I have been coming to this Starbucks since it opened. The staff use to be so nice, fun and welcoming. It was so awesome that I came nearly everyday. In the past couple of months things have really changed. They have new staff who are not friendly. Even today I saw the person at the window accidentally give my drink to the car in front of me and they handed it back to her. When I came to the window I asked her did she accidentally give my drink to the car in front of me. She lied and said no. I asked again and added that due to COVID I didn’t want my drink to be handled by others she lied again. I know it is Starbucks policy to not take drinks back or even give it to another patron, but she still lied. It was really frustrating. I won’t be coming back to this one. Unless they get new staff who are honest, follow policies and give the customer service that goes with the Starbucks name.

The only complaint Ive ever had about this location is that theyre ALWAYS busy. I wish they had a walk-up window where you could park and walk up to order your drinks. But if theyre always busy, that means its good! The drinks always taste great, and the baristas are always friendly and professional.

Drink is fine, but so so slow. Im guessing theyre horribly understaffed. Made mobile order, pick up window is closed, has sign to go through drive through. Line is around the parking lot. Spent 50 min in line.... Order made Sunday at 7:13 pm, arrived 5 min later, received at 8:11 pm. Staff was nice

I dont know why they bothered adding the window when they never use it. When I do use it the employees always have attitudes. I understand being short staffed, trust me 100% do I understand this, bit its not the customers fault and therefore attitudes are not necessary. The crew that was there before covid was amazing. They were upbeat and quick despite a call out. Will no longer give this location my money

They get my order right every single day (it’s not always the same) and they have started to know me by name. That’s huge for a big store that you don’t even walk inside! The drive up window makes it super easy to get my drinks. I’m much closer to the dumfries location but I have so many issues there it adds stress to my day so I come out here almost daily! Thanks so much to all of you at this location!Also they are short staffed so only use the window if you already ordered a mobile order they often don’t take orders at the window only drive thru but hey use the app and get points

Drive thru is quick and well build around the building. The store doesn’t honer some of Starbucks promotions.

Coffee is great my daughter chelsey goes every day and says they have the nicest staff and most consistent coffee in the area. She brings me coffee a few times a week and it’s always delish.

Have ordered chai tea lattes at this Starbucks before and theyre okay, not great. On way home decided to give it another try. Ordered two...one for roommate. Didnt drink it until home and it was like drinking hot water...in both drinks. No chai or tea it seemed. It was awful. Theres a different Starbucks closer to home but they dont have a drive through. They know how to make this drink...like Christmas in a cup! Never going back to the drive through again

So incredibly slow. Two nights in a row we had to wait 50+ minutes to get through. It’s not even like they’re handling hundreds of orders. There were only 8 cars in line last night and 10 tonight.

Products are very consistent and great. There is always a long line for such a small drive-thru only store, but the staff works their quickest possible. Additionally, they will ensure customer satisfaction is above all. My free drink coupon was not redeeming due to a bar scan issue and was taking up time from me, but they still provided my drink to me anyways.

Very slow is the morning . It’s suppose to be fast when you are trying to get to work in the morning .

Well I think the employees should actually be trained to how to talk to people nicely, and that customer service is very important, please and thank you.

Would be 5 stars, but they randomly close to restock (totally understandable since they are 24hrs) there app only says you cannot order ahead, instead of temporarily closed.so it would save people time and gas. Sat in parking lot for 45 min after delivery truck left and they still did not reopen.

Love this convenient drive thru. The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. Order are always quick no matter how long the lines may look. The coffee is really well done and made to order.

If I’m spending 5 bucks a drink, I expect it to be what I bought. If I wanted a mixed drink,I would order one. Unacceptable

Not 24/7 as stated, they seem to not open until 2145… if you’re lucky! I’ve stoped here and have burned way too much time waiting for the line of cars to even start moving.

Girl working drive thru between 9-9:30am in a hijab (sorry didn’t get her name) super unprofessional and poor customer service. On top of that she didn’t even get my order right.

Drive thru does not operate. Single window for order taking, order pickup and mobile order pick up. Avoid this starbucks location if you are in rush.

I recommend going to curbside for service instead of drive thru if you want faster service. I am surprised how empty it is compared to the drive thru with long lines headed to the end of the street. Save your gas!

Staff is always nice and friendly! They also love to make pupachinos for your 4 legged friends.

I do not hate Starbucks as a chain. But this particular store has been terrible multiple times I have been there. Because there is only a drive-thru there is almost no point in ordering ahead. Everytime I have gone they are out of at least one major flavor (today was several). The coffee has been made sub-par every time I have been there (I get lattes and Frappuccinos for reference). The wait is usually horrendous (20+ minutes which I am usually stuck doing because I already paid since I made the mistake of ordering with the app). Today I was going to file a complaint about it all via thier app/receipt but apparently that isnt part of thier app and I dont really wish to drive back out to them to complain. If it is open both the Starbucks over by the chick-fil-a and the one in Stonebridge are better than this one- it is worth getting out of the car

Staff are always friendly & polite. Coffee & non coffee beverages have been great tasting every time. Drive-thru does back up to wrap around half the gas station, but they seem to get you thru in 10 to 15 minutes in our experiences. Open 24hrs is a plus.

Tall brown sugar oat milk espresso drink should not have that layer of cinnamon at the bottom. (Sbux barista here) Tastes as if brown sugar syrup was replaced with extra cinnamon. Each zip is gritty with cinnamon. I hate to leave a bad review, but this drink is so easy to make and so hard to mess up.

Drinks are always good but damb 30 mins for 1 drink... lines do not move... I was the 6th car in line. Ordered a Carmel frap with extra ice and it came out watery.

This is the old McDonald’s located next to Exxon. Drive thru service only for now, no walk ups. Fast, friendly, and yummy drink! Off to a great start as they have only been open for 6 days.

Always Delish!!! But make them repeat your order and check that its right before you leave, this place is notorious for charging you for everything you ordered but not giving you what you ordered. Also notorious for making the wrong size, like at least 40% of the time.

Just came home after craving some late night Starbucks and the newly released holiday items. What a treat! The staff here were really cheery and welcoming. The barista at the window was really kind and struck up a brief conversation with me about my day and the holiday cups. She was awesome. The service was extremely fast and polite. To be a partner! Thank you all for the great experience. I hope my home store is this pleasant. 💙

I have gone to this store many times and USUALLY I dont have problems well today there were two. 1 they made the mocha cookie crumble frappuccino wrong. They have also made the Smores frappuccino wrong several times. 2 I had 197 stars on my Starbucks card. You need 150 to get a free drink. When I got up to the window the woman there scanned my card and said I owe money. She then proceeded to say it looks like the rewards covered $4.05 you owe $2.05. It didnt take any stars away and only ended up taking money off my card. Whats the point of having the stars to give you rewards and then not working? Im not sure if Ill go back because of the incompetence of the people working here.

Great consumer service but like everyone, people can off days and man did I go on the wrong day. The barista was huffing and rolling his eyes at every drink order and treating the fellow employees like dung.

I like to start with the positive so Id like to say my double smoked bacon sandwich came out how I like it (well cooked bacon). However, I was wondering why the top part of my venti cup was cold... opened it up to find my drink weeellll below the brim 😔 I was in line 30 minutes for this, just want my moneys worth.

I used to dread coming here because the line is always long. Then I discovered that they have curbside service via their app when the weather is not bad, and that made it so much better. One time I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window I wanted to add a cheese danish last minute. The young man working the window gave it to me and when I tried to pay he told me not to worry about it. I was very grateful for his generosity and kindness.

Horribly slow. Took over 30 minutes to go through the line at 8pm. I ordered on the app and couldnt cancel otherwise I would have. The sad part is even though it said it would be ready at 8, when I finally got to the window at 8:30 I still had to wait 4 minutes for my 1 drink which hadnt even been made yet. Everyone was just standing and moving so slow like they could care less. To make things worse, my drink tasted so bad and I always order the same thing but had to throw it out after all that wait. Never again

The windows apparently dont function like one would think. Starbucks needs to install a walk up window. Also Like myself Ive saw 4 other cars pull into the curbside parking spot only to have to pull in the drive through line. What’s the point to order ahead if you still have to get in that long line.

Love the Starbucks location because of the drive-through and because of the workers. I have noticed they always have nice workers at the window and I would like to applaud them for their professionalism and how they handle customer service. They always make me feel comfortable and happy with my order. Thank you!

Typical fare for Starbucks but the wait can be very long. The employees all seem to be working when you get to the window but Ive driven by when there are 10+ cars waiting.Theres no point in ordering in advance because there is no walk up service. Down the road near Chick Fil A you can at least order in advance and then try to find a place to park to get it.

Staff was friendly but they were super shorthanded and there was no outside notification for their inability to handle curbside today. Waited 10 mins at curbside then called and was told we had to get in the drive thru line to get our order which toom another 20 mins. The staff should have proper signage posted in situations like this.

This place is great and open all of the time. The only drawback is the long lines. There were a few weeks where curbside pickup was deactivated, so all app orders had to be picked up via the drive thru, which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead

This location was one of the great Starbucks that open 24 hours and the services are great, workers always friendly. Since the Pandemic started and hour’s changed ( still better than other locations ), the wait line started becoming so long. The only take is not on the workers but on the company that should accommodate the pressure on them and have two order’s microphones, McDonald’s have two, why not them? I guess the company pushes only for App. sales, not customer service.

This is a strictly drive through locationp. I have been attracted to this StarBucks during the Pandemic. It is a little ways for me, but the efficiency of the drive through is quite remarkable! It has become my go to StarBucks now!!

If youre wondering why it looks like my label has been soaked through, thats because I sat in the drive thru waiting on my iced beverage for 28 minutes. TWENTY. EIGHT. MINUTES. This is the second time Ive tried this location with the same results. I thought the first time may have just been a bad day, but unfortunately it seems to be the norm. The girl in the window was nice this time though 🤷🏻‍♀️

11/10/20 750p mobile order, drive-thru took THIRTY minutes. Once you are in line you can’t get out. Once you order mobile, you can’t cancel. They should consider a walk-up window to pick up mobile orders. Their curbside pickup was NOT an option. Never again.

They gave me the wrong drink, i got a grande pumpkin cream cold brew and they gave me a tall nitro with two pumps of vanilla. We didnt know at first cause it looked like it was the pumpkin cause its cold brew but when i picked it up it was alot smaller and i was v sad. Thankks for giving me the wrong drink and ripping me off

For a drive thru only establishment they were extremely slow. It took me well over 20 minutes to make it through the line to pick up my mobile order. My drink was made well though.

Super fast. You cant to online ordering and the line is backed up, but it goes pretty quickly. Whats even better is that the orders are always correct.

I was in a bit of a rush this morning, so I decided to grab a quick bite to eat and coffee from this Starbucks location. When I finally sat down to eat my oatmeal, I noticed the blueberries were molded. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice it until after I dumped them on top of the oatmeal.This has never happened before at this location (at least not to my knowledge). I’m not sure if I will order the oatmeal again. It’s kinda a waste to sit in on the line for 10 minutes and then that happens. The coffee was perfect for my liking tho. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Absolutely terrible wait time, even if you order ahead on the app. No option to walk in and get your order, or curbside pickup. The only option is to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. And the ridiculous thing is, my order wasnt even ready when I finally made it to the window! And all I ordered was a hot tea! Crazy.

This Starbucks is drive thru only, which brings comfort knowing only workers wearing masks are inside preparing drinks/food. They did a great job!

I usually order shots of the Blonde Expresso, and I must say, this particular Starbucks has the most pristine tasting Blonde Expresso, it is so bitter as other Starbucks that I have visited in the area. And the staff is friendly. I drive out of my way to have clean tasting Expresso at this Starbucks.

Quick and easy. The staff is friendly but the order speaker is backwards, it comes before the menu, dont miss it.

I just ordered a morning muffin and pink drink, and I wish I would’ve checked my order before pulling off. I went to eat my muffin, and it was something like a cinnamon roll. Not only that, I sipped my drink, and the lid wasn’t closed completely. The drink spilled all over my shirt. Now I have no drink and a bakery item I have no intentions on eating.

Now most of the time they get our order right this time the did not.

This Starbucks always short changes my order. I order the Very Berry Hibiscus with no water and light ice. Its a drink that becomes watered down quickly. One of the baristas there told me to get it without water. So that is how I order it everywhere, from LA to DC. This is the only Starbucks who wont fill it up and give me a complete drink!! So petty! Also, whats up with not providing a straw? I dont want to drink freeze-dried blackberries with every sip.

I feel this location has always been a let down. Some if not most of their employees don’t have the best attitude or customer service. More than once we have received other people’s orders, wrong drinks, nasty drinks and drinks that are suppose to be hot were cold as if it had been sitting out for some time. Now with all the time changing due to the pandemic they are very strict with their closing. Twice I have waited in line 30-40 minutes just to be the second or third car from entering the drive thru and they will come out with cones and a sign and mark off the drive thru. It doesn’t matter how long you have waited in such a long line or how slow they are moving the line they will cut you off and you will leave empty handed. I too work in the food industry. Matter of fact I deliver to peoples door steps during this pandemic so I understand the demand and frustration of working through these times however the way they cut people off is bad business. There is a better way than having people waste 30 minutes to an hour in line for nothing.

I just ordered an extra hot caramel macchiato with non fat milk and light caramel drizzle. The line was very long. It took about 30 mins to pay and get my drink. I don’t mind the wait time. But I do mind that the coffee is FREAKING COLD!!! I just spent $6 and 30 minutes to get a coffee I won’t drink. Next time please make sure to do your job correctly and deliver the order as placed.

I love the location of this Starbucks! Drive thru only, just before 95 exit on Prince William Parkway.Ive stopped here a handful of times and, with the exception if one day, had quick and friendly service each time.

We had the peach citrus tea, a customized chain tea, and a mocha frappocino. The drinks were very good as usual. The chair tea was a customized version of the chair tea latte in order to reduce the carbs and calories. Not quite the same flavor, but an much more acceptable drink.The line was long and we almost didnt go. We were happily surprised at the speed of service.

I consistently have to wait 25-30 minutes in line. You’d think it being drive thru only would make it quick and convenient but NO. Mobile order from the Starbucks one light down next to cold stone and save 30 minutes of your life.

Truth be told, I frequent Starbucks a lot. But this is one of my favorites because they personalize your experience and build a friendly relationship when they don’t need to. The employees are cheerful and kind. The lines sometimes do get a little out of control, but that’s not their fault.

Staff is friendly and the service is fast. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I prefer my coffee at kids temp yet they frequently make it too hot for my preference.

24/7 coffee goodness! Every community needs a 24 hour Starbucks. I work nights so if there was one closer Id always go on a midnight coffee run.
