Just came in today to look at the semiannual sale items and was greeted by David. He was friendly, asked questions regarding my scent preferences, and was personable without feeling like he was “hovering”. He actually helped me by giving me a coupon towards the sale (even though it was a special limited amount coupon), and what blew me away was the fact that he said I could use it next time if I don’t get anything today. That took away any pressure of feeling obligated to purchase today because of that exclusive coupon and I loved that! Totally ended up buying today anyway because of David’s fantastic service and relatable/laid back attitude. Will definitely be back!

Normally love this store, but if youre going to keep hours not consistent with the rest of the mall, post them. Store was lit up today at 11:30 with no signs of life, no sign, no post-it note, nothing. Its great the hours are correct on here, but its mind-bottling that you wouldnt post them on the door. I try so hard to spend money on yankee candles and all yall do is close stores, keep your own hours, and stop supplying bed bath and beyond.

Great service and food was still hot when we arrived home. Will definitely order again all of the food was season good. Never had marshmallows on a sweet potato what a great twist.

Ive never had a bad experience at any Yankee Candle store but this one is exceptional! Dave was so nice and unbelievably helpful! He was so patient while answering all my many many questions! They really care about getting you something you will like and they are VERY knowledgeable as well!

I stopped by to pick up a gift for my grandmother. With Melissas help, I found the perfect candle and a new appreciation for candles. I never knew there were so many cool options. Best Yankee store in the DC area. Very friendly sales associates and their store is packed with everything from candles to accessories.
