Definitely coming back for any more tire issues!

I have bought tires at two places in my life. Mr. Tire and now NTB. Let me say all tire places seem to spend a great amount of time jacking up prices but I believe NTB has taken it to an all new level. My appointment was at 12:00. My car wasnt touched for over an hour. Once inside it was well over 2 1/2 hours for 4 new tires. I was charged for a front end alignment I did not ask for and a road hazard policy was tacked on also without my permission. I was also over charged for each tire. That was refunded once I pointed it out. Also numerous small add ons. I went there because Michelin offered a rebate which was wiped out by the additions. Now Mr. Tire also tries to add on but they at least, for the most part, ask first. Of the two Mr. Tire wins hands down. Its a shame that tire companies arent upfront with the real cost. Not exactly the most reputable industry.

Stopped in for brakes and the service was the greatest. These guys worked very hard, great customer service, and competitive pricing.

Ive been coming here for 20 years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this location. These guys have messed up everything theyve touched recently. I brought my 20 Explorer ST in for an alignment in February and its been back 4 times. They cant straighten a steering wheel. Was fine until I brought it to them.This past month I had 4 new tires put on at a cost of $1800...Michelin Pilot Sports. They likely werent balanced properly and have a rotational sound and vibration. Dont think Ill ever return to this location.

Had a tire blow out on 95, they were able to take care of me just before they closed! Thanks guys!!

I didn’t know about their specials that day and was very happy he recommend to buy all 4 tires. The mechanic was also very helpful in explaining about my car and a light being out which I already knew about but I didn’t know that they worked on BMW. That’s good to know for future reference. Clean location as well.

This was my first time going to a NTB and it will be the last. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11 on a Thursday. By 12, my car was still in the parking lot and when I asked what was going on, the guy at the front counter said that they had no idea why it was taking so long to service the other cars in front of me. I asked for my keys back, went to Midas, and was done there in less than 30 minutes. I will never go to a NTB again. They clearly do not care about their customers at this location. Stay away from here.

My oil light kept coming on in my 2005 Ford, Mr Todd Brown assisted me and other problems were discovered. The necessary parts were ordered & he worked to make sure it did not affect my budget. Todd thank you very much for your assistance, professionalism, & courtesy.

Customer service here is appalling and their timely work is a joke. I went in with an appointment at 11AM and even came in slightly early. They told me it that the work would take 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours for them to diagnose my car. I waited for 2 and 1/2 hours before they called my name with a slight idea of the problem. They said it’s an oil leak and that they needed some time to order the parts and come up with an estimate and would take maybe 20-30 minutes. I waited for nearly 1 and 1/2 hours before they come up with an estimate. I saw mechanics constantly taking breaks in the seating area while I was waiting for any word from them.They kept insisting that they would be ready soon giving me an illusion of some timeframe they would be ready throughout the whole time and at the end of the day I spent nearly 4 and 1/2 hours before they were even ready.The worst part is that the mechanics were rude and unprofessional. I look rather young and they completely treated me like I was a teenager despite me being a full grown adult and didn’t treat me like a customer until they realized that they had a rather irritated one.They gave a timely estimate of how long the work would take and said the job would be done most likely the next day, but again it was just a lie and a joke. They didn’t finish the job the date they said or the day after.They constantly insist a time frame that they will do their work and in turn constantly lie about when they will finish. They are unprofessional and they have proven to me that they can’t be trusted. They judge a book by its cover. They are lazy and slow. They lack the social ability to see that they are pushing the limits of patience for individuals. Appointments don’t mean a single thing here.

Check-In was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went and did some window shopping while they worked on my car. My service was oil change and alignment. I returned almost 3hrs after my appointment and my car was still not ready. Apparently they forgot to do my alignment. I was a bit irritated because it was going on 7pm, and I was on time. However, they were done within 15min. I appreciate the fact that they were able to tell me which of my tire pressure sensors were dying. No other place could do so for some odd reason. I do recommend this company and location. I will definitely return. Great work Gents.

Not sure why an appointment is necessary! Had a 2pm appointment. Car did not go back for over an hour. All they try and do is up sell everything. I want tires and that is it. My brakes are two weeks old. My alignment is fine. Also a major discrepancy between estimate online and when you get to store. Then after almost two hours was told my quote was for the wrong size tires and this new size doesn’t have discount. Blah blah blah. Stay away. Not very professional Lots of confused customers at checkout . I had better service at different NTBs in the past. This one stinks!! And it took over 2 and a half hours ! Standing by for the sorry to hear this reply.

Purchased 4 new tires and installed. Tire light was not on when vehicle was dropped off. Light was on when I picked up the vehicle. I assumed it needed to be driven a certain amount of miles before it would reset. The light never went off. I schedule a time to bring the vehicle in to have it checked. Once I got there their machine wasn’t working so nothing could be checked.

Very easy to make an appointment. Brought my car in for tire balance/rotation and alignment. Ive always enjoyed doing business with NTB with their fair prices, good inventory, and good service. My only gripe is that the wait times are usually longer than Id like

They close at 8pm. But I called and spoke to the service manager around 7:15 and he said, get here before 8pm and well take care of you. And thats what happened. I initially wanted 2 tires, but ended up with 4. Plus an alignment and front brakes. I got out of there in a little over an hour. Great job. Great service. Thanks NTB!!!
