Excellent Sheetz Store. Good gas prices. About 1.2 miles from interstate but worth it. Great selection of snacks and drinks. Clean mens room. Covid friendly.

Typical Sheetz. No problems during our visit. Store and restrooms were clean. Service was fast and professional. Staff was friendly. Stopped here while traveling. Not to far off the interstate. Did not order any food so dont know how their food is.

This is a great place to stop. Very convenient to the interstate and the experience here was consistent to what Ive come to expect from Sheetz. Great, friendly customer service. My made to order food was served up hot and fast.The bathrooms were clean.I didnt get gas here, but as always their prices are very competitive for their area.

Staff here is always friendly and there is a nice selection of snacks, and other items you may need while on a road trip, even a quick bite to eat.

Had a good meal here because of the lively workers one chubby and one bulimic.

Had to go back cuz they forgot half my order. Just to get home and see that they gave me the wrong food. Guess shoulda checked my food, either way definitely was not fresh or good. Two stars cuz customer service was nice.

Location is amazing. Gas prices are cheaper than nearby stations. Reason for less than four stars is because employee RDijon is a miserable guy. Every time I got in there it seems like hes on suicide watch. Hes not a good representation of the company. What makes it worse is hes always at the cash register face-to-face with customers. He should be in the back where his interaction with the public is minimal. Or better yet not employed with the company. Every other employee Ive encountered has been at least decent. Some have been spectacular.

Greatest convenience store ever! None close to me but when Im in an area where they are I stockpile their own brand of canned iced coffee. Chocolate banana and coconut mocha are the best. Prepared food is much better than youd think from this type of place, I was impressed. Touch screen food ordering is quick and easy there

Big fan of sheets. I usually get the breakfast burrito wrap custom made. Normally theyre very good. The one I received from this particular Sheetz this morning was exceptionally delicious. The young lady that made this raise the bar. 7-27-18 about 8:44am thank you very much

The software on the pumps at the Caton Hill, Woodbridge, VA has been upgraded recently. Now, at least half the time I try to pay at the pump Im told I have insufficient funds. Then, in order to fill my tank, I have to go into the store (where my debit card WORKS!), pay for more than I think the tank will take, go out, pump the gas, and go back into the store for change and a receipt. In my opinion, a gas pump has no business telling me I have insufficient funds when I use my debit card, knowing that I have more than enough in my account to fill my tank! This happened for the last time yesterday. I went to 7-11 to buy my gas, and will continue to do so.

Best gas station ever!

I ordered a couple hotdogs. The employee screamed at me that they are out of hotdogs at the top of her lungs. Threw my stuff on a shelf and left. I wont be back. Sorry excuse for a sheetz.

Probably the nicest gas station Ive ever visited. Has a nice lounge area, freshly cooked food, and a nice ice cream selection. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. It just had a good vibe to it. It doesnt feel like a gas station. Restrooms are nice and clean. Will definitely keep and eye out for another on.

Sheetz as a franchise 5 stars. This location typically 4 star. As I write this review, it 3 star. I dont need attitude from the kitchen staff when I ask for ketchup (that was ordered as a side with my tots and not included in my bag). After realizing such, I went back into the store and asked for ketchup. The lady working the kitchen said you can get ketchup there as she pointed to the squeeze packs on the counter. I said I ordered it as a side, do you not have the dip ones? And she glared at me as she reached down, grabbed 2 hastily and dropped them for me to pick up.Sheetz is getting nearly as bad as domins with the sauces. Come on management... figure it out, train the staff, dont forget the sauces.

Sheetz always seems to be to anexperience this one was no different clean new modern great choices. Im a fiend for some Sumatran coffee old too often is the only excuse I need. Gas prices have been very Bunch up and down of light and whereas at one time sheets was almost always the most competitive they have some ground to make up.

I ordered an overpriced burger and breakfast burrito. Horrible food! For that price. The burrito was just a microwaved frozen burrito that you buy in a 16 pack from Walmart. I wanted to take the burrito to them and make them throw it away and give me a refund. That burger was a 4.00 burger at the most. It was 7.00 I could’ve gotten a nice quarter pounder for 4.60

I honestly never thought I find myself writing a review about a gas station. Honestly. But, let me tell you about my experience with the new Sheets that they opened near the commuter lot.I need to keep turn in receipts for work to verify purchases (Thanks to our accountant that is a stickler for checking time & gallons), during my fill up after being stuck in traffic longer than I expected I stopped by here. Nothing out of the ordinary until I was done pumping and tried to get my receipt, and thats when the fight began. Just my luck that the machine would run out of paper.I make my way inside and to ask the teller for my receipt. The girl at the counter must have had a longer day than I did, cause I was immediately greeted with hostility. I asked for my receipt and told her my pump number, and for some reason, she could not find it. She asked for the amount of the transaction as if I could remember that number from the machine. I attempted to go back and see what the total was and by the time I went outside the machine had reset the numbers.I went back to the attendant, and she seemed to be more annoyed than I was at the situation to see me back in there, she assumed I had left. I explained to her that the machine had cleared the numbers and if there was another way I could get my receipt. She proceeded to ask me how much did I think I spend, and i told her it was about $38. She proceeded to hand me a prepaid receipt for $38, I explained to her that I needed my receipt for work and it needed to show the gallons pumped. She immediately rolled her eyes left the counter and went to get someone to help and let me tell you that the remedy was worse than the problem itself. The gentleman, may God bless his soul handed me a random receipt, thinking I wouldnt look at it, REALLY!!! At this point I realized that the fight with the accountant was going to be more favorable to me, so I just walked away.

This is another one of my favorite stops on my commute from DC to Ashland Virginia usually in the middle of the night great staff very helpful and then wrap my hot dogs individually so I can eat while Im driving I really appreciate the service

About as close to thing as you can get to a Wawa. price is good and they got one heck of a beer cooler that you can walk in. The bathrooms were nice and clean to you need to take a stop while youre on a road trip

This location is good always stocked with products they use screen selection ordering they are well lit and parking is never an issue

It was my first time visiting a Sheetz and I was pleasantly surprised. I still prefer my local 7-Eleven.

I went to get sandwich’s i got to the car and looked in the bag for Mac bites so i walk back inside, Keep in mind I’m in military uniform which doesn’t matter, i stand at the area you pick up your food and no one asks if i needed anything or even look at me for 5 minutes then one female goes “what do you need” in the rudest tone. That’s not how customer service sounds like, next time how about “anything i can help you with”. I won’t be returning.

Dont let your kiddo spill anything right at the door, their staff will watch until you clean the intire mess up yourself... not offeeing to even get a wet floor sign! Or ask if you need help.

Sheetz is the best gas station. This one has plenty of parking, but could benefit from more pumps. I havent ever had to wait long though.

I love sheetz but this one as far as the MTO station was terrible. I ordered a Root beer Float and got half a cup of ice very little root beer and some ice cream. Learn how to make drinks properly and then I may come back.

Its a little more upscale than Wawa.

Today wasnt perfect as usual. The food areas workers sit everyones order aside on a cold shelf then ignore the people waiting to pick it up. The guy in front had to lean over the counter to ask 1 if 4 people for his food then I had to wait for her to come back after that and a conversation. Shift change maybe? Idk but cold onion rings here were go.

This location leaves a lot to be desired. If youre looking for coffee...good luck! This morning I stopped in on my way to work (5:30am) and most of the machines were EMPTY! The little bit I did get was way at the bottom of the pot and no telling how long it had been sitting there!!

Being in Maryland we do not have sheetz, so any time we can stop at one for a fill up and some food is great for us. This one was no exception.

I’m a huge fan of Sheetz and this one is good, but every time I have came they forget parts of my food order.

Sheetz is legit, but they should update their Google maps listing to include their diesel prices, which was $2.99/gallon at the time of this review. Diesel isnt commonplace at every fuel station in northern Virginia, so it would be nice to be able to tell on the listing whether or not a station has it.

Andy needs to take customer service classes because he was horrible. I made an online order, came in to pay for it and he told me to have a nice day WITHOUT handing me my food. I asked wheres my order and he told me to wait at the pick up line. I thought OK, they must be backed up with orders. I wait an additional 20 minutes and I see other people getting their orders. I finally went to the side and asked one of the girls where my order was and they were shaking their heads saying Andy was supposed to tell them that the online order was there to pick up. To top it all off, Andy even looked at me waiting as he went to the back to go on his break. Unreal! I wasted most of my lunch hour and didnt end up eating my food.
